Paper coming out the back of printer

I had a notice on my printer that there was a paper jam. I found it and corrected it and now when I print anything, a blank sheet of paper comes out the BACK of the printer. I keep getting paper jam message and walk thru the steps but nothing works. When I get to the end of all of the stpes and run the printer report, the blank page comes out the back of the printer.
help.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
I understand you are having a problem with pages coming out the back of your ENVY 120.
I would like to assist with this odd issue.
The problem I believe is with the printers duplexer (the part that allows two sided printing) and its cover.
Make sure that the cover is in place properly. If it is not it can cause the paper to misfeed,
and strangely enough come out the back of the printer.
Let me know if there is any issues with the cover.

Am I being unreasonable (macbook pro smoking out the back)?

Well received my macbook pro that I was excited about getting for the last week.. open it up and start going through the welcome screen, get to the desktop and try connecting to my wireless. At this point the screen flickers and smoke rolls out the back of my macbook pro. Great, less then 10 minutes of use and the thing is smoking/unuseable.
Call tech support and all the usual liability questions like did you call the fire dept etc.. Im pretty nice about it considering id waited a week and then got less then 10 minutes of use out of it.
Finally they send me to product support which asks me if I want a replacement. Of course I want a replacement what am I going to do with this thing? Get down to the shipping labels and I ask if they are going to wait to receive mine before they ship out the replacement to which she kind of stumbles and then says yes thats usually how we do it. I told her thats not going to work and they need to ship it out ASAP and not wait for mine to get there because ive already waited a week for a dud and now am going to be tight on time between getting this laptop and school starting up again.
She says she sent in a request to do this and I should hear within 48 hours. Alls I have to say is it better be alot less then 48 hours or im going to be really ******.
Am I being unreasonable?

Don't hold your breath. It's not her call. They won't risk sending out a product to you at the risk that you are lying to them. The best they should be able to do is send out the replacement as soon as they can see a tracking #. But again, I wouldn't count on it. The good news is, if you send it out the day you get your box, Apple should receive your toasted machine the next day. They don't cut any costs when it comes to shipping.

I imagine the point is to further illustrate Apple's poor quality control. Being a Pc to Mac convert, I am vindicated if not satisfied with Apple's inability to create a flawless (or anything near) product after all the hype I had previously heard from my MAC friends ("crash-proof," "virus-proof")
To be fair, it seems that the new Intel line of Apple brand computers are the only ones that seem to be exhibiting DOA and short-lifetime malfunctions on such a catastrophic level.

Paper in, paper out through the back, no print

Well, not much to say. I paid 70 bucks, I got what I paid for. It worked fine for a while, yesterday had a jam, I took the paper out. Now it doesn't print, the paper comes out white through the back. Should I buy another printer?Thanks. Pissed off in Manhattan

Try to just skip Michael D. Sullivan's post. He got utterly confused, and his reply would only confuse you.
I did tell you that I have an Epson 2200, not a 2880 like Mr. Sullivan thinks and like you have, and that I would show you a screenshot, which I did.
You are the one with the 2880, and you DO have the 2880 printer driver. I hope this clarifies the situation for Mr. Sullivan.

Now, as for your issue, you still have to determine why you only have a single available option. Are you missing a proper profile for the combination of ink/paper/printer? For instance, my printer would show me all options grayed out if I try to use a printer option and profile for a paper that requires Matte Black Ink and I only have the Photo Black Ink physically installed in the printer.

I am missing the back to a hp psc 950 that I just purchased but cant take back. When I try to align my printer and print the alignment the paper shoots straight out of the back of it. Please let me know what the piece is titled so that I may try to find a replacement. Thank You

My requirement is when a value is entered into a field leaving the other field empty should display a error message
I'm making use of the below statement to display the error message
message S000(01) display like 'E' raising error_with_message.
But the thing is ,when trying to save it after entering value into a field leaving the other empty, its displaying the error message which i have maintianed.till here its well and good.But from here I can only come out of the tcode without allowing me to enter the value into the other field.
want a message to be displayed on the status bar and allow me to put the value into the remaining field
without coming out from the screen..

I'm able to display a message when the second field is left empty..
In the message dialog (where the message gets displayed), exit option is there.so i'm coming out of the tcode.But it should give me message and allow me to put the value in the screen without coming out of it.

If I understand correctly your sound is not clear on your phone coming from the speaker. I recommend these troubleshooting steps from the following article:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
Follow these steps and test the sound after each one.
Go to Settings > Sounds and drag the Ringer And Alerts slider to turn the volume up.
If you can hear sound from the speaker, then the speaker works. Continue with these steps to find the setting or switch that's affecting the sound. If you can't hear sound from the speaker, contact Apple Support.
Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is set to ring. If you can see orange, it's set to silent.
Restart your device.
Open an app that has music or sound effects. Adjust the volume with the volume buttons or the slider in Control Center.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth.
If there's still no sound, connect a headset. If you can hear sound through the headset, remove it and clear any dust or debris from the headset jack of your device.
If the device is in a case, make sure that the case doesn't block the speaker.
Use a brush to gently clear any debris from the speaker and Lightning connector (or 30-pin dock connector). The brush should be clean and dry and have soft bristles.
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
If you followed these steps and still hear no sound or distorted sound, contact Apple Support.

I'm afraid your question is not clear. If you don't want music playing, close iTunes. If the music is on a web site that you are visiting, mute your sound - System Preferences>Sound>mute.

Color isnt coming out right when i print pictures

when i try to print a picture off my computer the color comes out way too light and almost white looking. how do i go about fixing it so it will look like the picture?

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? What program are you printing from? Are you printing on plain paper or on photo media?
If you are using inkjet photo media make sure the proper media type is selected in the Paper/Quality tab of the driver. If using photo paper with plain paper selected the results would be very light.

Color shift coming out of LR when printing??

Just upgraded to a Nikon D300. Imported RAW (14 bit) image. Edited on color calibrated iMac. Specified Hahnemuhle .icc profile to Epson Pro 3800 (6.10) driver. Set color managed OFF in driver. Print Preview from driver showed a shift to green on parts of the image. Image printed as it looked in Preview, not as in LR.
I then set LR to Managed by Printer, and set the driver to manage color controls. The image printed nearly exactly as it appeared in LR (kudos to the Epson driver I guess) ....
Any ideas?

The previous test was on Epson paper. This time I use the Hahnemulhle paper, but specified an Epson profile to match the Hahnemuhle recommended Epson paper in the driver. The image printed perfectly, matching the LR image. So .... Epson profile on Hahnemulhle paper looking 100% better than the vendor profile on their own paper!?

Unbalanced sound with 2 speakers - almost all coming out the left spea

My Audigy SE card with 2 speakers (one Altec Lansing with the amp in and the other a decent 6 ohm Infiniti) puts nearly all the sound out of the left speaker (the Infiniti). I couldn't find a balance control in the Creative mixer and had to go back to control panel sound to crank the balance wildly to the right. I realise the speakers aren't matched but they worked just fine until I re-installed Windows and all my Creative software last week.
I haven't tried recording yet but I hope that will be in balance.
CRIKEY! While I was typing, the right speaker suddenly cranked itself up. Bit odd. Just in case this is a Creative problem, I will post it anyway.

Did you ever fix this problem? I have the exact same thing happening to my sound.
All the sound comes from the left in stereo sound. I plugged the green stereo analog speakers into the other pin the blackone for 4. setting on my SBLi've24 allthe others play fron t left back left and back right but the front right is so soft like a whisper.
So the speakers work. Im running a Xp mediaedition system. It happened after an apparent sound conflict that made an electronic popping sound which got progressi'vely worse until i figured out how to reset the car d in the Bios level. I have done evrything but reformat the hard dri've All tests say the hardware is working but still no front right channel. Help please

I have this annoying noise, it is much worse when music is playing. I checked an the X-FI is on its own IRQ. It is there even if I mute every single output. If I move my mouse it changes pitch a bit.
If I alt tab windows it also stops for a bit then as soon as the main window opens it comes right back. When I open an application it also stops for a second while it loads.
When I play music it increases in intensity. It happens when my speakers and headphone amp are turned off. I have tried muting all outputs and it doesn't help.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I tried switching floppy connectors and I moved the X-Fi as far as I could from my gfx card. Made no difference. If anything it is louder now and it is driving me nuts, if I move my mouse the sound goes away.

Try Reseting the PRAM, It should fix the Problem.
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.
