Partial transfer of Recon Key

Dear Expert,
We do invoicing in mass. There are certain cases where in wrong billing is happened for particular customers. For example we did billing of 100 customers. Outof which 5 customers billing amount is wrong.
Billing is stored in one recon key only. I do not want to transfer the billing of 5 customers (wrong billing amount) to FI GL. When we transfer the recon key it should transfer the billing amount of 95 customers only.
Is there any way to exclude the consolidated amount of 5 customers from being transferred to FI GL by splitting recon key in to two.
Regards,
Narendra

Reconciliation key cannot be split and posted as and when required , it is only once that you close the recon key and transfer the same to FI and CO .
In case if you feel that some changes are expected in the reco key then wait till the time changes are in place , for eg. reversing the document . Else you can transfer the reco key and create a new key for reversals and transfer that too .
It would be  a NIL effect afterall , if you create 2 keys .
Cheers ,
Dewang

  • Reverse the recon key after transferring to GL

    Dear Experts,
Is it possible to reverse the Recon key after transferring to GL. As per my knowledge we can't reverse the recon key after transferring. If it is possible please inform to me.
    Thanks,

FPG8 can be used to reverse the key transfer.

  • Recon key posted to FI-GL

    Hi,
We need to identify the billing cycle for items posted to FI- GL revenue accts. Understand that the only field we can use here is the recon key. How to change the recon key (currently defined by the system) while posting the ISU invoices? Where does system define the recon key format used for the posting?
    CL

    Hi,
If you want to have a specific format for the ISU invoices, you need to code that in the event 1113 against the origin key of the ISU invoice i.e-R4.

  • Batch IS-U Invoicing short dumped: Recon Key cannot tranfer to GL

    Hi,
I have a situation wherein 79 out of 80 parallel IS-U batch Invoicing jobs were successful, but one short dumped.

  • Why FPSEC1 is asking for recon key

As we post security deposit as statstical document than why FPSEC1 is asking for recon key .
    Appreciate your help in this
    Kind regards,
    Vinod Khelani

    Hi Vinod,
The answer  to your question lies in the event  1113  where the sample FM FKK_SAMPLE_1113_USER is configured.
This event gets triggerred when you create a FI-CA document.
The FM works in such a way it selects the origin key for the particular  process from TFK001C (in this case Security Deposit with orgin key -13) and then looks whether the Username is assocaited with a reconcliation  group or not in TFK001U.
If the conditons do not get satisfied, it raises an error message....
So you need to maintain the reconciliation grp against your user ID in table TFK001U.
Please refer to the SAP note 442560 for the same.
Morever, you will find that after you have maintained  the above setting and have created a SD successfully, the reconcilation  key field in the header for the security deposit line item is blank, i.e. it is not captured in a recon key as it is statistical in nature.
    Thanks,
    Amlan

  • IHC - Link of Recon Key to Account No.

    Hi,
I have a list of docments in BKPF which has either BKKSU/BKKEB in the field AWTYP. Now I want to go back from these Document Numbers to the Account Numbers..
I also have the Recon key mentioned in the documents.. Is it possible to trace from Recon key to the Account Numbers.
The idea behind this s to have the postings in the Account Numbers summarized at the GL posting level in F9HI.
    Regards,
    SAPFICO

    Hello all,
KONH is not correct table to look for condition records of transaction data document like sales order, invoice... etc..
It contains the pricing master records.. i.e. pricing records at global level which will would copied over to the transaction document while creating it (based on the pricing procedure applicable for that document) . So when ever you are trying to get the pricing records related to a document you should be just looking at the table KONV (again, no KONP either, it is the details table for KONH).
So, for example, you wanted to get the all the header pricing records of a Sales order, then get the Document condition number (KNUMH) from VBAK and select the entries header pricing records from KONV with the Document condition number and Condition Item number as 000000 (Header). If you want to get the item pricing records pass the Sales order Item number as Pricing item along with the document condition number (VBAK-KNUMH)..
Hope this clears all the confusion..

  • Transfer of Recon Account

    Dear Experts
My vendor down payments  I posted in  recon account of CREDITORS u2013EXPENSES  , here  some payments  is  my assets (Like Mobile Deposit), so end of the year I want   transfer  the  amount( whatever my Assets) from  CREDITORS u2013EXPENSES  Recon account  to  CREDITORS u2013 DEPOSIT  Recon account
So this scenario how can I do in my system  ,
    1.any configuration settings is there
    2. which  t code can I use
    Can anybody explain me
    Regards
    Sri

    HI
In general you can only change recon account when balance is zero. In your case, when you try to change via FD02,  you will receive the warning F2 067: Account has been posted to; hold balance sheet  adjustment.
If you look at the long text of the warning message, it will tell you exactly what to do:-
"By changing the reconciliation account in the open item master record the proportionate values from the items open at the time of change are not posted to the new reconciliation account.
On the balance sheet key date the open items from the old reconciliation account are allocated to the new reconciliation account using adjustment accounts. This allocation is carried out automatically when you create a sorted list of receivables and payables using report SAPF101.
The postings necessary are only carried out for G/L accounts and are cancelled on the first day of the subsequent month (balance sheet  adjustment posting)."
From the above, it explains that you will need to run SAPF101.  Please read the documentation on this report to guide to to be able to proceed further.  Documentation on this report/program exists when you go via  SA38>goto>documentation.  From here, you should be able to proceed in   transfer posting.

  • Query related to Stock Transfer special procurement key.

    Hi PP Gurus,
One conflict I got regarding to Special Procurement Key 40 (Stock transfer). Here in one plant material XYZ is getting produced in-house as well as procured from Alternate plant also.
Initially I configured Spcl Prct key 40 taking XYZ (for example) in Demanding plant (say 1003) as externally procured through material master with spcl prct key 40 and Supplying plant (say 1001) In-house produced through material master.
Now the requirement is to produce material XYZ In-house in Demanding plant (1003) as well as Stock transfer through Supplying plant (1001).
As per my information for material handled through STO in Material master procurement type=F with splcl prct key=40 should be maintained in Demanding plant (1003)
    And
In Supplying plant (1001) through Material master Procurement type= E without Spcl prct key= 40.
If we change Procurement type from F to X in Demanding plant material master, does it support special procurement key and STO? Is it possible through some other solution? What could be the impact in Std. cost estimate and Product Cost Collector?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Abu Arbab

    Hi Alex,
Thanks for valuable reply. SAP doesn't support Special procurement key for stock transfer with Procurement Type=X. I think two options one of the following options are suitable for such scenarios.
    1. Reply from SAP
    2. Quota Arrangement
    3. Creation if New material code and new production version for Semi-finished product in plant 1003. That is some what tedious. There is a valuable reply from Rajesha Vittal in this context to one of my last threads subjected [        Special Procurement Key- Withdrawl from alternate plant (40)|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/forums]
I let decision on Client whatever the way he wants will map the process through one of above options
Here is the reply from SAP
Normally for a material which is to be produced internally(inhouse production) and also procured externally the material type 'X' is used in the material master.
Typically, If the material is sometimes produced in house and sometimes completly procured externally depending upon your capacity availability then the procurement type 'X' could ensure that you always have a
planned order created in the planning(MRP run). Then you would have to decide later whether the material has to be produced in house or procured externally. If it has to be produced inhouse you could convert
the planned order to Production/process order in MD04 else if the material is to be procured externally you could rater convert the planned order to a purchase requisition and then later could be
    converted to a purchase order.
However kindly note that the special procurement type of stock transfer can not work with 'X' in standard, so even if you set the procument key to X in the material master it will not be read as the system will only
look at the procument key of the special procurement type. This is also apparent in the warning message that you recieve when you set 'X' and 40in the material master: Message no. M3 675 ::The procurement type of the special procurement type is F.
Unfortunately there is not a setting for X for the special procurement in the transaction OPPQ. To achieve this you will need to implement a modification. Please be aware that modifications are not supported by
    the support department of SAP.
    Workaround:
Typically, if you have such a scenario I would think that you would set this key for the majority of the transactions, ie, 90% of the time this material is truly stock transferred. However if you have to decide laterwhether the material has to be produced in house or stock transfer you could plan it as type 'X' without the special procurement key and later in MD04 convert the planned order and change the material master back again.
Or you may set procurement type 'E' and create PO manually for stock
    transfer.
    Best Regards,
    Abu Arbab

  • P2 Log and Transfer Idle After Partial Transfer

    Hello
I am trying to transfer P2 material using Log and Transfer. There are two clips from a local production of Singing in the Rain - Act I and Act II.
Act I transfered properly and Act II was in the process of transferring when I received a message that the drive had been disconnected. In fact it was not disconnected, but the connection between the camera and computer dropped.
Now I have a partial Act II clip and can't seem to get the remainder to transfer. I open LT, drag the unfinished clip into the Queue, but LT stays in idle state.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Thank you

Thanks for the idea. Trashing didn't work, as the project seemed to have memorized the fact that the clip had already been ingested. The same partial clip symbol was present when I remounted the card.
However, your post got me thinking about how I might be able to trash the project and start anew. Luckily, I was only fifteen minutes into the project, so I made a new project and re-transferred the card.

  • Cross company code Stock transfer - Special procurement Key

    Hi,
    Please clear my following doubts...
    1. We have two company codes, Company code: A1 having a Plant: AP1, Company code B1- Pant BP1,
Finished goods sold from the plant AP1 are purchased from the plant BP1, so is there is any possibility to create a special procurement key having BP1 as the delivering plant and assign the key in AP1 materials.
    2. Can i combine the two plants AP1 and BP1 for total online planning (MD01) by creating a scope of planning indicator? and run a single MRP run for both plants at a time...
    Please clarify...
    Thanks,
    JK

    JK,
I dont think Scope Planning is problem. You can create Scope of planning combining multiple plants, use transaction OM0E.
I doubt on Special procurement key option for STO across cross company codes, as the special setting needed in that case would be that Plant as to be created as Vendor / Customer. I would suggest to post this to MM forum for further response on this.

  • Need to Transfer the Reco Key for payments stuck for clarification

    Hello Friends,
I have created a lot with a */ wrong contract account in selection field with the payment details in fp25. After saving and posting  i am getting a message "Postings made, postprocessing is required". This means that it will not allow me to transfer through FPG4.
In the List item i am getting this message "No assignment of amount 6,000.00- INR possible due to selection specifications".
The problem is that i want this payment to stay in clarification account and pass the bank entry in R/3 by transferring the data.
Please help me in this case.
    Regards,
    Charvi

    Hi,
Firstly, to clear things, the status message "Posting made, postprocessing is required" means that either all items or some items in the payment lot\Check lot has hit the payment clarification worklist (FPCPL) and has not actually hit the account.
There can be many reasons for this status message-
    (a) Main\Subs not configured for payments
    (b) Clearing settlement rules not configured correctly for incoming payments.
    (c) The values from the input file are not getting correctly passed in the payment lot transfer program, RFKKZE00.
Go to t,code FPCPL, give the payment lot no. and execute and then try to post one of the item from the clarification to the account. During posting, you will definately get some error which you can use as a start point for your further analysis.
Finally, when you are posting a query can you open a new thread instead of using an existing answered one.?
    Thanks,
    Amlan

  • Only partial transfer from Time Machine to new Macbook Pro?

Hello, I don't know why but with my new Macbook Pro I chose to migrate everything from Time Machine from my Imac to the new computer. Applications and some files transfered, but not all my email or email setting, photos, downloads, documents, Itunes, etc was transfered. I had no problem with a different Macbook Pro to transfer all of the contents from the Time Machine to the new Macbook Pro. I could see that one of the three possibilities to check off other deeper files from the Time Machine was not enabled, so couldn't check it off.
I didn't have this problem before.
    Any advice. Thanks.

    Hello,
I transferred from my Intel Imac which is completely up to date. Used the same Time Machine disk to transfer everything to other Macbook Pro and Air. Maybe I did something wrong, because usually all of the mail, the settings, the photos and Itune contents were transferred in one go. It was simple and complete. This time I got many files, and no email setting nor email contents, no download or document. Maybe I should reinstall from scratch and try again. I can't install and archive because I don't have all of the elements from the Time Machine backup that I wanted. I was going to migrate from Migrate Assistant directly from my Imac to the Pro but I don't have a firewire cable and wasn't able to find a way to use the ethernet cable, because I didn't see that option, even though in the user guide is says you can connect the two computers through an ethernet connection.
    Still need help.
