Parked doc that has 'Reversal Reason' & 'Reversal Date' available

Hi guys,
Transaction FBS1, Enter Accrual/Deferral Document, has the following additional fields when compared to a standard posting transaction such as FB01 which allows for the auto reversing of the accrual:
1. Reversal Reason
2. Reversal Date
Is there a method of parking a document that has been entered via FBS1?
Or is there a different transation that will park a document but will also allow the 'Reversal Reason' & 'Reversal Date' to be populated?

As you have noticed by system design that indeed the options for Park or Hold are not available
(greyed out) for accrual documents (FBS1).
The apparent reason is because an accural document requires a reversal
date and a held document cannot handle a reversal posting.
You may want to consider using the "post with reference" feature to
simplify the tasks of reentering accrual/deferral documents which occur
every month.
In adition, please read note 492006:
'Special transactions such as FBB1, FBS1, FB41 cannot and must not be
parked since subsequent processing using FBV0 is not possible.'

You need to use RFBIBL00, create a file to be consumed by it and it will create a session variable that can be run by SM35

Not exactly sure what you wanna do... but here is what I've understood...
You can remove any old Transport Set in your Portal by going to the Browser Transport Sets within the Builder page over the Administer tab.
As to import a new Transport Set into the Production server, what I suggest is that you make a valid backup (so that in case you have any problem it is easier to revert back) and later on override it (or if it is a major change, it would be better to drop the Page Group and reimport it clean) or import it clean to your Production server. Validate all things... and that's it.

Authorize your new computer's iTunes first - Store>Authorize this computer.
1) Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
2) Now connect your iPad to your laptop and start iTunes.
3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your new laptop, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
5) After it finishes backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on Edit / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.

How to Find request that has to do Reverse posting after compression

1. one record in cube got doubled Example V = 10 but it is displaying V = 20 and my cube got compressed and I donu2019t know which request that has to do Reconstruct . I donu2019t want to do full load or selective deletion and again reload that data . Please suggest better Options I can approach ?

Thanks for the info.
In my sequence file, besides the main sequence, I also enabled "SequenceFileLoad" callback. In "SequenceFileLoad" sequence, I added some instruments initialization tests. The goal is to initialize the instruments only once when the sequence file is loaded. Therefore I need to know when the "SequenceFileLoad" is finished or when the sequence file has finished loading.
My first idea is to use the event "axApplicationMgr_SequenceFileOpened", but I found that I will catch this event before the "SequenceFileLoad" execution finished.
And then, I also found that together with the execution of sequence "SequenceFileLoad", there are 2 events in my C# code: "axApplicationMgr_StartExecution" and "axApplicationMgr_EndExecution" triggered. So I was thinking may be I can use "axApplicationMgr_EndExecution" to determine if the sequence file has finished loading. But the problem is every sequence execution will trigger these 2 events. The main sequence will also trigger these 2 events. So I needs to know the name/ID of the current executing sequence.
So Is there a way to read current executing sequence name?

Finding out true size of doc that has trim or crop marks on it?

I've received a doc that I need to know what the true page size is. The document was created with crop marks, so when I get info about it, it just tells me the size of the page including the crops marks... but I need to know what size the page actually is when cropped. Please advise.

The easiest way I can think of it to show rulers: View > Show/Hide > Rulers & Guides > Rulers (or Cmd/Ctrl-R).
Zoom in and see how much space was added beyond the trim box.

Candidate Search has no results (No Data Available)

Dear Experts,
Running the "Candidate Search" I always get the "No Data Available" message. The point is I have some candidates availabe and I've run the RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS report with no errors.
I also have run the KPro diagnosis test for document class HR_DOC and the only error statuses I got was 2 "NOCATID" on the last two lines (not sure what they mean as there's no label on those lines).
There's one thread about the same behaviour here ("Candidate Search" service showing "No Data Available") but the profile status is correct.
Checked all the customizing itens mentioned at Help Portal document Customizing of the Search in SAP E-Recruiting - SAP E-Recruiting - SAP Library and still nothing.
Anyone could please give me some help?

First of all I want to thank you for your help.
1. The ERECRUIT version is 617 SP5 and the active BF is HCM_ERC_SES_1
2. The indexing of ERC_CAND profile runs successfully.
3. I could find candidates by running of the report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST.
4. I checked other searches. The first one I tried was the requisitions search and it doesn't work either. Under the requisitions tab, the active queries at the top of the page shows the correct number of results but if I click on any of them to check the requisition details it won't work.
5. A colleague helped me with the debug but according to him it wasn't possible to identify any error.
I've read tons of SAP Notes and articles about TREX and SES configuration but everything I checked was right. Don't have any clue what else could be tested or verified.

What is the best way to shut down an iMac that has frozen during a data transfer? The disk I was writing to will not eject. Stopping "copy items to" doesn't work either_ it is frozen as well. Is there a way to force eject the disk so I can shut down?

Some more information on the above: OS: 7.2
1. None of the shutdown commands would work so I held the power button down and received a prompt that asked if I wished to force eject the drive, I selected
the force eject and then shut down.
2. Just recently I installed an eSATA _ Thunderbolt_ port multiplier compliant PCIe card (Seritek Q6G) into a thunderbolt external chassis (OWC Helios) (seritek Q6G).
This freeze data transfer also happened when I connected a Firmtek 5PM external tower to the iMac via thunderbolt cable.
The driver for the seritek Q6G was installed in the iMac previous to connection of any of the devices.
Both external towers mount ok on the iMac but have frozen during data transfer.
The initial freeze was with the Firmtek 5PM which is (JBOD)_ I thought that might have had something to do with the freeze_ it being JBOD_ so next I tried the Mercury Elite AL Pro Q2- which is formated in RAID 5. But then froze too.
Anybody have any experience with this?
Maybe I need another driver?
Or maybe some update to my OS?
Any suggestions welcomed.

Hello BDAqua, thanx for the suggestions. Before I saw this reply I tried to first quit the finder and then to relaunch the Finder but that resulted was a blank gray screen.
In the end I ended up having to power down the iMac.
Fortunately the RAID array that was "active" seems to be fine and also has a firewire 800 connection so I can use it_ just not with thunderbolt until this issue is solved.
I'm going to check in the Applications>Utilities>system log to see if any clues are evident_ thank you for the suggestion.
PS: Nothing of note was obvious as a root cause in the Activity Monitor though.
hmmm....I was told that the Helios and seritek card were compatable and that the Helios didn't require any drivers..it will be a drag if there isn't an easy fix for this since this new PCIe card from seritek is the first to offer port multiplier compatibility for eSATA to thunderbolt...since they are both new I'm hoping that an OS upgrade will be the fix (presently7.2)...we shall see.

How can I set up a new user account that has access to iPhoto data on Admin account?

I have set up a new user account for my son. I have set up his parental controls but I would like him to have access to the data in iPhoto and iTunes from the Admin account. I do allow him access to the applications with the parental controls, but they are empty. Thanks for your help!

Are they App Store apps or installs from disc/download?
Both, but App Store purchases are a clear minority, and aren't much of a problem, due to the ease of re-downloading and activating. The downloaded programs are the ones that present the problems. I have not been good about archiving serial numbers and the like, mostly because I've never had a problem like this before.
What specific apps are you having trouble with? For instance, I know that MS Office and Adobe CS5 for perfectly well for all users on my MBP.

What is the difference between reversal reason '01-Reversal in current period' and '03-Actual reversal in current period' while reversing an invoice using MR8M.
What are the effects in accounting.

Check below Path -- SPRO -- Financial Accounting -- General Ledger Accounting -- Business Transactions -- Adjustment Posting / Reversal -- Define Reasons for Reversal.
Difference between 01 & 03 is Negative posting allowed and whether an alternative posting date allowed are the options available, Click F1 there read the document for difference, If you choose option 01 and 03, it will do the same thing. But in the document, the reversal reason will be recorded as 01 or 03 depending on the reason given, It is just to differentiate the documents and it is purely based on your business requirement.

No, it won't work.. the Airports are not media devices.. they have no brains .. no media extensions.. and itunes must be running on a computer.
You can however watch movies from storage but not with itunes..

Twice Pages has lost important docs that were saved. The other day I had a very important document that I worked on for three days, saved at least six times and yesterday it disappeared. There is no trace even via a date recovery software programme. Help!

I have twice lost really imptnt docs on Pages. Yesterday's doc had been saved at least six times over the three days of working on it, then yesterday it disappeared. I used disk drill to recover and it found lots of pages docs but not a trace of my multiply-saved document. How could that happen - and twice! The first time it was my novel and disk drill found it. This time it is a philosophy book, a new opening of around six pages, and there is just no trace. Time is short to avoid overwriting - does anyone have any ace ideas? Kind Regards

Novel: not the problem at the moment as that was recovered last time. I don't really understand the question otherwise - Pages is a wp prog, why not write a novel in it. I didn't do it for DTP, just as a doc.
Disk Drill hasn't found the doc that is still under pages-docs - which has the same title as the lost doc - but is only less than a page whereas the lost doc is about 6 pages. Pages still saved the longer doc numerous times despite having the same title as the shorter one. The last time I left the macbook on sleep and awoke it while trying a dongle in a shop. The doc came up on the screen and so I tried to minimise it - that menu came down (which always annoys me) that asks if I want save this new doc on i-cloud. As it is never a new doc and I don't want to save what doesn't exist on i-cloud I pressed delete - which usually leaves the existing document as saved. But this time when I got home and tried to open it - it had disappeared. The short doc is still there, but neither that nor the longer missing version has been found by Disk Drill - unlike last time with the novel when it did find the missing doc.

FB08: Reversal of Reverse Doc

Dear Experts,
Good day! I have this concern about FB08 reversal.
We have 2 JK documents (reversal documents) both link to each other.
Example: 6901 is reversal doc of 6902.
6902 is reversal doc of 6901.
Appreciate your advice how the above scenario took place.

We're using ECC 6.0.
Both documents were posted in FB08. The time interval of entry date is almost the same. I'm currently verifying on how both documents were created in FB08. Wherein, FB08 one of the mandatory fields is the document number that will be reversed.
I'm puzzling on how the first document has been created.
The first document has a reversal reason and reversal indicator is 1: Reversed Document, time of entry 16:59:24
The second document has reversal indicator of 2: Reversal Document, time of entry: 17:0:05.
