#PARENT_TEXT# not being substituted in List Template since upgrade to v4.1

I have a list template that uses the substitution string #PARENT_TEXT# in the Sublist Template Before Rows section.
Prior to Apex 4.1 this substitution string was replaced with the parent list item text (as expected). In Apex 4.1 this substitution is not made and the result is blank.
Is #PARENT_TEXT# deprecated, or is this a bug? #PARENT_LIST_ITEM_ID# is replaced so looks like some substitution is being performed at least.
any ideas ?

The login page has 3 icons, each of which is a top-level entry within a static list.
When you click on the drop-down icon, the menu which appears should display the "Primary" or "Secondary" or "Tertiary" title in the menu which appears.
Oddly, if you select "Primary"...."1st child of Primary" then the title "1st child of Primary" appears as the menu title. Suggesting that there's a bug relating to root elements.
This did work on Apex 3.x which is why I raised the case.

Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it, so you can't use your new Apple id to update the app, you will need to use the old one.

Why won't cerain cd's not sync to my iPhone 5 since upgrading to 6.1.4?

Since upgrading to ios 6.1.4 certain cd's will not sync to my iphone no matter what I do. I've added the to existing playlists, tried dragging and dropping and the songs either show up as Unknown Album, listed under different albums, songs missing or not visible at all.

What is the exact wording of the error message you received?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

IMAP subscription list blank since upgrading to OSX10.9 (Mavericks) and Mail7.0?

Although my IMAP folders are still visible and active I am unable to add or remove IMAP folders because the subscription list in "Account Info" is blank.
Any help will be most apprciated.

As you can see I haven't been overhwwhelemed with responses.
This is a HUGE problem for us beacuse each user had in the past access to the folders needed...we have folders where confidential correspondence is saved and where access is supposed to be resticted to specific users only ....this now is no longer the case, due to changes in Apple Mail.
Not being able to change or even see the subscrioption list for the IMAP folders will means our company will have too use an e-mail client other than Apple Mail. The descsion on this will be made first week of Jaunary.
Who knows, maybe I will receive help with a soltion before then...

External LaCie HD not being recognized after 10.5.6 upgrade?

My LaCie HD used for Super Duper backup is not being recognized by OSX. I also use a WD HD for Time Machine backup.
Before I upgraded to 10.5.6 i repaired permissions and backedup to the LaCie. Now when I turn on the drive, OSX does not see the drive.
I now see an icon in Super Duper in both the Source and Target areas called disk image. I have never seen this before. I do not see anything on my imac HD called disk image.
Any ideas?

My sound or camera are not working on my Cinema display since Yosemite clean upgrade. Running Mac Mini running 1010.1 Yosemite Late 2009 model with Intel 2.53Ghz Core 2 Duo with 4 Gig of memory Apple LED Cinema Display 27 Inch with NVIDIA GeForce 9400 256 MB graphics.

If your using windows vista just right click your sound icon and click set speakers to default thats all you have to do. Im having few problems with mine.

ODI Var not being substituted in Jython code

Hi all,
I have an option VAR in a interface which value is a variable #A_VAR1
Within a KM, the jython code has the line
x = r"<%s=snpRef.getOption("VAR")%>"
My Interface is raising an error. I can see in Operator .... x=r"#PROJECT.A_VAR1"
If I put in the option the explicit value is working fine.
How can we get the var value from Jython?

New contacts not appearing in contact list after ios upgrade

I recently updated my iphone to the latest ios, since then when I have saved a new contact to my phone, even though it appears with the new contact, say in recents, it does not appear in my contacts list?

I added the contact from the "Recents" tab. It now shows in "recents" as that persons name - rather than just the phone number, but doesn't appear in my contact list. Same thing happened when I saved a new contact from a message I received & also when I saved from a contact that had been SMS'd to me.

ITunes is not updating file names and locations since upgrading to 10.2.2.12

It saves the changes I make to the metadata, but the filenames themselves and the actual locations of the files are not changing.
Good example of this is changing a video file from Movie to TV Show. It does change the location within iTunes, but the file itself remains in the Movies folder, right where it was before.
This was working perfectly before upgrading earlier this morning to version 10.2.2.12.
I have double-checked and iTunes is still set to organize my library for me.
Any help would be appreciated, even if it's just to let me know that it's a known issue with this new version.

     If you organize your iTunes media folder yourself, DO NOT DO WHAT JonSS DID!.   It will move all your files to folders with the artists name on them instead of by album. It fixed the video podcasts (and apparent other kinds of video files - I haven't checked yet) being sent to their respective folders but totally borked my music file system.
      This is fine for me and my iPod Touch, but, my wife has a non-Apple mp3 player and she likes to find music by artist+album. Now all the Compilation Albums are in multiple folders (i.e. The Animal House Sndtrk is not in one folder but in 11 different artist folders in the main Media folder).
      This has happened in the past and I hope some overworked and undereducated (maybe overeducated and underworked is correct?) coder is feverishly trying to fix this.
     I recommend a reinstall of 10.2.1 to keep control of your library yourself and have the newly downloaded video files assigned to their proper folders. (btw, if your looking for your recently d/l'd video Podcasts, they are in the Downloads folder as psuedo tmp.mp4 files). This seems to be a problem with just the video files. I don't use iTunes to watch my video files. I either watch them on my Touch or on Windows Media Center on my HTPC. So having each show/podcast in it's respective folder is important to keep track of them.
Luckily, I recently backed up my iTunes Media Folder for a re-install and will use it when I reinstall 10.2.1 (I have approximately 16,000 music files from my CD collection, OS-level organization is quite important)
Fix one thing...break 3 other things...ahh, the life of a "cut & paste" coder...I knew it well...
Now I have to find a different RSS-based video Podcast downloader...any suggestions?

To have FaceTime running all devices should have IOS 7.1.1 or IOS 6.1.6 for older devices.

Address Book not syncing via mobile.me account since upgrade

I don't know if it is upgrade related but now my address book on my iPhone doesn't over the air sync with my iMac. I have a mobile me account and I have checked on both the iMac and the iphone 4. Maybe it's a problem with iTunes 10.1? Anyone else having the problem? I added some addresses on the iMac and they are there but won't transfer or show up on the iPhone.

Photos not being shown on my iphone after upgrading to IOS5

Hi there,
I have just upgraded my IOS to IOS5 and upon doing that i can see that I am not able to open up my photos.
or in other words it is showing empty and saying "You can take photos and videos using camera, sync photos and videos onto your iPhone using iTunes"
Please can somebody help me out. I have had some very good photograph in it.

Before you upgrade the iPhone, you are asked to make a backup. During the upgrade you are asked if you want to restore from your backup. I guess that didn't happen?
iTunes does not store your photos; it syncs them. You should have been transferring your photos fom the iPhone to your photo application. They should be there.
If not, your only chance is to restore from backup, if you have a recentone, as noted above.

Clear cached web content does not always clear to 0kb, only since upgrading to vers.14, and now 15

Cache would always clear to 0kb before, now it does or not depending
on which websites are visited. What has been changed?

Are all tabs closed when you try to clear the cache?<br />
Firefox may be keeping the thumbnails from the about:newtab page that are currently stored in the cache.
