I would like to see the maual before I get a phone, since the stores don't have this phone and many stores do not have working models of feature phones. I cannot find the manual anywhere else. Please fix the link,

Not happy with support sight. While trying to issue a trouble ticket for a Zen 5 Plus, I go thru all the questions and get to the point "[url="http://93.95.7.83/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE/,/?St=779,E=0000000000338349862,K=3223,Sxi=6,t=prob_ not_listed#">Click here to submit and go to email. Thank you.[/url]" The link should let you go to entering infor for email, instead the link jumps to a Google search screen. It is doing this for all selections on that page. How is one supposted to issue a trouble ticket?
It's working on my system. What browser are you using? Try clearing your cache and cookies and try again, that usually does the trick.

DaveThe ability to share was discontinued a little while back. The service is still active until the 30th May to give people time to retrieve their stuff. After that date your media will be lost unless you download it now.

I have a Pantech Jest and when I try to sign in on Facebook with Social Beat, it won't allow me to because it is not providing Facebook with the proper password.
I have numbers in my FB password and when I press the function key on my phone to use a number, it enters the function key as a * ! UGH, I got a data package just to use FB in Social Beat and now I can't use it!Hello greenscrapcat,

ios 6, my wifi doesnt work
even after switching wifi on and off

and tried switching from manual to auto

Do Web Intelligence Support Linked Universes in BO XI 3.1 sp3

I know WebI in XIR2 doesnt support Linked Universes. So we used to build reports in Deski as we need to generate reports on liniked universe.(one core and three derived) now we are upgrading the version to Xi3.1 Sp3 and i am curious to know whether XIr 3.1 WebI support linked universes.

Yes, I used Web Intelligence (never actually used Deski in my life!) I am surprised to hear that XIR2 Webi reports did not work with linked universes. I remember reading several long forum entries regarding linked universes and the pros and cons. And I am pretty sure they were back 2-3 years ago.
But maybe they were using Deski.
We have a main Universe that we have been using for a couple of years that we have typically just added to when required. Then we were confronted with having to add data from a new department, which was not very easily related to the existing data. So we have been considering linked Universes. We still have not decided which way to go.
I built a new Universe based on this department's data, and then linked it to a test copy of our original main Universe. Then I took an existing complex report in Webi and changed the Universe to the new linked Universes. Then I had to remap the data (it makes you do this automatically) and do some other adjustments, but it all worked fine.
Funny thing is, once I got it working, I did a "save as" on the universe, knowing I needed a backup in case something went wrong, and when I tried to switch back between InfoView and Rich Client, it got all messed up! I spent another few weeks trying to figure that out. But that was not related directly to the linked Universe. I can refer you to messages about that.
So, my point is, yes, linked Universes do work with Webi in 3.1. Have I done thorough testing? No. But I have taken one rather complex report and migrated it to a linked Universe in Webi, and it works. -
I upgraded one of my phones from the Pantech Jest to a Droid Razr maxx. I am trying to retrieve the ringtones I made (not ones bought) and pictures I took from the phone's memory. When I try to move all to the memory card it stops and says it is incomplete. Why can't I move any of my media to the data card? The phone is no longer activated but I should still be able to retrieve my data off of it. I've tried Backup Assistant Desktop App, but it keeps crashing.
Do you only have media on the external or is your whole iTunes library there? A complete iTunes library is the library files, supporting files and folders, and media files. Media files are just media files. Hint: Easiest is if it is the whole thing and portable. It can be relocated when it is not together but it may involve a lot more steps with varying degrees of success.

I will never understand why the last few phones I have purchased come with a 2.5mm headphone jack rather than a standard 3.5mm, but.....the Pantech Jest 2 is among them.
I have never bothered to try to connect them before because I could never find a set of headphones that would fit the jack. I recently found an adapter (from 2.5mm to 3.5mm) at Radio Shack and bought 2 so that I could finally use my phones as mp3 players. The problem is, I have tried both adapters on 2 different Jest 2s, also tried hooking the phone up to regular headphones and also mp3 speakers, and the sound still comes through the cell phone rather than the audio line out.
Is there a setting in the phone that I am overlooking or something? I have read the manual and there is literally no reference to this or any other issue related to the headphone jack other than that it exists. Searching turns up other people asking the same question but none have been answered. Anyone have any ideas?Yes...I had done the same when I went to Radio Shack, showed them my phone and explained what I needed. I actually bought 2 because I have multiple Jests, and tried them both. I went in to Target yesterday and found a "headset" package that is made specifically for cell phones and my model was listed, a 2.5mm adapter was included. I bought 2 of these @ $21 each. These DO work and I was even able to use a standard audio cable to connect it to mp3 speakers and my car stereo. However, I am extremely disappointed in the performance of these phones. When you play the music through the phones speakers, it sounds normal. But once passed through the jack-which is only capable of mono and not stereo-it sounds terrible.
Frankly I don't know why they bothered to make this phone an mp3 player. It can't be plugged into any headphones or audio devices and sound as was intended. Really, MONO? -
I have the Pantech Jest, have for about a year. I never really have issues with it. I know its not a smart phone so theres not much you can do on the internet. theres not much i look to do except check my email and facebook. Its been working fine with those until recently. In the last week or so when im on facebook and i click the link 'See More Posts' on my news feed, a message comes up and says unsupported content. Now, starting last night, when i try to ge tonto facebook at all it says unsupported content. does anyone know why thats happening? i dont get it. its worked just fine. now what do i do?

I know not being able to use your phone how you're use to, or supposed to be able to can be very frustrating. Have you tried removing the battery from the phone for about 20 seconds? You can also try clearing the temporary Internet files, as the phone may have a lot of memory/ usage with the applications used, such as Facebook, e-mails, etc. For steps to clear the temporary Internet files, please select the following link: Clear Temporary Internet Files

I bought igtalk pro in good faith but it doesnt work, i cannot see any incomming messages and when i click the links the app crashes. When you try to "report a problem" the page is all about photos and solitare and no thing even in english its a jappanise or chinese site. how do i get my money back when i went through to i tunes it said contact vendor, well i cant as no links to vendor.
Thanks in advance.When you say that you went through iTunes do you mean the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history, and on that did you say that you couldn't find any support from the developer ? If not then you could try that : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

we have patched our system from NW7 SPS10 to NW7 SPS13.
We have problem with our portal: on home page Get Support Link doesn't
work! When user click on Get Support link doesn't happen, only web page
