Partner Determiantiaon on Outbound Delivery PO

Hi ,
I have a requiremnt where i want to get more partner function for Outbound delivery of PO . Currently it is confuigured to have Ship to party , I want to have another partner function DA.
I configured the Partner schema to have DA and assigned to doc type NLCC( o/b delivery for PO) . When i create the DN the Partner function DA appears with a valure 0 .How can i  default this parnter number .
Does PO of delivery looks for the partner from PO to default it,
Any pointer rgarding this will be quite useful for me.
Thanks for all your  help.
Kind Regards,
Sameer

Dear Sameer,
Make sure that you have maintained partner function DA in your customer partner determination procedure also.
Have you assigned partner DA in your ship to party master or not.
If you assign Partner DA in your ship to party master system will take in to that Partner in to the delivery.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.

  • STO Partner Copy Control to Outbound Delivery Document (NL)

    Hi -
Partner Schema CR for 0003 UB Type has been maintained in configuration, which allows CR (Freight Forwarder) partner function to be manually added to UB Document Types (Partner Determination Process u2013 0003 Stock Transfr PurOrd).
However, even with this configuration the CR partner does not copy to the Outbound Delivery Document.
After some analysis, I found the following:
In program SAPLMEPO (MM06EF0P_PARTNERS) FORM PARTNERS in line 97 u201Ccheck EKKO-BSAKZ equal to spaceu201D; if purchase orders have EKKO-BSAKZ = 'T' then never determine partners. I have checked the EKKO table for field BSAKZ and all STOu2019s have a T in that field. If the code is looking for <blank> in order to apply the partner it looks like the program will not attempt to retrieve the Partner Functions with BSAKZ = T.
All other partners are getting copied to the outbound Delivery, such as PI (Invoicing Party), DP (Delivering Plant), SH (Ship-To)etc.
Is there a way to have Freight Forwarder partner copy control to Outbound Delivery document at time of Delivery create from either Vendor Master or Customer Master for STO (UB Purchase Order type) / Delivery type NL?
    Thank you,
    Karen

remark: for me the check is in line 113 (SAPKH60407).
    Please read OSS note 842829:
    2. The system does not transfer the partner data from the STO to the replenishment delivery. This particularly applies to the forwarding agent. The replenishment delivery uses only the customer of the receiving plant (EKPO-WERKS) as a partner. In the replenishment delivery, this customer (EKPV-KUNNR) is the direct goods recipient. The customer is not the sold-to party or a general debtor, for whom the system would determine a (different) goods recipient using the customer master in the replenishment delivery. If the PO header contains a vendor, you can use a modification to transfer the vendor as a partner to the replenishment delivery, if required. However, this is not the standard system behavior. There is no known modification for transferring the forwarding agent.

  • Problem with IDoc for an outbound delivery

    Dear All,
I am facing a problem with the IDoc defined for an outbound delivery.
    Scenario:
Implementation of a small enhancement for an IDoc (DESADV, DELVRY01) created for an outbound delivery (in VL02N).
    What I did:
I implemented the EXIT_SAPLV56K_002 exit in the V56K0001 enhancement, activated in SMOD, assigned V56K0001 component in CMOD and acivated it. Then I put a breakpoint on the ZXTRKU02 include. For me everything in SMOD and CMOD looks OK.
I have also created a partner profile, port, outbound message config. (message DESADV, basic type DELVRY01, application V2, output message type LAVA, process code DELV. function module used for this process code is IDOC_OUTPUT_DELVRY).
    What I can do:
I can issue an IDoc message, it looks ok and contains the standard data.
    Problem:
It seems that the enhancement does not work. Finally I put there only one line of code to avoid a program bug and just to check . The system does not stop at the breakpoint (set on the ZXTRKU02 include in the EXIT_SAPLV56K_002 exit).
Am I using the proper exit? I appreciate any suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Grzegorz Skorus

    Hello Grzegorz
Not an expert on this, but noone is responding so I thought let me try and help you. You seem to be doing the right things as mentioned in OSS note 1498409.
Firstly since this can be called form Shipment Idoc also, you may need to make a differentiation by the interface parameter 'MESSAGE_TYPE' or segment name. See the attached OSS note, though it belongs to older releases,  it may help you.
Also help says 'The callup of this function module is programmed for each enhancement of the internal table for the IDoc (in other words, when you add an extra segment'. So may be you need to add an extra segment/field to make it work.
Futher  the user exits are replaced by BADIs. May be you should use exit_badi_v56k.
Hope this helps and others will pitch in.

  • Change of Sales order info without deletion of Outbound Delivery Order

    Hi Experts
Background :  Although Invoice has been created and issued , Customer request SD user to divide the invoice into two invoices.
or change the amount or quantity with same order No.
AS IS  : 1 . Cancel invoice -> Reverse PGI -> Delete Outbound Delivery -> Change Sales Order -> Create New Outbound Delivery -> PGI ->
    Invoice
Please let us know how to change sales order info ( cases : seperate 1 item with two items , change ship-to-Customer ,,,,,,,
Further Explanation on this : After the invoice has been issued, If the customer wants to change the quantity 10, into two line items and One line item with 5 quantity another line item into another 5 quantity , wnats to have two seperate Invoices for this
    Is it possible to have?
And some times the user wants to change the Ship to party after the Invoice has been issued, Is it possible to change ?
    Pls help me on this
    Thanks In advance

Further Explanation on this : After the invoice has been issued, If the customer wants to change the quantity 10, into two line items and One line item with 5 quantity another line item into another 5 quantity , wnats to have two seperate Invoices for this
Then, you have to first change the same in SO. to do so, you have to reverse all the process to reach SO & amend as required.
Parila quantity billing is another way to have 2 seperate invoices.
    Is it possible to have?
And some times the user wants to change the Ship to party after the Invoice has been issued, Is it possible to change ?
This is doesnt seems logical or Business need. Once goods are alredy sent to respective partner. I dont think business asks you to change the Party name that too Invoice is already made. Is it your assumption or business requirement?
if its really a business requirement, instead of thinking about the solution, suggest you to educate the Business. Is there any such practical scenario happens in the Market. I dont think so.

  • Outbound delivery was created but deleted

    Hello all,
I create an outbound delivery from an order.
SAP's system tells me that the outbound delivery 80002121 was created.
After a short time I receive a message by mail from SAP to inform me of this outbound.
After, when I'm trying to open this outbound, SAP's system tell me that this document doesn't exist...
Somebody can explain to me how change the output for a printer and no mail ?
    REGARDS.

    For more informations:
    IN NACE :
    I choose Application V2.
    1) I choose conditions records LD00 => customer number + partner function "SH" + Medium "1" print out + time "4" send imediatly.
in communication, I choose my printer and check print immediately
    2) TCODE V/71, I VERIFY delivery type = "LF" and check the output procedure (=V10000) and output type (=LD00)
    3) In NACE, I click on "PROCEDURES" and check Procedure "V10000" and control "LD00". result OK.
    4) In NACE, I click on "OUTPUT TYPE", chosse LD00 and display details (sequence = 0005). In partners functions, I've only "Print output".
    5) In NACE, I click on "Access sequences", check acces sequence "0005". Access ok and fields ok.
But with this customizing, I always received a sap mail and the outbound delivery isn't saved...???

  • Automatic generation of Idoc for outbound delivery

    Hi Experts,
I need to generate Idoc automatically for each outbound delivery created in VL01n. I just wanted to know that whether we need to asign output type for each delivery number manually or is there any automated process available to generate Idoc for all the outbound deleveries automatically. Could some one share the information regarding the above matter and other information if there is any.

    Hi,
U wont manuallly assign the output type for every delivery u create.
There will be Customization part which will be done by Functional  guys and they will do that configuration.
This will auotomaticcaly set the Output type, medium..
Ones the configuration is done u just need to create partner profiles ( port and rfc by Basis people) .
    Rvert back if any issues,

  • Update Outbound Delivery in EDI Process - Urgent

    Hello experts,
I have to update outbound delivery for picking & PGI in EDI.
I recognized the standard BAPI - BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC for this process, but it doesn't confirm picking.
I also recognized the IDOC - IDOC_INPUT_DELVRYwhich doesn't create partner function.
So now I need to choose any one & enhance with the help of User exit. I found a user exit in IDOC for creating partner function but there is no user exit in BAPI for picking confirmation.
Please suggest me which is the best to use an IDoc or create a custom BAPI for this scenario with pros & cons.
    Thanks in advance,

  • Change Ship to Party on outbound delivery

    Hi
Our customer has a specific requirement changing the ship to party on outbound delivery when it is created (VL01N). The requirement is trading partner order the goods for example 100 qty. When the goods are ready for delivery he will inform to deliver 50 nos to XYZ customer (end user) and ABC customer (end user). So the sales order is created with the trading partner but when delivery is created the first 50 should be for XYZ and the second 50 should be for ABC. In this case there will be two outbound deliveries one with ship to XYZ and other one with ABC ship to.
When sales order created it has trading partner as ship to now during the delivery creation we need sort of pop us to select the ship to party. I have searched all the possible delivery creation user exits but did not find any on partner function to implement the pop up functionality.
Note: customer does not want to change the address of ship to on delivery by keeping the original ship to which is copied from sales order
Please help me with suitable suggestions.

My ex-company did this customization, and our users are very happy.
As mentioned by G. Lakshmipathi, change that VOPA setting, untick it.
Customized  a OB creation t code. You need good abaper for this.
In selection screen, have something like this.
    Sales Order number
    Item Number (If required)
    Sales Order date
    Sold To party
    Shipping Point
    etc...
    And "Delivery ShipTo Party" example.
You should have a output screen for user to select which SO item to create OB.
In your program, use VL01N to create it, then VL02N to change the shipto party to the required as per selection screen.
You should then have a output screen to capture and display all standard error messages or succcss message.
Optional: You may like to consider also, in VL02N user exit, control shipto party is grey off by user's ID and not by the customized t-code.

  • Urgent - STO - Third Party Carrier ex: FedEx / UPS - Outbound Delivery

    Hi Gurus,
I am working on an issue in which when an UB/UD order type STO is created, the Third Party shipping-Carrier info. ex: FedEx 1 day, 2 days, 5 days / UPS 1 day, 2 days, 5 days, etc., is entered in the Partner Tab. This needs to be pulled into the NL type Outbound Delivery in Partner Info. Tab Automatically.
We have created the Partner Functions in purchasing with Supplying Plant as Vendor. Also configured the Partner Function of carrier in Delivery -
, After that I have noticed that the Carrier info. is pulled from Customer Master (Defaulted Partner), but not from the PO.
We need the Carrier to be pulled from STO only...into NL type Outbound Delivery.
    Please help..!!
    Thanks in Advance..

    Kumar,
If I understand your question correctly you have a partner in the Sales Order that you want to automatically copy into a delivery that is created in reference to that order.
If this is the case check your partner determination procedures in the Delivery
IMG path: Logistics Execution > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Partners > Set Up Partner Determination for Deliveries
You must have the same partner type defined in the Delivery as you do in the Order.
    I hope this helps

  • Outbound delivery deletion with shipment cost settled.

    Dears
I have one question about how to delete one outbound delivery which has one shipment document inside.
    Scenarios like:
we do normal sales order -> outbound delivery -> Picking -> Loading -> PGI -> invoice. and also from outbound delivery to shipment document and shipment cost settled. that means everything is done.
But next month, the customer said they do not need such goods, they want to return all and take money back. so we need to cancel billing , PGI , and warehouse transactions. as you know , the previous month already been closed. we could not cancel shipment cost settlement . actually, we do not need to cancel it because the shipment is done by 3rd party partner. we need pay the transportation cost.
the problem, is when I use VL02n to delete outbound delivery item, it is not allowed because in document flow, there is one shipment document could not be deleted. but this outbound delivery status is OPEN, it always books some items which we will never delivery.
is there one can help me about how to delete outbound delivery or how to close it to avoid stock booking ( ATP)?
    thanks
    jerry W.

    hello Jürgen L
thanks for your answer. I fully agree with you. it is just our business user ( specially from warehouse) want to make process simple, so then use this way to cancel billing and PGI, then delete delivery lines. I will push them to use standard process .
    thanks again.
    best regards,
    jerry W.

  • Outbound delivery EDI setup

    Hi,
When executing goods issue for a delivery, we want to send a DESADV (Shipping notification) via EDI to our customer. Is LALE the standard output type to use? What are the configuration steps involved in making this possible? Please also include EDI steps (Details of WE20, SALE etc).
Also, where can I define own process codes in the partner profiles for outbound messages (like DELV, SD04 etc)?
    Thanks
    Lars
Edited by: Lars Tornblom on Mar 24, 2009 10:55 PM

    G'day Lars,
Should be bog standard SAP functionality. As this is a SAP system -> SAP system 'process integration' the Inbound equivalent of the Outbound should do the trick. You will need to set the Sites/Plants up in WE20 as explained previously with the Inbound and Outbound settings (I am assuming that any Plant can issue/receive from any other Plant). Follow the same steps I outlined for the Outbound parameters for the Inbound, except you will see that there is no Message Control section for Inbound - as we aren't triggering outputs for Inbound. Use the DESADV IDoc Message Type and assign Process Code 'DELS' to it. For your own knowledge, it is the Process Code that drives all the functionality. It is essentially the 'engine' for the IDoc, that has a function module underneath it doing the grunt work. In this case it calls function module 'IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1', which checks the PO and creates a delivery for it.
It's all native functionality so you shouldn't have to come up with a custom Process Code. What you should see - all things working as they should , is the E1EDL24 (Delivery Line item segment) filling the child segment E1EDL41 with a qualifier '001' Purchase order data of customer' and the fields BSTNR filled with the STO number and POSEX with the position/line number.
If you have packed the issued delivery using HU managament, then you should also expect to see segment E1EDL37 filled with the HU's details. These are linked back to the line items via E1EDL44 (a child segment under E1EDL44).
I hope this helps out mate. There is some wicked functionality in there... Let me know how you get on.
    Cheers,
    Paul...

  • OUTBOUND DELIVERY  AND GOODS RECIPIENT

    Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to create an outbound delivery without having to specify the goods recipient before. In explanation:  I wonder if it is possible to fill the data required for the goods recipient in transaction VL01N and not before (having to create a good recipient in the system, and asigning this good recipient to the ship-to-party in the sales order).
    Thanks in advance,
    Luis.

    u mean to say
U want to speciefy ship to party or goods reciepient AT DELIVERY LEVEL or you want to change ship to party at delivery level which is earlier determined
then it is possible,I had done it it in my previous implementation,
Go to table TPAER, by t-code SE16N
select your partner procedure & partner function say for
    LF     SH     X     X
Make it or remove "x" from No change coloumn as like
    LF     SH     X
    Save it.

  • Create ORDRSP Idoc on creation, change or deletion of outbound delivery

We have ORDRSP Idocs being created when a sales order is created or modified.  Now our customer would like an ORDRSP Idoc sent to them when the outbound delivery is created for the sales order.    The reason that the customer would like an additional ORDRSP sent is because the time between the entry of the sales order and the creation of the outbound delivery may be a few weeks or more and the actual delivery may not be able to satisfy the quantity ordered.  The customer is not set up to allow partial deliveries.
The customer uses the ORDRSP to feed into their billing system and would like updated quantities at delivery time.  They do not want an ASN record.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to trigger the ORDRSP Idoc when the delivery is created, modified or deleted?  We are on SAP release ECC 6.0
    Thanks for any help,
    Russell

    Vinit and Abhishek,
Thanks for your replies and information.  Sorry I was not clear in my question.  The ORDRSP Idoc is already being created when the order is created or changed.  ORDRSP works fine.  The partner profile is set up, NACE is already configured for ORDRSP, change pointer is working properly, output determination is configured and working, the ORDRSP Idoc is being created.
What I would additionally like to do is trigger the creation of an ORDRSP Idoc when the delivery for the order is created or modified.  I suspect this will require using a user exit in the delivery program to trigger the ORDRSP Idoc and not standard SAP configuration.   This is what I would like help on (trigger the creation of an ORDRSP Idoc when the delivery for the order is created or modified).
Also this site is a small shop.  I am the ABAP programmer, the functional consultant and the EDI consultant for all SAP modules.  There is no one else on the team here other than one person that does transports and security for SAP.
    Thanks,
    Russell
