Parallels partition too big, can I make it smaller?

I only have about 3 gb left on my 120gb drive, and it seems that Parallels has taken about 30 gb of my 120.
Can I make that partition smaller, easily? I really don't want to reformat or reinstall.

Ok, but 7.72 GB free on a drive with ~112 GB capacity (which is the real capacity of a 120 GB drive) means you have less than 7% free space. Running that close to the edge will cause problems with your system. In other words, you sholud be looking to delete (or archive to external storage) some files, either inside your Parallels VM or elsewhere on your Mac (movies, iMovie projects, maybe you have lots of music, etc.).
You can use freeware such as Disk Inventory X to see what's taking the most space on your HDD.

I'm afraid the audio is an 'on page' function and will cease playing if you change pages. As to the size of the audio buttons, it is possible to make an image up to replace the standard audio button, but be advised that this just starts the audio, it cannot be used to pause it like the standard button can.
The standard button is sized so that it is easy to hit with a finger - if you make it too small triggering the audio will become problematic.

if you are using JPEG images together with SWF as output file format, you could get smaller images by:
1. using the Export For Web menu for generating size optimized JPEGs in PhotoShop opposed to Save As JPEG
2. stripping all color management (ICC) information off the files (SWF is not very good in color management besides sRGB, I think…)

You have Zoom on... double tap with three fingers to turn it off. Go into Settings > General > Accessibility to disable it.

Display is too big, can't see the menu bar.

I have a 32" tv that i connected it to my mac pro. I see te display, but it is too big. I can't see the menu bar. I've tried changing the resolution, holding control and scrolling, and changing the display size on the tv settings. Any suggestions?

If there are no size settings on the TV that work (some TVs don't have the correct settings) see if there are Overscan or Underscan settings in the Mac's Displays system preference.

IPhoto too big (Can I store externally?)

I use iPhoto to store my iPhone photos, but the catalog is now 100gb plus. I don't use photo streams, and physically connect a cable to import photos.
I'm wondering how I'd go about moving my managed iPhoto Catalogue to an external drive, which is attached to my Time Capsule?
Basically, I want to go shoot some photos, come home, plug in the cable, and send those new photos wirelessly to my NAS.
I'm aware I could then only sync the photos when I was within range of that Hard drive, which leads me to my next question:
- Is it possible to combine catalogs? (I'm thinking of having a second smaller catalog to use when I'm unable to sync to my main Cat (For when I'm traveling for example), that I could then "dump" into the main catalogue when I'm able.
How can I make this a reality?
One other thing I was wondering, is if maybe I should somehow go to a referenced system, where the files are stored elsewhere, and my catalog just know where they are, but is itself small and easy to store locally. Any advantages/disadvantages to that?

An iPhoto Library cannot reside on a NAS. The iPhoto Library needs to be on a locally mounted disk formatted MacOS Extended (Journaled). Use a properly formatted, portable external drive for your iPhoto Library. See this document (the same goes for iPhoto Libraries): Aperture: Use locally mounted Mac OS X Extended volumes for your Aperture library - Apple Support
To merge iPhoto libraries you need either (the paid version) of iPhoto Library Manager or Aperture. It cannot be done directly in IPhoto.
Perhaps you should wait a month or so, until the new Photos.app for Mac will be released. It will support storing your Photo Library in iCloud, see: Apple - OS X - Photos Preview

Scans are too big Can I re-size a scan?

I scan a lot of contracts and I just bought my photosmart 7525 today. I scanned a contract but it would not email to my account. i'm thinking that it was too big for my email account. The size was only 9.25 mb but it still seemed like a lot because the contract was only 24 pages of written word. No photos! Is there a way to re-size my scans? If I scanned the same document from the office, it would only be about 1 mb.

I understand you are looking to have the Photosmart 7525 scan an image / several pages of images and have them save in a smaller size.
What is the Operating System installed on the computer you are scanning with, Windows or Mac?
I was looking into the scanning options, (using similar software to this printer on Windows 8.1) and found a couple ways to lower the file size. If you do not need to scan in color, choose Black and white. Lowering the DPI / PPI will hugely impact the saved file size.
Let me know if you are able to find those options within your scanning software, and if it was helpful.

E-mail window too large-how can I make it smaller ?

E-mail window fills the screen, am unable to make it smaller as a part of the screen, not the entire screen. How can I do this?

This may sound silly but my main Hardrive window was pulled too big and I can't grab the corner to make it smaller. I've tried making the top section smailler, but it is still to big. Can any one help me with this?

You can't upload the PDF but you can link to a PDF. This blog post on How to upload a PDF file to Facebook explains an easy way to do this using either Acrobat or the free Reader.

Digital Signature Text is too big, how to make it take up less room?

I added a digital signature to a PDF and part of it is a real handwritten signature. The digital signature text was also added but it is taking up too much room on the signature line. I would like to make the real signature large and the text part of the digital signature smaller. I cannot seem to find oout how to make this happen. Is it possible? I've got tiger in ok, running fine - bought family pack and have done 3 installs without problem, so that's the good news ....
I did a major reshuffle and toss-out of files before I installed - bought 80gb mobile external hard drive - and did install with 5+gb free, so after it had about 3gb free, then all of a sudden I went down to less than 1gb
I've been in a hunt for more files to throw out (a nice find were the old ipod updaters that were eating 500mb) ....
If I want to throw out most of the language files (for instance) ... where are they ? (I did search for danois and found nothing, so .... buried ?)
any other suggestions for things to throw away .... I've pretty much eliminated 90% of all things classic, for instance ....
and - do you have ideas for why space seems to disappear so fast .... I'm not doing anything special, but wham, 2gb flies away to ???
