Pairing two blutooth mouses

Maybe the question sounds stupid, but can I pair two bluetooth mices with the same computer ? Of course I would use just one at a given moment.

You definitely can! I have a Mighty Mouse for everyday use and an MS Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth for when I game. They both work just fine, even if I have them both on at the same time.

There is no one with more authority than iTunes store support. We herem are only users.

Intel iMac; upgraded adobe flash; bluetooth keyboard no longer pairs but magic mouse still OK. With Bluetooth switched on the screen splits into 4 areas and open windows seperate and shrink. Switch off Bluetooth and problem disappears and iMac works OK with plug-in keyboard and mouse

    Hi, Derek -
...the screen splits into 4 areas and open windows seperate and shrink.
Sounds like Spaces is being activated somehow. With the wired keyboard and mouse in use, select the Exposé & Spaces control pane in System Preferences, click the choice in that pane for Spaces. See what the settings are. There are some activation settings in that pane - by default, F8 activates it.
It could be that the bluetooth keyboard has some stuck keys and is activating Spaces; or that the activation command has somehow been reset to something that the bluetooth mouse, or bluetooth itself, is triggering.

  • I use a two button mouse with my Mac Book Pro.  It works fine, but after installing Lion, the mouse wheel goes in reverse of what it did (rolling the wheel towards your palm goes up not down the page).  Anyone know how to fix this?

    First sentence in OPs question:

I guess the track pad settings would look similar to my screen shot?

  • AT200 pairing with Bluetooth Mouse

I've just bought an AT200 tablet, my first Android device which i've upgraded to ICS (Android v4.02)
I'm trying to pair a bluetooth mouse with the tablet. Like many bluetooth devices, the mouse requires no passcode, but when I try to pair with it Android insists that I enter a passcode, until i do the "OK" is greyed out.
Ive tried 0000 , 1234, and lots of others but nothing works, since the mouse insists on No Passcode.
In Windows its easy because the windows bluetooth interface has a "No Passcode" option, but this isn't present in Android
Anyone have any ideas of a work round?

    Hello AT200owner
sorry I can't help you with your BT mouse but what I find most interesting about your post is that you have been lucky to upgrade to Android 4.02.
It would be very kind of you if you could shortly answer my questions which I guess are very important for European owners of the AT200, too
Am I right in assuming that you have simply upgraded through Toshiba's Service Station app?
Does your AT200 support any other languages (e.g. German ,French, Spanish) besides English?
Do you think everything is running smooth with Android 4?
Thank you very much in advance!

  • Am I supposed to have to Pair the Magic Mouse evertime?

If I turn the MM off, I have to repair it to my MBP every time I turn the mouse on.  Is this right?
Also, this new mouse doesn't sit flat on the table, it slightly rocks, so the runners on the bottom are not even.  I just got this today, and it may be going back.

Well, to update my own question...
Here's what I have found.  With the MBP up and running, I can pair with the mouse and all works well.  If I turn off the mouse, the MBP pops up a lost connection.  If I turn the mouse back on, it does not connect.
If I turn off the mouse after turning off the MBP and on before powering up the MBP, all is well.
Also, Apple is sending a new mouse.  Can't stand the rocking mouse on my desk.  I also tried it on a piece of glass to insure it wasn't my desk, and it still rocks.
Apple was very good about sending a new one.

  • HT204505 Can I pair two iphones with a single apple watch simultaneously?

I was wondering if I can pair two iPhones with a single Apple Watch simultaneously.  I have a personal iPhone and a work iPhone, both of which I would like to pair with my single Apple Watch.  Thank you.

No.  You would have to choose which one you pair.  Only one at a time.  Sorry.

  • Possible to pair two headsets to Motorola D650

I need to pair two bluetooth headsets to the same Ipod Nano. Is is possible to pair 2 Motorola S9-HD headsets to the same D650 adaptor? If not, how can I use two Bluetooth headsets with the same IPOD simultaneously? thanks,

Any bluetooth "Device" (your Prius) can only be paired to another device (your iphones) one at a time. You cannot have two phones paired with a headset or your car, at the same time. It's possible you could pair EITHER phone one at a time (it's like sharing your headset with two phones), but the Prius would become quite confused when both phones were present with bluetooth turned on.

  • Need help to pair two iPhones?

Need help to pair two iPhones 3GS. Both have Bluetooth turned on but only one shows the other phone. Please help?

What are you trying to accomplish?
Iphones support bluetooth for stereo speakers/headsets, hadsfree telephone devices/headsets, some peer-to-peer apps from the app store, some keyboards and internet tethering where provided by the carrier.
Other than this it will not connect to another phone/device/computer.
File transfer is not supported at all.

  • HT2845 do I need to pair the magic mouse each time I switch it off.

Do I need to pair the magic mouse each I switch it off, or should the mouse be left in the on position all the time.

It should pair automatically when switched back on. Having said that, I never turn BT devices off unless I am gone for a long time. BT devices automatically go into a low power mode after a short time of non-use.

  • Mac mini no longer pairs with blutooth keyboard

    Hi,
I never have had issues with the nre Mac Mini I bought. It is only 2 months old now. Last week when I turned on my Mac Mini, the keyboard no longer is recognized. I have tried to switch batteries, restart the computer but no matter what I do, it just wont recognize the keyboard. It doesnt even come up on the discoverable list.
The keyboard has a green llight when I activate the power button, so its not the keyboard issue. I have paired it with my laptop just to see if its the keyboard issue.
The Mac Mini can pair with my macbook pro, and my magic mouse.
Is there something I can do to make it work again? thanks!

I figured it out. By deleting all the seached keyboards on all my macs I was able to then find it on the Mac Mini.

  • Two mighty mouses, one macbook pro.

I have a wireless mighty mouse for home. Sometimes lately when I take my macbook pro somewhere, I noticed I have forgotten my mouse. So, I splurged and bought a 2nd mouse to leave in my case so I never have to remember to bring my desk one.
Well, it's not working as planned. I have to re-sync them (or whatever the term is...). I use the one in the bag all day, shut it off. Go home, start up mac, and now my desktop one doesn't work. It's really very, very annoying and time consuming to do this every time.
I did a quick search here, but just didn't see any definitive answers on why you can't use two (or more) wireless mice with one computer. Each has a unique hookup, so it should work fine.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello syn:
This is from the Bluetooth help database:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Bluetooth/1.0/en/blu24.html
If I read the last bullet correctly, you are trying something that Apple says you should not do (the why, I do not know).

  • How to pair new Magic mouse w desktop? Old mouse is dead.

How do I get my new Magic Mouse to pair w my old 2007 iMac? I don't have the old Mouse; when I bought the new one at the Apple Store they said they'd throw the old one away. So I gave it to them.

Thank you so much Mr. Kafman... I turned off the computer by just holding down the power button and when it came back on it recognized the mouse. Thank heavens. I am SUCH a dinosaur.
