Partial Confirmation not working through Backorder Processing in GATP

Dear SAP Folks,
We are having issue with our Backorder Processing in APO.
During backorder processing we have seen (in BOP Spool) orders are getting picked for
processing but despite availability of Allocations and inventory, orders are remaining unconfirmed which could have been partially confirmed.
Order which can be partially confirmed, BOP doesnt do partial confirmation. For Example - If SO is for 100 pieces and
can be confirmed for only 60 pieces, ideally BOP should confirmed 60, but it doesnt.
But same sales order can be confirmed by doing manual online ATP Check in Sales Order.
BOP only confirms the orders when it can be fully confirmed, not partial confirmation thru BOP.
This is very strange, ideally BOP should confirm those orders, but its not doing it.

Dear SAP Experts,
We tried the suggested solution to OVZJ setting = 'E'. This soulution is not working properly - results are inconsistent. Meaning with these setting BOP confirmed orders partially, with the rerun of same BOP job on same orders it didnt confirm the orders partially, orders were kept unchanged. We tried this activity multiple times, but results are inconsistent.
But online ATP check can always confirms those orders partially, without any issues there.
Also please provide details about impact of this change for OVZJ setting= 'E', to any other processes in ERP system.

Does anyone know how to resolve an issue with the new IPod Touch 4th gen just purchased not working through car stereo. Have a new Toyota camry touring. You can hear sound when connected when you slide to unlock or go into an app the sound goes through the speakers fine but the radio face says loading and won't go any further, if you then try to go to the music screen it says connected so you can't get into the music to try to play. Have you contacted your auto dealer? Some users have reported problems with there car systems not worked with the latest iOS. I searched the iPod Touch forum for Toyota but did not find any previous posts concerning Toyota.
Have you tried resetting your iPod:
Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Printing on HP PSC 1200 not working through WIN XP

Hi! I have a windows PC which I have connected to an HP PSC 1200 printer. My other laptops can connect perfectly to the printer and print. I set up my Mac according to the instructions but I cannot print. In windows the que name is "Remote Downlevel Print" and it is immediately giving an error. I called apple care because my exact model wasn't there so they gave me a printer which used its same driver. I can print when I connect the printer to my USB on my MacBook Pro but it does not work through Windows. If anyone could provide me with some help that would be great. Thanks.

I have a similar problem-Canon Pixma ip4000 wired to Dell desktop running Win 98 2nd ed.---- Desktop is wired to Netgear. --- I can access internet with mac book pro but not print-I could print wirelessly with Toshiba laptop running Win xp-called apple help and spent 2 hours trying to fix but we both gave up-I wonder if I could run a cable from the printer to the netgear---unfortunately no USB interface on the netgear router --so I would have to find a cable that is either USB or parallel on one side and eithernet on the other-does anyone know if this world work? If not I could buy a printer router that just takes care of the printer wirelessly-anyone know of a good one?

Router will not work through splitter

I have a new router from Verizon as the wireless signal kept dropping on my old one. I've always had my stb and router connected through a splitter and it's worked fine. The new router they have sent me which is the latest actiontec router with two antennas and gig E routing capability will not work through a splitter but will work without the splitter. I've purchased a better splitter that will carry up to a 2.4ghz signal but it still doesn't work. Verizon tech refuse to send out an engineer to help me so I'd like to ask if anyone here can shed some light on my issue. I do have two other splitters in the chain due to having two additional stb's in other rooms. I've also tried the router split with one of my other stb's with no luck.

Unfortunately, you may have simply been lucky previously.
I assume you aren't trying to play protected content through the projector, that will never work.
Assuming you aren't, you might try cycling through the resolutions.

Site not working through Transparent Proxy

I have a site that will not load through transparent proxy at one of my buildings.
I have 2 buildings with same BM setup (3.9SP2 on NW6.5 SP7). At one location, I can not resolve a web site when running through transparent proxy.
At the other location, it works just fine.
Also, if I set the proxy to either BM server, the site loads without incident.
As another note, both locations use the same internal DNS server which is located in the building where transparent proxy works for this site.
What am I missing?
Any ideas as to what to try next is greatly appreciated.

if trace shows dns query from the pc and no answer, but is really
strange, do the same step but this time take a lan trace on the dns
server to confirm that request is received and what it does with it.

IMessage Confirmed Not working.

Hi. I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5 from the latest iOS 4 version, Everything seems to be working fine except iMessage. It will not work, no matter how hard I try.
Whenever I send an iMessage, it says delivery failed after a long while. If I tap the exclamation mark next to the bubble and select the try again option, I get no progress bar unless I go back to home, lock the phone, unlock and open Messaging again. The progress bar then shows and remains stuck at 90% for a long while before failing again. This happens again and again, no matter how many times I retry. I cannot receive any iMessages either. Every other method is working fine, including tweets, emails and text messages. If I add my own phone number as a contact and send an iMessage, it goes through and shows up in as received too almost instantly.
I have tried with 2 different people for whom it works perfectly when they send iMessages to each other, I have confirmed all settings and methods to be identical. I have confirmed that activation is successful and have reconfirmed my Apple ID and have viewed all details within the configuration options located in the Settings > Messages menu. I have tried over Edge, 3G and Wifi. I have restarted Messaging many times along with turning the iMessages option on and off multiple times. I have tried rebooting the phone and turning iMessages off before and on after and leaving it on during the reboot. I have also tried a factory restore with and without reinstalling my apps on it.
Nothing fixes the problem and I am very frustrated. How can I fix it? Please help.

Collective invoice not working through VF04

Good Day!!!
Please share your suggestions on the below issue,
Our user has created two sales orders with reference to a contract and created two deliveries. All partners and other header data and item data is same except goods issue date. If we try to creative collective invoice through VF04, it is not creating a single invoice, it is creating two invoices. If we try to create through VF01 it is creating collective invoice (Single invoice).
Invoices will be creating through the batch job and it will create through VF04. Hence this splitting is a big problem for us.
System has to create the collective invoice through VF04, even though the goods issue date is different (Which is working through VF01).
We have checked the copy controls, but there are no restrictions for the T Codes (VF01 and VF04).
Please suggest is there any way to create the collective invoice through VF04 even though the goods issue date is different. It should work as like VF01?.

It is a standard that if the Actual GI date in deliveries are different, you will get invoice split. In ECC6, if you execute VF04, you can see a tab "Default Data" which cannot be seen in 4.6. Select this tab and maintain the billing date which you want and execute so that you will get one invoice against two deliveries.

Workflow not working in Background Processing

Hi All,
I am relatively new to Workflow. Currently, I am creating Deliveries (preferably in background) once a Sales Order is created. I am using an ABAP Class as the object method to submit the sales order number to the delivery processing method (which just submits basic information to standard SAP transaction VL04). I found that if the execution of the delivery creation task is not in Background Processing (the user manually kicks off the Delivery creation in SBWP) the workflow works as expected and creates the deliveries. However, if the Background Processing is checked, the workflow does not process and does not create a delivery. Is there any specific reason as to why the workflow will not work in background?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

See to process a Back ground task, there should be a proper parameter flow.
Please look at the import parameters in the method you are using to process the back ground task..
If proper import parameters are passed then the task will work

Internet not working through Apple applications, but ok in firefox?

I'm having trouble with my internet connection through Apple software on my computer. It started a few days ago, I don't think any changes have been made to my network.
Basically if I try to connect to the internet in Safari, Mail, iTunes, Dashboard or anything else that's an Apple program, it doesn't work at all. It spends a huge amount of time "Loading..." and sometimes will eventually come up with the information but usually times out.
However, if I use Firefox - which I had luckily installed on my computer - all pages and everything load instantly.
I connect to the internet through an Airport which we bought three months ago. The Airport connects to a modem which connects to the line.
What is wrong and how do I fix it?? I much prefer using Safari and I'm dying because I can't get into the iTunes store!!

Firefox is one of the few applications that maintain their own 'Proxy'-settings and do not use the general 'Proxy'-settings of OSX like all the other apps you mentioned to not work.
Check the Proxy-settings of Firefox against the general OSX ones.

Function Module not working through VC

Hi Experts
I am facing one strange issue while working on VC model with function module as data service.
This FM is to writes data to bcak end BI master data table which is working fine through BI. When i pass the values through VC, New values are not reflecting in BI table. I tried passing values through form / table but still its not working. Also we have system generated message which show success / failure of FM & the changed values as output after execution of FM. Which i am getting success message every time i pass values.
Currently i am working on VC 7.01 & SP6 with Flash compiler.
Please guide me if you have face this issue.

Try to put a breakpoint in your FM and check whether you are sending correct values and the values saving or not.

Fault policy is not working in BPEL Process

Hi All,
I am handling A Fault (remoteFault) thrown by Throw Activity in BPEL process using Fault policies. For this I have Created two xml file called fault-policies.xml and fault-bindings.xml and kept them in the same directory as in Composite.xml file. But policies are not getting applied . Is there any configiration or setting is required for this. I have followed the same syntax as given in Soa developer guide which is available in JDeveloper Help.

These files are available in same directory in which composite.xml present. I am throwing Fault using Throw activity. It is also not working in case of web service invocation. I would like to know whether any configuration or setting is required in any other file in addition to fault-policies.xml anf fault-bindings.xml.

Site column Person or Group not working through TMG

We published our Sharepoint 2010 Site through TMG 2010, everything is working fine, except some users cannot edit the site column Person/Group in the document library. The Word 2013 opens and in the field we just see not currently available. I
have some users with Word 2013 where it's working fine, so I think this must be some word settings.

I get the error message that the sharepoint "saving/storing location" could not be interpreted (translation
from the German error message), after I was prompted for the user credentials. I do not get an error message on server side.

SC Confirmation Not Working

Dear Experts,
I've the following scenario for Employee role which is not working as expected. For Confirmations the tab in SC, create confirmation button is displaying all the POs created by the that particular user. However as per client requirement, configured another confirmation ivew on left side navigation under services. I've tried below iviews and results varied differently
1.com.sap.pct.srm.core.iv_create_conf - No POs are getting displayed
2.com.sap.pct.srm.core.iv_create_conf_blank - All POs created by all users are getting displayed
3.com.sap.pct.srm.core.iv_create_conf_prof - All POs created by all users are getting displayed

X.509 client certificate not working through Reverse proxy

We are working on fiori infrastructure. Our current scope is to enable X.509 authentication for both internet and intranet. However, the intranet scenario for X.509 authentication is working fine but internet is not, we got error message of "Base64 decoding of certificate failed". For landscape, the only difference between internet and intranet is we have apache reverse proxy in DMZ. We are using gateway as fron-end server, business suite and HANA in the back-end.
As X.509 authentication works fine under intranet scenario, we assume that the configuration for X.509 for both front-end and back-end are correct. With that assumption, the issue would exist in reverse proxy. We are using apache 2.4.7 with openssl 1.0.1e, but we have upgraded the openssl to the latest version 1.0.1h for SSL certificate generation. Below are the apache configuration for X.509.

Yes, we have tried your suggestion above in the apache configure file above, but when testing the HANA service, we got error message "Certificate could not be authenticated".
Yes, web dispatcher makes the X.509 authentication much easier as under intranet scenario, no DMZ between browser and web dispatcher. Client certificate pass through web dispatcher directly and it works perfectly this way. Not sure why it doesn' t work through apache reverse proxy.
