Park option for T Code FBS1....

Hi Experts,
Is it possible to enable the Parking option for transactions run through FBS1 (accrual/deferral doc).
If Yes, Kindly inform the steps involved.
Useful answers will be adequately rewarded.
Thanks,
SK

Hi all. You can perform the following:
1.     Add two columns in the upload file template
                             Reversal reason + reversal date
2.     Reversal reason is populated as follows
                               Reveresal reason ->  documentheader-reason_rev in BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST
3.     Reversal date is updated using a separate function module
                                 This must be updated in table TSTOR by using function TSTOR_INSERT.
The FBSI is then successfull and can also be reversed with F.81.

    Hello guru....!
    Here at one of My client requirement is parking documents while using T.codes F-28, F-44, and F-54. Is it possible to park documents while doing  any transactions using through above mention t.codes? also can we restrict through giving any user authorization to park documents.
    can anyone please help me to come out of this requirement.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your replay,
    But I have suggested to user use T.codes instead of F-02 use F-65, for FB50 use FV50, for FB60 use FV60, with removing the posting option in this codes through giving authorization.

  • Lumia shows invalid sim, no option for unlock code

    okay. so i have searched a little for a solution and here is basically my problem.
    i have bought a phone and when i put in my sim card it says no service. it shows the 5 bar with a "no entry" sign over it.
    then occasionally it changes to a sim card with a no entry sign over it,
    i dont think the sim is locked to a particular operator as it has no option to unlock it,
    my only idea is that it has been locked by police..
    thanks for any help

    u mean you don't think the fone is locked to a particular operator? ...anyway if the fone is locked, i dont  think it would give you any 'unlock' option.. unless you bring it to a cellfone shop so they can unlock the fone (open line) to any network operator.
    btw., you might also want to check another known good sim card. or it may be a loose contact in the fone's sim connectors. thats a new fone, isn't it? maybe u can claim warranty for that. didn't u 'test'  it before buying?

  • Bapi for trans code FBS1 - is there any? - FI - Reversal Journal Entries

    Hi Sap Forums,
    I have to post Reversal Journal Entries, I am currently using BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST for regular entries.
    Anyone else had to do this?
    thanks

    Found this... does this work for anyone?
    I am also trying the same thing can you let me know what parameters you are passing to BAPI BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_REV_POST.
    1. I am calling first the BAPI BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST to create FI Document.
    2. I am passing the document number created from above step to the bapi BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_REV_POST .
    3. Till second step it is fine giving no errors but when i do commit i get an update error, document number alreay exist.

  • How to set field "vendor" as optional for movement type 221

    Hello experts, I want to set the field "Vendor"(LIFNR) as optional for movement type 221 when create reservation using T-code MB21. As far as I know, field selection of reservations is determined by the settings in the field selection(from201) of the movement type. But even when I have set the field "Vendor" as "optional" both in field selection (from 201) and field selection (Enjoy) for mvt 221 using T-code OMJJ, it is still not shown on the screen of creating reservation. Is it the SAP inside logic that restrict this field for movement type 221 or should I change any other settings elsewhere?
    Any help will be highly appreciated.
    Best regards!

    Let me understand ,
    u want to reserve stock with MB21 with optional for vendor code  or name .
    then against the reservation u was t to issue to cost centre or production with 201 rt .
    If so hopefully this scenario excludes the normal production order process ( cozz their GI is w.r.t prd order only since reservation is created at backend and also shown in prod order).
    ur req is normally for consumables or spares etc and u want o track the vendor also in the Reservation .
    possible check is Movement type - screen in omjj
    GL account variant settings
    MB1a setting
    last option - create a screen variant with SHDO tode and activate it .
    all will be at client level so please

  • How to set print option for a Billing document using T-code VF02

    Hi All,
    Please suggest me the way to set print option for a Billing document for T-code VF02 and please let me know how to get print preview for any particular Billing document?
    regards
    Anand.

    Enter the billing documents detail
    Goto Goto> Header>Output.
    Check the status for your output type in this screen.
    If it is green then come back to the VF03 screen.Enter the billing document number.
    Click on Billing document-->Issue output to.
    Press (CtrlShiftF1) or click on the icon beside "Print options".
    Here you can see the print preview.
    If the status is red then click on the processing log.Here you will get the error messages.
    If the status is in yellow colour,then click on the "Further Data" button
    Set "Dispatch time" as "4 Send immediately (when saving the application)"
    Before the print preview option you should make sure you have added correct output type to the relevant billing document. To do that, go to transaction VF02.

  • How to activate the option posting period for T.code F.2E

    HI All,
    When we execute T.code F.2E the selection parameters available are
    1. company code
    2. partner company code
    3. open at key date
    4. display currency.
    As the program documentation says we can reconcilie by selecting option for posting period in F.2E
    Below is the SAP documentation on the program.
    You use the Posting period selection option to specify the time period in which the posting dates of the documents need to fall in order to be included by the program. Open items, cleared items, and payment documents are all selected. See the section Parameter Open for key date and Selection Option Posting period for further information. If you want to start the program with this date selection, the option must be selected accordingly.
    But the field for posting period is not available in selection parmeter, we are on 4.7 EE version.
    Please let me know how to activate the option for posting period in selection parameters for T.code F.2E
    Thanks in advace.

  • Set maximum size in Text Form Field Options for a field in bi publisher RTF

    Hi All,
    How to set maximum size in Text Form Field Options for a field in bi publisher RTF.
    I have a RTF whch is having a field in that i need to add some validation condition but after adding certain condition in Add help text tab ,it is not accepting after certain length, how i can increase the length to unlimited,please help me on this
    Thnaks

    Form fields have some restrictions if your are using version lower than 11g.
    They can accommodate only 393 chars. You can add the text in both status bar and help key, which can in total consume 393 chars.
    If your code logic is more than that, it can be split into multiple form fields as Avinash suggested or you can use sub template logic and handle coding over there. Again in sub template code can be within/outside form fields.
    So there is no option for user to increase the size of form field.

  • Any suggestions for my code.

    Hi,
    I wrote this little piece of code to reduce some of the work I need to do when doing database access. I intend to use if with mySQL and mostly web based applications. It'll probably use it quite a bit, and since it's my first try at writing something like this I figured I'd post the code to see if anyone can find any problems. I've already tested it and it works, so I'm mostly interested in any feedback about performance issues.
    I'd really like to know if there's any way I can get the number of rows in a result set before I start going through it. That way I could return the data in an Object[][] array (I'd assume it'd be a little faster to add values to than the ArrayList).
    Here's the code...

    I think I have an idea of what you mean. I just want to make sure before I write everything though. I could implement your idea by doing the following right?
    I haven't tried any of this, so if there's minor (syntax) errors just ignore them. I'll fix them later.
    1. Create the following Interface.
    package com.vacode.beans.sql;
    public interface GruntBeanProccessingModule
        public Object get(Object[] properties);
    }2. Force the subclasses to implement the above interface
    public class EmployeeProcessor implements GruntBeanProcessingModule
        public Object get(Object[] properties)
         //make sure the input array is the right length (+ other validation, etc.)
         //create a new EmployeeBean
         //set all the EmployeeBean properties based on the input Object[]
         //return the EmployeeBean
    }3. Make the following additions to my SQLGruntBean class
    private requestedClassType = null;
    public void setRequestedClassType(Object o) // o must be an instance of the requested class
        this.requestedClassType = o;
    //if requestedClassType isn't null then create the ArrayList like this
    while(rs.next())
             Object[] currentRow = new Object[colCount];
             for(int i=0;i<colCount;i++)
              currentRow[i] = rs.getObject(i+1); //SQL starts at 1 not 0
             Class requestedClass = Class.forName(requestedClassType.getClass().getName());
             GruntBeanProcessingModule gbpm = requestedClass.newInstance();
             Object convertedData = gbpm.get(currentRow);
             data.add(convertedData);
         }Of course I'll have to handle any possible exceptions (requestedClassType isn't an instance of GruntBeanProcessingModule, etc.). I also notice the forum replaced some of my [] with <> (I've seen it before though, so you probably already know about it).
    Did I get it right or am I out to lunch :-)
    Thank you very much for the feedback,
    Ryan
