Parked Item report in SAP
Hi Experts,
In SAP FI, when I look at any vendor account and find any document that has been parked, I would need to go and look at the wqorkflow of each of the document to see who it is pending with. Is there any report that would provide me with a list of all documents that are currently parked on various vendor accounts along with the names of each of the persons with whom the document is pending with for approval?

I am having an issue with the Inactive Items report in SAP 9 and I'm wondering if anyone else is. This is a system report and as such I do not expect it to have any bugs. What happens is the following:
I enter a range of item codes and a date of 03/01/2009 for all the documents and I get many items that are indeed in these marketing documents (therefore ACTIVE). I read the help for what this report is supposed to do and its supposed to return items that have had no activity in documents from the date specified (not whether they are marked 'Active' or 'Inactive' in their respective item master records.)
Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a setting I have to modify in order for the report to behave as expected? Please advise! Thank you very much!Hi Cynthia Besada,
the report is meant to identify items that have not been entered on these documents:
Sales Quotations
Sales Orders
Deliveries
AR Invoices
AR Downpayment Invoices
from the date you specify. Even items with zero quanity in the document rows are considered as 'used' in a document & should not appear. If your report output shows items that are found on documents since the date, then there is something wrong & you ought to record a support incident.

Create AP/AR line item report for parked items
Dear all,
Has anyone been able to create a line item report in AP or AR that includes parked items? I have created an aging report using standard 0SAPDUEAN-01 as a base, using report painter. Now the Finance department want to be able to see the numbers of the parked invoices as well but I am not able to find a way to pull these.
Does anyone know if this is actually possible?

How to identify Parked and Posted Documents in GL Line Item Report
Is there any way to identify parked and posted documents in GL Line Item Report S_ALR_87012282? If i tick the parked documents in the further selection tab in the selection parameter, report will list all documents (parked and posted).
There is no available field in the layout. Is there any other way?

use tcode: FBV3 - Display
OR
you can go to SE16 and enter table name VBKPF -Document Header for Document Parking
BSTAT = V
V = parked document
and ececute u will get the details of parked document.

I am use SAP query to build a AP cleared Item report. The report is similar as we can get from FBL1n, but I need a column as group key, which can not be found in FBL1n report.
My questions is:
1. When using SAP query, I use table LFA1 and BSAK, everything is ok, except I could only get the uncleared Item in the table. Like for one item have both Credit and Debit, I could find them in my report. What shall I do?
The field used in the report:
Company Code: BSAK-BUKRS
Vendor Code: BSAK-LIFNR
Vendor Name: LFA1-NAME1
Payment Type(Group Key):
Posting Date: BSAK-BUDAT
Clearing Date: BSAK-AUGDT

Sorry for my unclear question...
What I need is: We need a report on Vendor cleared items, which have a column is Payment Type, to refer to what kind of payment to the vendor, like it's a Adv. fee. Our solution is to use GROUP KEY field in the vendor master data to maintain the payment type information, as it's vendor specified. So for common understanding, we could use FBL1n report, use GROUP KEY as a selection and run out the report. Unfortuntely, we could select by GROUP KEY, but we can not have it shown on the report, from the layout.
So we decided to use SAP Query, which is not a very difficult one. But I found from Query, and the table/ field I refered in my previous message, I could only see some of the records. If one item is cleared in BSAK, I could not find them in my query report made by me. So hope this time my question is cleared, thanks very much.
Or, if our need is to find a proper field to maintain a information in master data, and also can be shown in the FBL1n report, may u suggest? -

Need some URGENT help with regards to Vendor Reporting?
Our business has requested for a Vendor Line Item / header Report, which will display ALL Vendor Items NET (before tax).
At the moment our business it manually taking out Tax in FBL1n (Vendor Line Item Report).
Please could you kindly let me know if there is ANY report in SAP which displays the Vendor Items NET & GROSS??

All I want is a "net column" - Which will display the vendor invocie amount - BEFORE VAT (Tax).
So on FBL1N or Another SAP-Vendor Report what I need is a
Net Amount column and a Gross Amount Column.

We found that AP aging report from SAP is not tie with Balance in Balance sheet. Please advise how to find the report which match with our requirement.
Concept of the AP aging report is to age outstanding AP as at the end of month (Open item date). We found that A/P aging report which we currently use is cannot match to balance per G/L. (Please see detail in attached file). And the balance in AP aging report is always changes if we retrieve data on difference timing.
Additionally, this report is not show the reconciliation account, please advise whether it is possible to show summary line which sum by reconciliation account.
Please advise if you have another SAP transaction or any advise on this.

For ageing report please go to fbl3n and go for change layout there is a option for ageing and posting period choose those two and subtotal it according to posting then you will get period wise meand month wise ageing report for vendor.

How to retrieve this report in SAP. Are these available as standard or need custom development.

Get parked items moved into a cleared status with out actually posting the
Hi,
I need to find a way to get parked items moved into a cleared status with out actually posting the item for payment. I do not have a PO or goods receipt to post them to. There are some invoicese which we are not paying but we want to keep those items in the history of the vendor. I need to be able to run a parked report of open items and not have these pull into that report. I have a some parked invoices for various vendors that I need to get moved into the cleared status.

Profit center line item report
Hello All,
A sales order is created with reference to a service order, now when I see Profit center line items, the function area available in Service order is differ from the function area displaying with sales document number in profit center line item report. Can anyone please tell me where could be the problem.

what SAP release do you have ?
Normally the derivation of the functional area is made with the following logic:
1) manually entered
2) FI-Substitution (calling point 5 or 6 since ERP2004)
3) cost center
4) cost element
Please see also SAP note 106180 of how to correct wrong functional areas in PCA.

Adding a field to a crystal report in sap b1
All I am trying to do is to add the field for credit limited to the standard item invoice in SAP 8.8,
I have added the BP table OCRD and draged the creditline field to the layout, but when you view all the fields are empty.
I obviously need to link somthing - I have excepted the links that are automatically completed by SAP.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Jodo a test report with just the table BP and see if the data is there.
If you see the data in the test report, than add the table you originally tried to link to. remove all the links that crystal has created and link it manually from the new table to the table BP. and run again. Once you get the link right, go back to your original report and fix the link.
Autolinking in Crystal is not reliable in fields linked and in the direction of the link. -
How to add the line item text in the Ledger line item report

I having one requirement from the user. He wants the line item text which we will enter in FB60/FB70/FB50 has to be shown in the Ledger line item report. Right now this field is not available. No line item display in FAGLL03 & FBL3N GL line Item reports
Dear All,
I have parked the customer invoices with normal customer recon account and with special GL indicators. The system do not display parked lines for Special GL indicators. How can i display the line item display information in FAGLL03 and in FBL3n report.
Following settings have already been made are;
1. Fs00 = line item display check is on.
2. In initial screen for FAGLL03 & FBL3N Selection: Parked Items Parked items are displayed and checked.
The only information for parked special gl line items is get through FBL5N report only.
Kindly suggest in there any way that we can get report from GL line Item reports???

i intentionally replaced the new version of XL Reporter, with the old one..... and now i dont know how to install back the new XL reporter for SAP B1 8.8..
i already tried uninstalling the client, and install it again,.. but still i have no luck on having back the XL Reporter ...
i found a folder of XLR reporter but there was no .ARD file inside it

Offsetting account in Vendor, Customer and GL line item report
Hi All,
There is one requirement from our client. They want offsetting account in Vendor, Customer and GL line item report.(FBL1n, FBL3n and FBL5n).
As this field is there in selection screen in lay out setting but field coming as blank no off setting account is coming. It was coming in old SAP 4.7 system but same is not coming in ECC6.0.
Kindly let me know if any development is requirement, if yes than which tables we have refer for the same.
