Parked document posting - Budget period screen field error

Dear Experts
We are working on FM BCS, While posting of the parked document through Transaction FBV0 we are getting the below error message.
"Field BSEG-BUDGET_PD. does not exist in the screen SAPMF05A 0302
Message no. 00349
Diagnosis
The specified field does not exist on the screen.
Procedure
Check your batch input data
We gone through the error help information and checked field status groups and found everything is fine.
We can able to post direct invoices without getting any errors. The above error triggers only in the scenarios of " parked document posting".
Kindly suggest....

Posting A Park document of year 2005 in 2007( Error message no. FP 041)

Hi All
I have a parked document in year 2005 and know the user want the same to post in 2007. while changing the header(posting date and making as 01.01 2007) through T.code MR44.
I am getting the following error.
Changing of document number or fiscal year not possible here
Message no. FP 041
Please let me know whether i can post a parked document of 2005 in 2007.
or any way to rectify the same.

How can we change a parked document's fiscal year?
I parked a document in fiscal year 2011, period 01. now I want to post it in fiscal year 2010, period 12.
When I use FBV2 to change header information, it shown up an error message:
Changing of document number or fiscal year not possible here
Message no. FP041.
How can I do now?

Park document posting using FBV0

Dear SAP Friends,
Scenario is like this :
First i have parked the document using FBV1, while parking the same i have given some Narration in REFERENCE field.
After that i have posted the same parked document using FBV0, after posting the same system is deleting the narration from REFERENCE..
Please let me know why it is deleting the same from reference field.
help will be appreciated.

I am not sure what is this field, i thought i did not input this data in the parked document. The parked document was input using F-02. While using FB50, the same accounts, the same document, without this issue, the parked document can be posted succeed.

Hi,
Substitution is used. The document was parked using transaction FB01.
If you park a document using transaction FB01, all substitutions run- in contrast to transaction FBV1, which is simply a parking transaction. It is possible in this case to use substitution to fill fields that are not ready for input in the line item or that are not available.
When you post the parked document, the posting is made using CALL TRANSACTION. The system collects all data from the parked document and reprocesses the data for CALL TRANSACTION. A batch input runs in the background. This transfers all field contents from the parked document to the relevant screen fields. If a field that does not exist on the screen is to be filled, the system issues error message 00349. You cannot post the document.
Check your substitutions. Make sure that you never substitute fields in the parking that are not ready for input.

But if you clearly observe the error which you have got, it says the Budget period is not on the screen.
Check and try once again

Change posting date / fiscal year of parked document

Hi SAP experts, is there a way we can change the posting date / fiscal year of a parked document? The system displays an error "Changing of document number or fiscal year not possible here". Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Error in Workflow for Parked Document (FV60)

Hi Workflow Experts,
I have a FI document parking Workflow scenario which is 3 level release that is if the amount is upto 10000 first person will release if it's more than that upto 20000 then second user has to release ,if more than that then third user will post.
For this i have activated the main workflow WS10000051 and for two level release i have activated the sub workflows WS10000052 for first level release and WS10000053 for secondlevel release and WS10000054 for thirdlevel release.
I have also done the Release strategy configuration in SPRO such as
in the following SPRO steps
1) Create Workflow Variant for Parking Document
2) Define Entry Screens for Parking Document
3) Assign Compaany Code to a Workflow variant for Parking Documents
4) Define Release Approval Groups for Parking Documents
5) Define Release Approval Path for Parking Doc
6) Assign Release Approval Path for Parking Documents
7) Assign Release Approval Procedure for Parking Doc
8) Define Users with Release Authorization for Parking Document. ( I have assigned the Position of CEO created in HR to this)
Now when the document is parked it throws the error
Error in workflow Customizing for document parking (tranasction OBWE) and it stops in the step Determining Sub Workflow.
Has anyone come across this issue.Please guide me in resolving in this issue, i am not able to identify whether this error is happening in workflow or due to some missed entries in SPRO settings of FI.
So please provide me how to do settings in SPRO For Parking, mainly in Tcode OBWE.

Hope you 've gone thru this link already, if not, pl. go thru the above link. Also, give us more details on the error you see on the wflow log, like you are not getting any wflow template ID in the cont.element "&ACTIVITY_000043_TASK&", This should have either WS10000052, 53 or 54 depending on the Amt. level. See if you are getting any value here. If not, then there is somethign wrong in your OBWE settings.
Also, sometimes, even though this step of "Determe Subworkflow" step works fine, if there is no proper agent assignment, then also, it cannot create work item for next step of Sub wflow and hence will error out.
Pl .check the above. May be a detailed error message from wflow log would help us out in suggesting better.

Dump error while going for a change mode in MIR4 for parked document

Hi All,
After doing some GR and MIRO for one PO, there was some GR qty was left and I have parked new invoice document in MIRA. If I go for change mode MIR4 for the same parked document it is going to dump error as message type unknown, saying entry is not maintained table TTXD for Tax procedure. This table indicates that Tax jurisdiction, but we are not maintaining the Tax at Jurisdiction level. I found that user has activated calculate tax in MIRA and posted with some amount, here system will not calculate the tax in Tax field because base amount is not there to calculate, so that field shows "zero". For the same parked document in MIR4 I can see some lines which has value 0 in amount & quantity(already cleared GR's for the same PO) and also GR lines.
Can anyone tell me how can I solve this dump error, I want to delete the parked document in legal way.

Please extract complete dump error by T code ST22 and take a help of your ABAP Team for an analyse the possible cause of dump and also check the relevant note for resolving this dump error.

FBV0 - Post Parked Document

Hi,
When I try to post the park document in FBV0 transaction, the following error Message showing:
No batch input data for screen SAPLSPO1 0500
I saw some notes, as 1226243 and others, but they just explain about SAPLSPO1 0300.
Does anyone know how can i figure out it?

Hello,
Go to FBV0
Click on Document List.
Give the document numbers, company code and fiscal year (give the documents numbers which are problematic)
Execute
Select the documents with your cursor.
List ==> Create batch input.
A batch input session will be created for these documents to be posted.
Go to SM35 and post them in foreground mode (not in background mode) - You need check foreground radio button.
When you are posting in foreground, the problematic document numbers will throw you error.
Double click on the error message. You will come to know the reason for the error.
If you still not able to resolve, please let me know the message number.

Availability Check for Parked Documents in Funds Management

Hi All,
We have a case where budget check is to be enabled for parked document " Save as complete".
We have configured the for value type corresponding to parked document and parked documents are now generating budget consumption line in the availability control ledger.
We are having issues in cases where parked document exceeds budget. The system currently is throwing warning message and is not allowing to park.
We want to convert the message control to error.
Note : MM Module is not used

Converting the message to an error will also mean that the document cannot be parked. Is this what you want? Isn't this the same as what is happening already?

Checking parked documents before month change in OB52

Hi
I have following requirement:
I park FI document in Novemeber. It was not posted to books of account. But i closed my november month in OB52 without checking parked document list. It gave little problem to me.
Now i want to know is there any settings where system will pop out (at the time of OB52) that the month is not complete. It means there are some documents pending to be posted or depreciation run is not done, etc.
Please help.

You can open the November month, which is not suggested.
But, you post the parked documents in special periods(i.e., 13,14, 15 and 16)
We use special periods for adjustment postings...

when he/she give apporvel . i want to post that document.

A user will Use FBV0 Transaction .
He will post the document.
But, here what is the possible.
A user have n't posting the document
Because , post icon is Deactivate mode
How it is possible
need any configration in FICO
