Panel between Filmstrip and Viewer missing

Hey all!
I have Lightroom 4.0, and I'm editing pictures, but I have come to notice that the panel between the Filmstrip and the Viewer is missing. This was the panel that gave me the ability to check the "Show Mask Overlay" and set the Mask Pins to different display options (Auto, Hide, Show, etc.). I can't figure out how to get it back. Toggling all of the panels does not work.

Yes, it doesn't show up when I do click that. It doesn't show up under Crop (would have the 'Done" button) or any of the other adjustments either.

I think that you are asking how to make your query faster? I would reference the FAQ section on how to post a question regarding performance.
Your title indicates you want to understand the relationship between tables and views. In general, Oracle Applications uses views for 2 reasons - to join data from multiple tables for display, and to differentiate data from different organizations. (I am still on 11i and have heard organizations are handled differently in 12 so I can't speak to that for sure).
To understand the relationship between tables in a view, you can access the view's source code, either through a development tool such as PL/SQL Developer or TOAD (I'm guessing Oracle's tool does this also, but have never used it), or by querying the source from the dba_source table.
select * from dba_source where name = (name of view) and type = 'VIEW' order by line;without the ( ) just the view name, in all capital letters i.e. , 'GL_JE_LINES_V'

We use workbooks for excel formating,like font changes, lay out changes etc...
Workbooks into which queries are inserted are no different in appearance than other Excel workbooks.
They can be saved as files, copied, sent and (using Excel functions) edited however you like and even supplemented with other data.
Views are primarily used for BW Web Reports, it is similar to the concept of workbooks is for BEx.A local view can be accessed only within a workbook in which it was saved, where as a global view can be accessed globally in the system, it is not attached to a workbook. Only Global view can be used in BW Web Templates.

Can any one tell me whats the differrence between Oracle Forms Canvas and Canvas View ? Coz the built-ins are differrent for canvas and view though they perform the samehting like FIND_CANVAS, FIND_VIEW .

In EP 6.0 it is just business package that you import to your portal. This will then give a "java development" role in portal which can be assigned to users. The role will then create a tab called "Java Development" in the top navigation and click on it you can see all the contents underneath.

"Require authenticated binding between directory and clients" missing

A new install of 10.6, upgraded to 10.6.4 Server does not show the option "Require authenticated binding between directory and clients" under the Open Directory - Settings - Policies - Binding tab. I do see the "Enable authenticated directory binding" option. Also, the terminal command sudo slapconfig -setmacosxodpolicy -binding required does work as a workaround.
This option is not present in both Server Admin on the server itself and one client machines I'm using to manage the server.
Is there a way to get the graphical button to become visible?

Transformation between DS and DSO missing Non-cumulative KYF

Hi SDN,
I installed the business content for CML, and am working with 0CML_DELTA_CAP datasource. I would like to create a transformation between this datasource and DSO 0CML_O03.
By default, when you install the CML business content, the datasources use the 3.x dataflow concept (transfer rules, infosources, and update rules).
I would like to use the 7.x dataflow concept and created a transformation between the 0CML_DELTA_CAP datasource and the 0CML_O03 DSO. In the transformation, it is missing the fields 0CML_B330, 0CML_B340, 0CML_B360, 0CML_B380 in the datatarget. These key figures are non-cumulative with NCum Value change (0CML_B330 uses 0CML_B331 as value change). The value change key figures show up in the transformation, but the non-culmulative key figures do not.
Does anyone have any ideas why the non-cuml. kyf are not showing up in the transformation?

The non- cumulative key figures are not mapped in the transformation. Only the 'Inflow' and 'Outflow' key figures for the non- cumulative key figure are mapped.
You can check the property for the non- *** KF in RSD1, where you would find the corresponding inflow and outflow kf. If both of these are mapped in the transformation, the non- *** kf would calculate the value in the report in which it is included as:
Non-*** KF value = Inflow value - Outflow value.

Difference between read and view only -users having both permissions can download the documents

Hi All,
Would like to know whats the difference between view only and read permission.
As per my requirement, my end users who have been assigned View Only should NOT be able to Download the document from a doc lib.Whereas who have Read permissions should be able to download.
But when i tested with few users with these permissions, those users who are having viewonly permissions was able to download the documents.
how this will be true? MS says that this is not possible if it contains server side handlers.
my customer worried about the download-the-document part. as per them end users who have view only permissions should not download the docs.

Difference in control panel between 6500 and 6500 e709n series

Hello,
Although I still have a non-solved problem in this topic (printing from IE8 x64), I already have another one.
It seems that there are three 'printers' installed in control panel. One is called HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series fax, which I understand is the fax. However, the other two seem very similar to me. Hp Officejet 6500 and HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series. I would like to know the difference between those two, especially because I rarely have to switch between those two, when one of them does not work.
Which one is the best to set as default, and why won't I just delete the other one?

Fighting between "Edit" and "View" buttons

In IDM6, if you click one user then select "Edit" from user Action, you will get Edit User page. Without clicking "Cancel" then click "Accouts" and select same user, select "View" from user Action, you will see "View User" title with actual editable page. If you start a user with "view' option, then go back "Accounts", select same user select "Edit" from user Action, you will see "Edit User" with acdtuall view page,you can do any edit at all!
Is it bug in IDM???

Try shutting everything down and re-start your computer.

Problems moving between CS3 and CS4 - missing plugins

Hello all. Sorry if this is a really obvious question. I'm still sort of new to InDesign.
I'm working on a newsletter right now that I originally created using CS3. When the CS4 trial came out, I downloaded it, and the file it automatically transferred to opening on that version by default and I finished it up on CS4. Now my CS4 trial has run out and I don't want to buy it, but instead would like to keep working on the newsletter in CS3. When I try to open it in CS3 however, it says a ton of plugins are missing, namely:

word ready

indexing
xml
generic page item
package and preflight
image
master page
incopy shared
cjk text attributes
assignments
spread
text
links
toc
text attributes

hyperlinks

whew! I'm pretty sure I have all the current updates. I tried looking for some of the plugins but I'm not really sure how to go about this or even if it's the right solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! We wanted to get the newsletter to our printer before the holidays but that's not looking so great now.

You cannot open a CS4 file in CS3. If you'd like to email me the file,
I'll save it back as an INX file for you. Depending upon what features
you used in CS4 it may or may not be satisfactory...new features will be

Why there is a difference between table and view?

SubStr(CCD,1,40)You are taking 40 characters from CCD. You are probably using a multi byte character set, so the column will be 160 bytes. Your output shows char_used = B, that means length of column is taken in bytes.

NVL in view: discrepancy between 10G and 11G

I've discovered some discrepancy between 10G and 11G in a way how view deals with NVL-based column in a where clause.
Here are two examples:

FilteringClassLoader missing between ear and war classloaders (10.3)

Hi,
When deploying an ear application, and viewing it's class loader hierarchy by using the CAT tool, I can see the following:
- On a 12.1 WebLogic server, the hierarchy is : FilteringClassLoader (this contains the filters declared with <prefer-application-packages>) --> GenericClassLoader --> FilteringClassLoader --> ChangeAwareClassLoader
- On a 10.3 WebLogic server, It's almost the same: FilteringClassLoader (this contains the filters declared with <prefer-application-packages>) --> GenericClassLoader --> ChangeAwareClassLoader
The FilteringClassLoader between the app class loader and the web class loader is missing.
Is this a known difference between 12.1 and 10.3?
Is there any way i can define the filters at this level or make sure a FilteringClassLoader is created (like it is in 12.1)?

Alright, my research points to the idea that this might have something to do with staging. Since this is a dev setup we don't have any managed servers or anything. All we have is AdminServer and that is it. We have only one domain and it is "base_domain". Does anyone know if this is wrong?

Difference between user_sy_privs and session_privs views

could you tell me exactly if the difference between the user_sy_privs view and the session_privs view is this one
-the user_sy_privs shows the system privileges the current user is really using during its session
-the session_privs view shows the system privileges the current user can use during its session(he does not use them obligatory)

Connection between O and BP is missing

Hi,
When i check inconsistency for a user, i am getting " Connection between "O" and "BP" is missing. When i check the Org.unit in PPOSA_BBP, i could see no BP exists for that Org.unit where user is assigned. I have replicated the org.unit from HR system but yet the BP hasnt been generated. Can you please share your idea on this.

Hi Prasath,
This might be because you need to assign the user to a Purchasing Organisation or a Purchasing Group. If the user do not have BP created then you can do this by using tcode USERS_GEN.
Go to USERS_GEN and follow below steps :
1. Select Create User From Existing SU01 user
2. Enter the org id of the POrg or Pgroup under which you want to assign the user
3. Select country and execute
4. In next window one popup will occur, select Area Of User
5. In next popup enter the user id
6. Next select the user and click Ok.
7. This will create a BP and CP for the user and assigns the BP to the Org id of the POrg or Pgroup.
8. Now check the consistency of the user it will show all green.
It might give you error like eMail id for BP XXXXX is missing if the SU01 profile of the user does not contain any user id but it is not critical.
You can open the BP in BP tcode and enter the email id of the user.
Let us know if it solves your issue.
