PARTNER DETERMINATION USING STANDARD RULE ORGUNIT EMPLOYEE

HELLO FRIENDS,
We are using a standard (orgunit employee) rule for partner determination. the description is as follows:
hierarchy:
CIRCLE ->  BRANCHES
the employee stated above comes under the circle but creates leads for all the branches.
The PDP goes as follows:
user (employee stated above) enters branch -> branch determines circle through responsibility rules and the employee automatically determines the employee.
the PDP works fine for users of earlier created circles but now we are creating new circles and new position for these employees in a similar manner and the PDP gives the error enter employee (even though the circle is determined).
Please let me know if there are some parameters that we are missing or some technical issues that need to be taken care of while using the standard (orgunit employee) rule.
Thanks and regards
Nitin Sehgal

Hello Nitin,
Did you create an employee record for the User. If you create an employee did you assign the user id for that employee.
Check this assignment.

  • Partner Determination using Transaction Type in Org Model

    Hi Experts,
I am a functional consultant working on CRM 5.0 and currently customizing the partner determination procedure for transaction Lead. As per the business requirement, for all the leads created by default the system should determine a Lead Qualifier in the transaction Lead. In order to achieve this I am using rule 14000146 Orgman_14 which provides org unit for a transaction type. In the org model I am having a org unit defined as "Lead Management Dept" as well as I have created and assigned position Lead Qualifier and assigned emp to this position too. Now I have defined the sales attributes for this Org Unit "Lead Management Dept" and for the sales attribute "Transaction Type" filled in value as Y001 which is my transaction type for Lead.
The issue is that this defined attribute is not inherited by the position although this position is assigned to the above mentioned Org Unit and therefore the partner is not getting determined in the transaction. Can someone provide guidance about this issue? How to inherit this attribute to position so that the position is determined in the PDP? or any other alternative for this situation??
    Thnaks and regards
    Ambar Adhav

    Hi,
Try transaction OOATTRCUST, scenario SALE> Attributes/Scenarios:
For PROC_TYPE attribute try to change the Inherit.Type and see how the system behaves.

  • Agent Determination using a Rule

    Hi All,
I tried finding related threads, but was not able to find anything that exactly matches this issue.
I have an Activity type task to which I have assigne a rule for agent determination. I am assigning the SAP userid to the actor_tab in the function module. This is the code I am using:
      ACTOR_TAB-OTYPE = 'US'.
      ACTOR_TAB-OBJID = 'AJOHN'.
      APPEND ACTOR_TAB.
But, when I try to simulate the rule in PFAC, it says "no agent found". What am I doing wrong?

I created a function module called ztest_rule in se37 and put your exact code.  I then created a rule called ztest_rule in PFAC and chose Agent Determination: Function to be executed and entered ztest_rule as my function module.  When I hit the little abacus and then the wrench in PFAC to test, it returns  US  AJOHN.

    Hi Sreenivas,
    Partner determination use
In this activity, you define the rules that should be used to perform automatic partner determination.
    1.  Define the partner functions that differentiate the roles of
         partners in your system.
    2.  Define the partner determination procedure, and assign the key of the relevant partner object to this Procedure.
    3.  Assign the partner functions you define to the account groups.
    Output Determination Purpose
The Output Determination component offers output functions for sales, shipping, transportation, and billing to help you manage sales transactions with your customers and within your company. You can create sales activity output (for example, customer telephone calls, mailing campaigns) and group output (for example, freight lists). Your company employees can send and receive output. Output is directly linked to the corresponding sales transaction (for example, the system automatically sends an order confirmation via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) as soon as the employee
Texts Purpose in Sales and Distribution
In a business relationship, it is essential that business partners exchange information throughout the logistics chain. In sales and distribution, this exchange of information is supported by texts in master records and documents. You can maintain these texts for one particular customer or define them so that they can be used more flexibly.
Texts can be used in many areas of sales and distribution:
    Sales notes for customers
    Sales texts for materials
    Explanations in order confirmations
    Shipping instructions in deliveries
You can define as many text types as you require (sales texts, shipping texts, internal notes, supplement texts etc.) for master records and documents.
You can take the settings for the texts from Sales and Distribution Customizing under Text control.
    Delivery split
Regarding Delivery split you can control through copy control routines in the VTLA transaction.
I hope it will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

  • Not getting agent for standard rule in leave approval

    hi everyone,
I have copied standard workflow(WS00**77) for leave request and used standard rules for agents. The second rule 00400135 is for personnel administrator. I have assigned user name for this Pers.admin in both SPRO and in HR ORG management. I tried to assign SAP organisational objects to one of the Organisation Management objects in t-code PFOM, But it gives dump error.
do i need to do any other step previously to this?

    hi,
In PFAC, I am not getting search help values. So, I entered the values Administrator group and administrator in the fields. But, It gives no agent found.Actually I have set up administrator in SPRO and after that i checked in PFAC. I have also done assignments between Organisational Object type and Organisational Management Objects. But no use.
Then i have created custom rule based on T256 table. In PFAC it is working fine. But, in workflow for a personnel i have assigned a administrator and created leave request. The corresponding workitem getting triggered. But, when i change the admin in PA30 and creating Leave request it gives error as:

  • Territory and partner determination procedure for employee responsible

    Hi CRM team,
I have a little issue for you I'll be very thankfull if someone could help me.
There is the organisation of the territory management in the company I'm working for:
    -Country
    -Region
    -sector
*each sector have a determination rule based on 1 condition "1 field from the BP Header (customer)"
*each sector have a position assigned to it. (Organisational model PPOMA_CRM) And there is 1 or 2 employee affected to each position..
    *When creating an activity,*
*First thing I enter the Account (customer: activity partner)*
*I would like the system to determine the employee affected to the sector of the BP as the employee responsible.*
    Any Idea?
For the moment, I'm searching in the partner determination procedure. But the standard access sequence Business Partner Relationships: Activity Partner -> User dont work.
There is some sitting from my IMG:
The partner fonction Employee Responsible is with
    *fonction category: employee
    *usage: CRM
*Relationship category: Is the employee responsible for
    Partner determination procedure:
In the acces sequence, I put a dialogue seq 15 :
    Business partner from territory
And in the detail on source, I put:
    Fonct. categ. : Employee
    Usage: CRM
    It dosn't work...
I don't know if I'm am searching in the right place.
Could you help me with a solution to have the needed system behavior????
Thanks a lot for your time and your help.
    Best regards,
    Ahmed.

    Hi Ahmed,
After created determination rules for territories have executed the report CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL for initial option?
Once territories and determination rules are created, you need to run the above report in Background(schedule a batch job) which will establish relationships between the territories and corresponding attributes. You need to run this report every time there is a change in determination rule of create/change territories.
    This should resolve your problem

  • HOW TO USE ZONE ADRC-REGIOGROUP for Partner determination in opportunity

    Hi Everyone,
We have an issue link to partner determination.
We need to determine employee function from the address of the sold-to-party activity person function.
In fact the REGIOGROUP field within the selected address in the opportunity is what we need to determine the employee function.
In the meantime we created the attribute REGIOGROUP in the Tcode PPOMA_CRM and we assigned a value to an orgdata.
We couldn't find any rules or function or Badi that does the link between the regiogroup of the address of the activity person and the attribute with same regiogroup value in orgdata in order to have the employee that works in the regiogroup.
Do you have any clue about the way to use this regiogroup?
When we press F1 on the REGIOGROUP field here is documentation we have:
    "Regional structure grouping
Regional structure grouping combines all elements of the regional structure (cities, streets, street sections). It is used, for example, for clerk determination."
Does anybody know how to make this clerk determination work? do you know where i could find information about it?
    Many Thanks
    Laurent Monza

    Laurent,
You can implement the BADI COM_PARNTER_BADI and one of the methods
    DETERMINATION_ADD_IN
Then you create a new access sequence that uses the exit as the source and assigned that to your partner determination procedure.
    Good luck,
    Stephen

  • Partner determination based on Employee Responsible for Sale Office

    Hi,
In our Project We triggering work flow from lead to sales manager. The Sales Manager is assigned to sales office. We used access sequence CH08 to determine the sales manager in Partner determination but the work flow is triggered to Employee responsible for Sales Group.
The access determines the Employee responsible for org unit and sales group is selected as org unit in lead document. So the employee below the sales Group is selected in sales manager in Partner determination.
Can any one suggest how to select employee from Sales Office in Partner determination.
    With regards

  • Error in CHARM_CREATE when using a Z partner determination procedure

    Hi,
I use SDCR and needed to create a new partner determination procedure ZDCR0001. I don't need to change anything else in this Change Request transaction type, so everything else is standard. When I run CHARM_CREATE now, the program is using the partner determination procedure instead of the text determination procedure SDCR0001 in order to get the text ids, and then I have an error: Text determination procedure ZDCR0001 does not exist.
I noticed that there is a problem in the standard code of CHARM_CREATE:

  • Partner determination rules in sales documents

    Good afternoon Experts
I'm trying to determine responsible agents in a quotation document by using a rule with responsibilities
( in the access sequence of the responsible agent partner function).
Could someone please confirm how the rule container gets filled?
If the rule is based on a post code my understanding is that the post code of the sold
to party is passed to the rule container and the responsible agent gets
determined. Passing the post code to the rule container should be in this case hardcoded.
What happens though if I need to determine the responsible agent based on another
piece of information like "sales order type", "client tax classification" .
          -  How does the system know how to fill the rule container?
         -   Do  I need to create a new organizational attribute ?
On Sap help I've found :
"If you use rule resolution using responsibilities, you do not have to assign
attributes in the organizational model, other than the attributes distribution
channel and division; these are necessary for showing the sales area."
Where does the sales area come in for partner determination when using rules with responsabilities ? Is there a mechanism like sold to party/document -> sales area -> organisational attribute => attribute passed to rule container?
    Any input would be appreciated.
    Best regards
    Razvan Zainea

    Hi Razvan,
you can use rules in your partner determination access sequence. Most attributes are filled in document processing for the rule container.
You mentioned postal code. This is filled from the main partner of the document. The main partner of a sales order is the sold-to party, of an opportunity is the prospect, ....
If you like a different main partner you can do this via process type customizing (field 'partner function ORG').
If you need to fill your own container values you can use CRM_ORGMAN_BADI method CRM_ORGMAN_ATTRIB_VALUE_FILL.
Or as mentioned by Shanto you can use your own logic with COM_PARTNER_BADI.
    Best regards

  • Multiple Message Processors in IB52 for partner determination rule 13200137

    Hello Experts,
Can anyone please help me out in one of my issues? I am configuring service desk wherein I need to have only one layer of support team. One consultant for each module. I am using SLFN0001_ADVANCED. I am using rule 13200137 for partner determination. I am using IBASE for determining the message processor.
While determining automatic message processor, IBASE is not allowing more than 1 Message processor. So, all the messages created are getting allocated to single message processor only.
In TRN PFAC, rule simulation for the rule 13200137 is working fine, as per the Org model defined in TRN ppopma_crm.
Can anyone please help me out?

    Hi Deepak,
Hope, you are trying to assign more than one partner Function (Message Processor) to a service Desk Message. In such case, check for the max limit of partner function allowed for Message processor in the Partner Determination Procedure in your Transaction Type (SLFN).
The partner function category for the Message Processor Partner Function is Person Responsible. You may face issues in assigning more than one partner function of the same partner function category in a Transaction; If so, kindly refer to sap note 844503.
    Regards,
    Waseem

  • Employee responsible is not determined in partner determination- Transaction

    Hi Experts,
Partner determaination in Activity.  Eg :  Sold to party :1001051,   Employee id : 80007 and sales employee id: 80005.
under BP Sold 1001051 has relationship employee responsible 80007 relationship is maintained.
In the org model under the Sales org postion sales employee : 80005 is assigned.
we have created a partner determination procedure with partner functions 10 as Sales employee with category employee and relationship category as Bur011 as employee responsible  and partner funciton 20 as employee with the same category and relationship category.
In the PDP we hace created acccess sequnece with 10 CRM_partner_org data with the rule configured to get the sales employee.
Access sequence 20 as CRM_Partner_business partner relationship to get the employee relationship from BP.
When we create the activity the partner determination is happening and under the partners tab we find the
    sales employee = 80007
    Employee = 80007
Now in the partner determination access sequnce 10 is not working, system is filling up the value of employee 80007 in the sales employee feild.
we have checked the rule and simulated the rule, we are getting the correct result of the postion and the agent -user assignment as 80005. but when we create a activity it is skipping access sequence 10 and by default fills up the value from the BP relationship Employee responsible 80007(employee) to the sales employee partner function.
If we are having 2 persons as employee in BP, the partners are filled twice. for example : Sold to party :1001051,   Employee id : 80007, 80006 and sales employee id: 80005.
in Partner assignment block we are getting output as, it is not takind sales employee id 80005.
    sales employee = 80006
    sales employee = 80007
    Employee = 80006
    Employee = 80007
Please help me with a clue how to fix this issue.
    Regards,
    Karthik

    Hi Karthik,
You can proceed with debugging the access sequences. The access sequences are hit via BADI : COM_PARTNER_DETERM and the implementation to chose is with the filter = source name.
Eg: CRM_PARTNER_DETERM_C for relationship based access.

  • Can we download employee data from ECC to CRM using standard middleware?

    HI,
Can we download employee data from ECC to CRM using standard middleware? If yes pl give me the procedure.(not using HR ALE/IDOC)
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    PV

Standard replication for employee to CRM is using ALE.
BDoc send information for CRM for other business partner. If you want to use BDOC message for send employee to CRM, you should build your own BDOC message that read HCC Table and send this information to CRM.
However send this information using ALE is not difficult. Why don't you wan to use ALE?

  • Which access sequence of Partner determination should be used?

Now my company is upgraded from CRM 2.0c to CRM 5.0 HR1. I found the different result about partner determination on business activity (via transaction code: CIC0) between two version.
    <b>On CRM 2.0C</b>
    <b><u>Tcode: CIC0</u></b>
Enter sold-to party code: 5300001 as activity partner, Contact person:244 on 'BP searching' workspace. Then on 'Maintain Business Transaction' workspace will display  5300001 as activity partner and 244 as Contact person.
    <b><u>Configuration:</u></b>
Partner Function: 00000015 Contact person (CRM) using Access sequence 0002
Access sequence 0002 from activity partner
Dialog seq:10 has partner origin COM_PARTNER_A Preceding document and mark 'Determine in incorrect source partner'.
Dialog seq:20 has partner origin CRM_PARTNER_D General business partner model and have origin details; Partner Function category '0006 Activity partner' and Usage 'CRM'.
    <b>CIC0 of CRM 5.0 HR1</b>
    <u>Tcode: CIC0</u>
Enter sold-to party code: 5300001 as activity partner, Contact person:244 on 'BP searching' workspace. Then on 'Maintain Business Transaction' workspace will display  5300001 as activity partner and 66 as Contact person (66 is the first contact person of sold-to party master record:5300001).
    <b><u>Configation:</u></b>
Partner Function: 00000015 Contact person (CRM) using Access sequence 0002
Access sequence 0002 from activity partner
Dialog seq:10 has partner origin COM_PARTNER_A Preceding document and mark 'Allow Incorrect Source'.
Dialog seq:20 has partner origin CRM_PARTNER_D DO NOT USE - General business partner model and have details on the source; Partner Function category '0006 Activity partner' and Usage 'CRM'.
Dialog seq:30 has partner origin CRM_PARTNER_C Business Partner Relationship and have details on the source; Partner Function category '0006 Activity partner' and Usage 'CRM'.
Please suggest me which access sequence should be used for getting the correct contact person (result same as CRM 2.0C).
Thanks you so much for support.

    Hi,
to you receive the same result also in CRMD_ORDER, or only in CIC0. Please keep in mind that there is a difference! In CIC0 no pop-ups for selecting partners is executed, so the first contact person is taken (note 487734 gives a modification. Also the partner function of ICAGENT is necessary within CIC0.
From the view of CRMD_ORDER the following access sequence should be used:
    10     COM_PARTNER_A Preceding Document
20     CRM_PARTNER_A BP Relationships By Sales Organization  + Wait Flag + Partner Function category '0006 Activity partner' and Usage 'CRM'.
30     CRM_PARTNER_C Business Partner Relationships + Partner Function category '0006 Activity partner' and Usage 'CRM'.
Hope that this information is helpful!
