Panther install... again

Hello everybody! Nice to be here!
I looked through some topics on the same matter, but they aren't quite like mine, so I started another one.
I installed Jaguar on my G4 AGP Graphics perfectly fine, however, I cannot do anything with Panther. That is, I cannot start installation from CD1 of Full Retail Version. Firmware is up to date, according to Support (4.2.8). While running Jaguar, inserted CD1 and launched Install Mac OS X program from it, computer restarts, however, after grey screen with darker apple on it, machine goes in the blue screen (fullscreen) and stays there with little black stripes wheel. After some time screen goes to power save mode, wakes up to the same state with any key on the keyboard, but no reaction to mouse. Nothing else has been happening.
I would appreciate any suggestions on this matter.

Try this:
Be sure you have made a reliable backup of everything you cannot afford to lose For assistance with this, please post back.
Insert Panther install disk 1.
Shut down computer.
Hit Power button and immediately hold down "C" key until gray apply appears.
Go Installer menu.
Launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in left sidebar
Select First Aid in main panel.
Click Repair Disk Permissions.
Click Repair Disk.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need to use a utility like Tech Tool Pro or Disk Warrior
Quit Disk Utility
Open Installer.
Select installation option
You may choose to Customize and deselect Foreign Language Tanslations and Additional Printer Drivers. Also, make sure that install BSD subsystems is selected.
Proceed with installation.
After restart setup computer.
Restart computer.
Repair Disk Permissions.
Go to Apple Menu > Software updates and install all updates.
Repair Disk Permissions.

Thank you for providing so much information about the issue you are experiencing with iTunes. It sounds like you have tried reinstalling it, but nothing happens when you launch it. I recommend following the steps in this article to resolve launch issues with iTunes:

I am trying to download and install adobe reader, but it is not working. Everytime I try, I get the download but when I try to install it, it goes somewhere but not on my screen for me to install. If I try to install again, it says only one copy can be in

I am trying to download Adobe Reader, I have Windows 7 on my PC. Every time I get the download, I click on it to install the program, and I get the usual messages but I never get the install message. When I try the download again, I get a message telling me only one copy of the program can go on the computer. When I check the program list, it is not there. I have to restore my computer before I can attempt the download and install again. I have tried this at least 6 times but cannot install Adobe Reader. Please help me out with this. I really like this product and prefer to use it. I had o originally delete the program, due to an update conflict.

You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.

You should not have to uninstall Premiere Elements 12/12.1 in order to install and run Premiere Elements 13 on the same computer unless your computer is overloaded and the computer resources are compromised. Just use one program at a time.
Can you still use 12/12.1 on this same computer that will not let you use 13?
What specific Window operating system are you using?
Let us go through the usual drill...
1. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you using a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
3. Did you install the program with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Disable the SLCache Folder found in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit
Local Disk C
Program Files (x86)
Common Files
Adobe
and in the Adobe Folder should be the SL Cache Folder that you delete or disable by renaming the Folder
from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
5. Are you running the program as Administrator and is the latest version of QuickTime installed on the same
computer as Premiere Elements 13?

Did you run Software update yet?

*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

for windows you should have an exe and a 7z file. put both in the same directory and double click the exe.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Yes I know. I can create many different workspace layout as I want. However, if there are some default workspace layout as before, I can choose it easily and efficiently. Besides, they will display many different tools and icons per my choices. Then I can also create any new workspace layout that I want. Reinstall the operating system from the dvd (you will not loose your data)
