Panic help!!! Why do keyframe parameters not seem to move when I move layer

Hi, I am about to throw Motion out the window, it's driving me mad, hopefully due to my ignorance, and I can't seem to find any reference to it, but for some reason, if I have animation parameters set in keyframes, then I offset the layer slightly ie move it a couple of frames left or right etc, the animation seems to get completely messed up, I'm guessing it doesn't move, with the layer although that might be too simplistic.
Please help, I'm taking days to keep redoing things in Motion.
Is there a way to make sure that all settings and parameters remain set when moving a layer???

Motion is awesome for keyframe manipulation. If you are running into a problem that, to me it sounds like you're saying that you are moving your clip in the timeline and the keyframes don't stay timed to the clip, I would say that there is something being overlooked. Wihtout seeing it first hand I don't know what you would be doing wrong but have a solution that might satisfy you. If you haven't tried this before I think you will be tickled with how nice this is. With the clip you wish to manipulate selected go into the tab marked "Keyframe Editor". From there you can select keyframes (single or multiple) and totally manipulate the parameters of your clip. This is great for correcting timing issues with your movement as well. Here you can also see a column to the left that shows you a legend of what each color coted keyframe line is within this editor and you can deselect which ones you don't need to manipulate at the moment. Deactivate them by unchecking them (which only deactivates your view of them at the moment not their function) and clear them out of the way so that you can manipulate just the parameters you want to for the moment. You can also right click on each keyframe and get a bevvy of options.

will not work if you move to another country. If you move and wish to utilize

It will only play when placed on a docking station and then I cant scroll to pick songs, I can only go to next song using buttons on docking station.

You will need to have the hold switch replaced.

@-moz-keyframes does not seem to work in cs 5.5

I have difficulties when editing a CSS style in CS5.5.
Dreamweaver accepts
@-webkit-keyframes [id]...
and @keyframes [id]...
without any problems.
Only when I try do use
@-moz-keyframes [id]...
the editor does not seem to accept the term.
Usually the color of the code turns dark red but it doesn't with mozilla keyframes.
Also the file doesn't work neither on a local preview nor on the webserver.
any ideas?

I have a Iphone 42 and want to transfer my photos to my PC why does my computer not recognise the Iphone when I connect it to the pc?

Can any help. I want to transfer photos on my Iphone 4s to my PC, my computer will not recognise the phone when I connect via the USB port to the PC. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

Do you get any response from the computer when you plug the phone in? I'm guessing that you are going into Computer to see if you find the phone? If you go into Device Manager, do you see any errors in the USB area?

Why do the toolbars not match my customization when I click "Done" customizing?

I right click on the toolbars and get "Customize" which pops-up the standard customize window where I drag and drop to the actual toolbar. Despite arranging the items in a manner I want to view them and click "Done" SOME of the items disappear or get "magically" merged with other items. In example: the reload button when placed immediately to the right of the location bar gets "merged" into the location bar where it becomes too close to other UI elements and I click the wrong item.
Now for the reload button I can add in the vertical spacer so that it doesn't get merged, but the stop button ALWAYS disappears when placed next to the reload button on the right side of the location bar. When I move it next to the HOME, BACK, and Next buttons on the left of the location bar it does not get merged.
If this is the intent it would sure be better in my mind to give me a "lock" layout checkbox so that the buttons stay fixed in my layout instead of what some UI designer thinks is better for me...

Try putting the stop button first, with the reload button to the right. That should allow you to see both buttons at once and adjacent to each other without needing any separator.
The merged buttons were presumably designed as such because you may only use one function at a time. The stop button shows as a page loads, once it has loaded the reload button becomes available, so it is a space saving feature.

I get the SSO screen but it never sends me back to the normal flow, I get challenged again when I am back in the APEX application ...
I am using the PLSQL Gateway methodology.
As all blogs and Metalink suggested,
I ran the regapp.sql script,
I ran the loadsdk to create an SSO schema and then I altered the system to APEX_040100 and ran the
@apex/core/custom_auth_sso_902.sql
@apex/core/custom_auth_sso_902.plb
scripts and created synonyms and grants as suggested by all the documentation ...
All came back as succesful...
Any idea where I should be looking for a mistake? I reviewed all my steps many times ...

Per J.K. recommendation, I removed the "/pls" part of the URLs known to SSO (because I am using PLSQL gateway), but still get:
/apex/wwv_flow_custom_auth_sso.process_success was not found on this server when I get back from succesfull authentication from my SSO server
I ran the suggested scripts in support.oracle.com ...
Here you can see the output:

It is up to the content owner as to when, and if, specific content is available on itunes (or any outlet for that matter). Very often a network or production compnat willhave exclusive deals with streaming outlets for a period of time before a seaon of a series is available elsewhere.
I can't speak to most of the shows you reference, but in the case of The Americans, there has only been one season so far. Season two isn't schedule for broadcast until February of next year.

Why will Adobe Reader10 Not open the PDF when I press the "Help" button in my software Sibelius?

I'm running windows 7 on my lap top (64 bit) and installed Adobe Reader 10. I use Sibelius software to write music. In the In the Sibelius Menu bar is a "Help" button. When you click on this the reference books (on PDF's) that are provided are suppose to open up. This is not hppening.
When I go to the Adobe file and right click I see at the bottom "Properties" it is in this area that I believe I'm suppose to give Adobe Reader 10 permissions to open PDFs. I'm not sure though what exactly needs to happen.

HELP- New VI function does not seem to work in Built Application

My Application is designed to coordinate several (16) separate test stations from one control. The test stations can run independently. I have a Test Manager application that launches independently running Test Runner VIs when the user has selected a test to run and the conditions to run it with. There can be 0 to 16 Test Runner VIs running at any given time. Each Test Runner VI uses the same template Test Runner.VI code but is given a unique Name based on a randomly generated GUID. I use a sequence of the New VI function, VI.FP.Open and VI.Run VI to create the VI based upon the template, give it a unique name and then launch it to run independently. See JPG fragment attached.
This design works perfectly well when used in the LabView 2010 development environment. But it does not work when I build the Test Manager as an EXE application. There are no errors generated, but the new VI is not launched and I think that one of the functions in the sequence never returns. I am not sure if the New VI is created or not.
Does anyone know how to modify this so that New VIs can be created, uniquely named and launched, that will work properly no matter whether the creating VI is running in either development (for debugging) or as a built application?
Does the sequence New VI function, VI.FP.Open and VI.Run VI work when used in a Built application? Is there some other method that will work to serve this need?
Is there a function in LabView that will launch an exe file like WinExec does? Perhaps I can use that.

Are you using any paths in your VI?
I do see the Application Directory in the image you posted. Do you have other paths?
Do you use the same computer that you developed with to run the executable?
You can create indicators for the paths and confirm that they are okay. Do you automatically close the front panel when closing the application?
If so, you can disable that portion of the code, re-build the code and look at the paths and any error message.

There are only two ways pictures get on an iPhone.
1) Pictures taken on the device that show up in the Camera Roll.
2) Pictures synced from the computer via iTunes to the device that show up in other folders.
There is no need to back these pictures up from the iPhone to the comptuer as they already exist on the computer.

Why do some webpages not finish loading images when using cellular data instead of WiFi?

I'm using iPhone 6 64gb. The problem existed with iOS 8.0.0 and the iOS 8.0.2 update.
I have had trouble with webpages loading slowly over AT&T LTE. Sites with multiple images frequently have trouble loading all the images entirely. Instead, the unloaded portion of the image fills in with black or the image fails to load at all. If I switch to WiFi when available and refresh the page, the images will usually reload completely. I never had this problem with the iPhone 5s on the same websites.

I'm on AT&T with an iPhone 5 first gen. This problem is happening across iPhone4s al of the way to iPhone6+
Thought it was only affecting newer iPhones with new Graphic Processors but I later ruled that out.
Seems to only be happening on LTE / 4G. Is not affected on WIFI for me.
I clear cache, crash browser and even reset the phone but will still get unexpected results in LTE or 4G.
The images seem to be getting prematurely cached and are only partially rendering.
When I save the these half loaded images in photoshop I get a warning that they are damaged and/or truncated.
I have saved images out as PNG and JPGs renders poorly.
About the images-
These images are only 15k and there are 16 on the page so I can't see why they would get bottlenecked when loading.
also, there is no background-color of black anywhere in the CSS.
Note the TV-Like static on the bottom image similar to the comment ryzer08 above.

After the installation, restart your Mac, launch Safari and see if you can download files. If not...
From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Empty Cache. When you are done with that...
From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Reset Safari. Select the top 5 buttons and click Reset.
