Panasonic Oxyride Batteries with Muvo TX

I've recently bought a GB Muvo TX FM which I'm quite impressed with and I was wondering what the official view was on using Oxyride AAA batteries with the player.
I picked up the batteries without really looking at them but I see that they seem to be quite heavy duty and I wondered if this might be a problem with the Muvo. Any ideas anyone?

These batteries are .7 v and might imo damage some electronic equipment due to the higher voltage. They are also very expensi've. $5-$6 for four? If one shops carefully, they can get Maxell alkaline AAA batteries for around $4 or so per pack of 20.

It does. It runs off the USB power while connected, so there's no need to worry about battery power loss.
I've got rechargeables for my N200, 800mAh ones, though I'm not sure how long they last in one go, last me about a week listening for a few hours a day

  • Using volume control to work with MuVo MP3 Slim

I have a Audigy 2 ZS board with Creative T7700 speakers which work quite well. I also have a MuVo Slim MP3 player. The question is on the side of the volume control there looks to be a similar insert to a USB port. My instructions say I can use it with my MuVo but when I hook it up using the USB wire it does nothing. Does this work on only selected MP3 Players and if so I wish I knew before I bought this one. Actually it works excellent except for this feature.

    william240,
I believe you are referring to the M-Port at the volume control. It's compatible with our MuVo NX player but not with MuVo Slim.

  • Panasonic Motor usable with NI stepper controller?

    Dear All,
Kindly if you may advise if followings can be used with  NI  STEPPER  (non-servo) motion controller
    Panasonic Motor  MSMA042A1H
    Panasonic Motor  MSMA042A1G(with break)
    Panasonic Driver (Amplifier)  MSDA043A1A
It takes DIR / STEP pulsing signal inputs  (or CW /CCW)
    Many thanks in advance

    John,
I tried calling Panasonic.  The guy on the phone gave me an email address.  I don't have a contact for the Industrial division of Panasonic.
Like I said before, most likely our drives will work with your motor because we do support Step and Direction inputs.  Our boards also support CW/CCW input also.

  • Help With MuVo V2

To anyone who can spare 5 minutes to read this and give me feedback, I will be very greatful for your help =)
I switched off my mp3 player (it's a MuVo V200) to the radio mode. When I switched it on I wanted to return it to the music mode, and it automatically switches off.
At first I thought it was the battery- i have bought batteries of 2 different brands and both have not worked.
Has anyone faced the same problem? How did you fix it's
Once again, thank you for reading this and I hope you are able to help me =)

That was frustrating me also, could not find my device, but as you suggested, I changed the country to germany and guessed my way through selecting device, etc. Muvo V200 is what I have. I downloaded and executed the mstorage file, and the folder ends up at the programs folder... creative... mstorage and I do see in there the two .inf files and the one log file says everything installed correctly . However I am running windows 98 and for the life of me, I point the wizard directly to the mstorage folder and it still says it cannot find the driver. I also downloaded both the Muvo V200 installation program and the other program to organize the music and transfer, etc,. both of them requires the device to be connecte and detected in order to finalize installation, so I am like the chicken and the egg going in circles... I thought the Installation program would take care of everything but it just hangs up on detecting the device which of course it will never detect because I cannot get the device to install... you see how I am going in circles... This was a promotion from SBC when I ordered dsl and dish, so I am not too worried since I did not pay for it, but it came without the installatin disc, we are supposed to download everything from the site... I am frustrated... anything you can help with will be greatly appreciated... I have two USB ports, I have tried both they are 2.0 by the way.. I also have 2 extra USP ports from the keyboard those don't work either, even though they work fine for my digital camera and my webcam...,,, now I am rambling... Please help

  • Connect macbook pro 13" (2.7 GHz) to a plasma panasonic 42" TV with a rocketfish adapter

(macpro13" 2.7GHz) I have a rocketfish HDMI adapter connected to a 42 inch plasma panasonic and it is not displaying any video or audio (does display blue screen as if properly connecting). attempted to play music and got occasional pops. Why is it not connecting properly?

This is my exact problem. I have had 2 of these drives so far and both of them have had the same problem with installation internally. The first one I was able to get operational using the method you described, ie: put the OWC SSD in an external case (FW800 was my choice) and install it there. But I encountered the sleep issues, so I sent it back for a replacement.
The second drive I was finally able to install using the second method, but now the computer regularly locks up. So I'm going to call again and hopefully the third try will work.
Just to clarify. The first drive had sleep issues, but had the older firmware. The second drive had the newer firmware (360 I think it is) and didn't have the sleep issues, but locks up while running.
I'm so irritated on how many hours I've spent on this issue. And their support department, though very nice, wasn't helpful at all. It's as if they never heard of this problem.

  • My Imac is not finding my wireless keyboard, i have replaced batteries with no luck.  My wireless mouse works fine.

My keyboard wasnt responding so i changed the batteries and still got no response.  i rebooted and mac still doesnt show if is finding the keyboard.  my wireless mouse is working fine.  But becuase i rebooted, now i cant type in my password and am locked out of the system.  Not sure if keyboard is bad or if it is problem with the imac?

Can you borrow a wired keyboard? And / or take the keyboard into an Apple Store and ask if you can try it on one of their Macs.

Today I buy a MuVo Gb,
I check that the software ver. in the MP3 player
    was old.
    I download the file "MuVoV200_PCFW_LF__2_03.exe"
and installede the file, No problem
After the update I can NOT turn-on the mp3 player,
and the pc can NOT see the MP3 in the USB port.
So it is DEAD. Have can i wake-up the mp3 player ? again
    Regard
    Arne

From the website, download and install the Mass Storage Drivers.
Then, press and hold the Play button while connecting your player to the USB port of your PC. This is connecting your V200 in what is called Recovery Mode.
Keep pressing the Play button until the New Hardware Wizard starts.
    Complete the wizard.
When finished reload the firmware. If it doesn't work with the latest version then try one of the earlier version linked to in the thread in my signature line.

  • Problem with MuVo Micro N200...please help

    Hey there,
I recently purchased a Creative MuVo Micro N200 Mp3 Player with 52 memory. It was working perfectly until yesterday when i tried transfering a few mp3s into the player. I was prompted with a dialog box that read 'cannot create file'. Thinking that it had something to do with my computer and tried my player again on a friends laptop and the same error message popped up.After that,i went to www.creative.com where i downloaded another driver and a new firmware. The driver was installed successfully onto my PC.However, when i tried intalling the firmware into the player the following message appeared 'cannot write into device.device timeout' even though i followed every step that was on the site. I know that it has nothing to do with my player memory as there is about 80mb of memory storage left.
What is wrong with my player? What can i do?
Any help is deeply DEEPLY appreciated.
    Denis

What state has it left your player in? Can you switch it on? Can you connect to it from your PC?
When you couldn't get any more files onto your player where were the files on it's Were they all in the root folder? There is a limitation to the FAT filesystem where you cannot put too many files or folders into the root folder. Create sub-folders and put your files in them.
Let us know answers to the above questions. If you can't connect to your player there are a few things we can try to get you back up and running.
