Panasonic TV und Apple TV

Ich habe einen Panasonic Viera TX-L42D25E und möchte den gerne mit Apple TV 3. Generation verbinden. Leider wird Apple TV nicht vom Fernseher erkannt. Wer kann helfen?

Update - Panasonic support wrote the following:
"Thank you for your e-mail enquiry regarding your Panasonic product.
I have discussed your issue with our head office AV technica ldept & they have confirmed that as the DVD player works on the HDMI input there is nothig wrong with the TV. It may be there is an incompatability with the apple TV interface & the TV. Nothing can be done to solve this as there would be not adjustments you could make to the HDMI inputs on the TV."
so according to them its not their product!
I have solved my problem by getting a Samsung TV - brilliant picture and no technical problems (so far!!)

Pc laptop to access the iTunes store again too authorize home sharing.   I have tried it before. O for a while I thought the we're sharing, now the Apple Tv has gone back to telling me to use my computer too sign into iTunes.
there maybe a far simpler way to enjoy iTunes on my iPad and Apple Tv.   I also have the Sony blurry Google Tv. I will upgrade my PC with Windows Z8 and a screaming ran cache, ram disk on a 79 mother board and then pay 5 bucks a month for OnLive Plus that I hpe to show wirelesslypy on the big scree 50 inch Panasonic.   I have waited for years to upgrade as I wanted to help my kids in college. They are finished and so I have money fr my self.CELEBRATE

Panasonic TV. Apple TV works with one HDMI input but not the other.

I have the latest version of Apple Tv and an older Panasonic TX32LXD60 Tv. The TV has two HDMI inputs. Apple TV works perfectly on HDMI1, but shows nothing on HDMI2. I am using exactly the same cable. HDMI2 works fine with my DVD player. Can anyone explain how I can get HDMI2 to accept Apple TV?

Mediathek auf Time Capsule und Appl TV ladet ewig oder auch mal nicht

Hallo alle zusammen,
bin etwas am verzweifeln. Habe mir jetzt eine Time Capsule zugelegt um meine gesamte Mediathek (Musik, Film und Bilder) auszulagern.
Die Ausgangssituation ist: MacBook pro 13" 500GB HDD (neu), Apple TV 2 und eine neue Time Capsule 2TB ebenfalls neu.
Der Zugriff auf die Bilder erfolgt über iPhoto, hier hbe ich dann schon das erste Probem.... das Laden der Mediathek dauert dann manchmal mehrere Minuten!
Dann geht das warten weiter, sobald die Mediathek angezeit wird und ich mi z.B. Fotod anschauen möchte, dann habe ich auch hier ein echt lange
Wartezeit bis die Bilder und die Diashow starten. Es kam auch schon vor, das bei einer Diashow die Musik plötzlich nicht meh abgespielt wurde oder auch beim absielen von reinen Musiktiteln AppleTV nur noch geladen hat wie verrückt, vor und zurück skippen ngaben keine Besserung! Wechsel man dann in eine ander Wiedergabeliste war wieder alles o.K.!
Eigentlich bin ich dabei immer mehr auf Apple Produkte umzusteigen, aber die momentane Performance ist nicht wirklich zufrieden stellen. Die gleiche Mediathekt auf einem Windows-PC mit AppleTV hat perfekt funktioniert und auch die Zugriffszeiten waren TOP!
Hat jemdand eine Idee was schief läuft, was ich ändern kann??

Support habe ich auch schonmal angehauen......habe aber gerüchteweise gehört, der WD Support wäre nicht der Beste. Daher habe ich parallel mal hier gefragt, in der Hoffnung jemand hätte auch solche Probleme.

Connecting keyboard via bluetooth to Panasonic Viera or Apple TV

My apple keyboard is discoverable when viewing settings on my apple PC however when I try to connect by keyboard via Bluetooth to my Panasonice Viera TV or Apple TV under settings>bluetooth, the keyboard name never appears and the bluetooth search mode keeps searching not recognizing the keyboard. Solution or steps to resolve issue known? Please help

so hard to understand you have to do THAT? one would think it would work by just trying to connect the device that is a mouse...

Adobe Bridge und Apple icloud drive

Ich nutze seit kurzem das icloud drive von Apple, welches auch wirklich gut funktioniert - leider wird es nicht in der Bridge angezeigt, was wirklich ein Nachteil ist. Hat jemand das gleiche Problem, oder gibt es einen Trick? Ich habe es schon mit einer Verknüpfung versucht, aber das klappt leider auch nicht.

Yes I know there is all kinds of stuff to buy but this will probably be the one and only time I ever need to do this.

Until recently, Hamburg Pro Media was considered the go-to developer for MXF support. But they have recently discontinued their FCP X support. As you probably have found out, there are a number of MXF converters on the App Store. I can't recommend any of them since I haven't had any first hand experience with them. Perhaps someone here (that is someone who's unaffiliated with any of the developers) can recommend one they've had experience with.

Hallo, ich verwende die gleiche Apple-ID auf meine MAC, IPAD und IPAD mini. Offensichtlich ist ein Passwort Change auf dem Ipad Mini nicht nachgezogen worden und mir ist das alte Passwort nicht mehr bekannt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das Passwort auf dem Mini zu löschen? Ipad mini zurücksetzen geht leider auch nicht mehr, da Ipod Suche auf dem Mini nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann.

gibts schon ne lösung? hab mir vor einer woche nen macbook gekauft und seit drei tagen ist meine apple id gesperrt, keine ahnung warum und apple reagiert irgendwie nicht bislang...

Do you have Mirroring turned to the on position on your iMac. To turn it on click System Preferences > Display > Display Tab > at the bottom of the screen check "Show Mirroring Options in the menu bar when available. Above that you will see Airplay on/off. Turn it on. If you do not see it your iMac does not support Airplay. But it should be there on a 2011 iMac running Mountain Lion.

Apple TV flickers, sound cuts out intermittently for short instances

I use airplay to watch internet TV on my Flatscreen (panasonic viera) via Apple TV. From when I can remember it's always having sound cut in and out quite frequently and even somtimes flickers to a scrambled screen. I checked my serial number to see if mine was the recall one but it's not. I remember seeing something about changing your router settings or something. Anyone have any solutions or suggestions? Thank you for the question. I have experienced this issue as well recently. Try the troubleshooting steps in the attached article. However, what worked for me was power cycling the Apple TV by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in.

Panasonic SDR-H21 HDD device --- error in setup

hi there - please help ---- I just bought Final Cut Express 4 -
I use a Panasonic SDR-H21 HDD& SD Card
in my Final Cut setup I choose all-formats or DV/Panasonic DVCPRO ---- I choose PAL (we use PAL)
as soon as I switch on my Panasonic it opens IPHOTO - I quit IPHOTO (a couple of times because it just reopen again), but in my Final Cut setup window it gave me the following error message

unable to locate the following external devices
Apple Firewire Pal (720x480) (or (720x576) - I change to different PAL options)
I want to know if I can use my Panasonic - it's not on your Panasonic list ---- it works 100% in IMOVIE

Panasonic PVGS500 cannot be read by iMovie

I am using Firewire to communicate with my G5. System profiler sees the connection but imovie comes up with "error communicating with camera" Panasonic says its Apple. SOmeone please help

No I didn't know it was user to user..I was hoping for an Apple tech rep. sorry if I seemed rude but I've not been given accurate info...lets try again. The camera works flawlessly, so does my Power Mac with the OS 10.4. The cable is brand new. It is a 4-6 pin firewire cable. The system profiler accuratly reads the camera in the firewire ID section of the profiler. That means the cable is good, the firewire ports are good on both the camera and the cumputer. The imovie software was deleated only from the applications folder. In the days of OS 9 I would have also deleated the preferences and the extensions but of course now in OS X I do not play around with the System folder unless a tech rep with "the knowledge" walks me through it. Anyway, I re-installed imovie from the disks, still will not recognize the camera. Actually it recognizes it to the point of saying that there is an error.I suspect the srror is the camera allowing itself to be 'talked to' by imovie. The question is whether or not imovie is talking correctly or not, or whether the camera is capable of listening.

I'm currently using Powerbook 15" 1.67Gz with Mac OS X version 10.4.3. Now I'm trying to connect my Panasonic Dital Video Camera Model NV-EX3 through Firewire. But it didn't work at all. IMovie simply doesn't detect my camera at all. Is there any way you can explain this to me. Are there any more drivers I need to download. Please kindly assist me in finding solutions to this.

I have the same problem. Using imovie 6 on the new intel imac. trying to import/connect the Panasonic NV-EX3 doesn't work. it recognizes that something hangs on firewire but doesn't recognize the camera.
Apple says ask Panasonic, they don't do drivers. Panasonic says ask Apple, thye don't have drivers for Apple.
Me, stuck in the middle. I thought you just connect a HD camera via firewire and you are in business.
Should I sell this one on Ebay and buy one that works? Which one would that is similar? don't want to get another one and end up with the same problem and unsupportive supliers.

Nach dem Besuch im Applestore (Workshop iMovie) wurde uns gezeigt, dass diverse Geräusche in das Programm geladen werden können, die im Standard von iMovie oder Garage Band nicht enthalten sind. Diese sollen (z.B. startendes Flugzeug) in Erweiterungsapps erhältlich sein, leider konnten die Mitarbeiter nicht sagen, ob diese Apps noch erhältlich sind bzw. welche es sind. Es geisterten Begriffe wie Mainstage und Jam Pack herum. Ich möchte aber nicht aus Zufall ein Produk kaufen, was ich ansonsten nicht benötige. Weiß von euch jemand was es da gibt?

Die meisten Effekte habe ich in dem Apple Loops Paket "iLife Sound Effects" - das sind alle Effekte, die sich gut zum Vertonen vom Filmen eignen, Möwengeschrei, Tiergeräusche, Schüsse, Waldesrauschen, Dschungel bei Nacht, Gewitter, Regentropfen, Paddel im Wasser usw. ich kann nicht mehr genau rekonstruieren, was diese Effekte installiert hat, entweder die iLife '11 Installations CD (mit GarageBand '11 und iMovie, iPhoto), oder eins von den Jam Packs. Aber ich vermute stark, dass es die iLife CD war.
Die JamPacks sind thematische Sammlungen mit vielen zusätzlichen Instrumenten und Apple Loops mit verschiedenen Klängen und Rhythmen. Diese waren früher recht teuer, können aber jetzt indirekt gekauft werden, indem man MainStage installiert. Mainstage instlliert die zusätzlichen Instrumente und Loops genau da, wo GarageBand sie benötigt.
Die alten Jam Pack installer einzeln zu kaufen, macht keinen Sinn. Sie sind teurer, und enthalten teilweise Power PC code, der auf einem Intel Rechner nicht ausführbar ist. Wenn Ihr also an zusätzlichen Instrumenten und loops mit vielen exotischen Instrumenten (Dudelsack, Tibetische Klangschalen, chinesiache und arabische Instrumente, usw.) interessiert seid, würde ich MainStage kaufen.
