Partner's texts not delivered
Yesterday, my iPhone quit receiving messages from my partners phone. We are on the same account. The messages were picked up by my iPad, in the same physical space. Other people are getting her texts, and I am getting everyone else's texts. Help?
Also, is there another more direct way to get this question answered? Like, by a live person, or in real time?
Thank you for your attention.
Strangely, the messages were showing up on my iPad, but not my iPhone. We both were able to send and receive texts to everybody else on our contact list without any problem. I saw that someone else posting to this forum had a similar issue. The problem resolved on its own, or I would've had to go elsewhere to try to solve the problem.
You might want to let people know that there is a 24 hour + turnaround on responses to these forums.
Thank you.

I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.2 over AT&T network.
Every day this week - beginning Monday - my Messages app starts lagging in the afternoon, about 2pm. I'll receive a text about this time, and when I attempt to answer, it takes forever to send, and I'm not ever entirely sure that it *did* send, even with iMessage. My phone will say it's delivered, but it is not received on the other end - I have confirmed with several people to check.
Each day, I've tried quitting the app and restarting (or sometimes it's killed itself) and I have tried a hard reboot every day as well. The hard reboot never seems to help the problem, but around 8pm, my phone starts acting normal again, and the Messages app starts working.
This problem happens no matter if I'm on the AT&T network or I have a WiFi connection.Contact your carrier for assistance. SMS is a carrier feature.

cannot send or receive text messages. Have tried everything including reset. Anyone else unable to use the text app?
Hello pvandusen,
I use my text way to much for it not to be working. Are you still having issues with sending text messages? What kind of device do you have? Please keep us posted if you are still having the issues.

Oracle B2B Payload not delivered to partner through Generic HTTP channel
Hi,
We have a situation where the B2B payload is not delivered to the partner. Below are the steps we followed to set up the agreement and channels.
1. Created a document definition under "Custom" protocol and uploaded the XSD into the document definition.
2. Created the remote partner.
3. Created a generic HTTP channel in the profile tab. Given a HTTPS url and also specified the keystore location.
4. Created the agreement and specified the above HTTP channel in the to-partner channel's section.
5. Posted the message to Oracle B2B through SOAP UI.
6. Message has reached B2B and the agreement is invoked and state of the message is MSG_COMPLETE.
7. In the wire message, I could see the state as complete and packed message is having the payload.
8. Even in the diagnostic log, I could see the http response code as 200.
" [IPT_HttpSendResponseStatusCode] HTTP Response status code: 200"
But, the remote partner is not receiving this payload. I am not sure where the issue? Remote partner is getting an error message as below
Doc Number =%error/ErrorInfo/documentNumber%
Document Type =%error/ErrorInfo/documentType%
Sender =Unknown
Receiver =Unknown
Correlationid =%error/ErrorInfo/correlationid%
ErrorMessage =[XSL.0003.9002] Transformation: No XML source provided
ServiceName =pub.xslt.Transformations:transformSerialXML
Please suggest any clue on how to debug this.
Thanks,
-Sriharish.We got this fixed by setting the "additional transport headers" in the channel.
Additional Transport Headers: SOAPAction="notify"#Content-type=text/xml
Thanks,
-Sriharish. -
OK so I have two new 4S phones with the new imessage feature, one phone is mine and the other phone is my wife's. I have one itunes account that recognizes both phones as the same email account in the Apple ID in the imessage settings on both phones. We are having problems with the imessage working between us. When we are sitting next to each other it works, but when we are at our seperate places of employment and text each other we get imessage error's "Not delivered", it works fine as a regular text, so I'm guessing it has something to do with both phones having the same Apple ID. How do I get her phone to have her own seperate Apple ID, or is there another way to resolve this issue? Neither one of us has unlimited texting so the imessag feature is really great for us if it will work.
Try simply dismissing the popup by hitting cancel and then Get Mail from the account in question.

I am trying to send a Group MMS text. There are 6 recipients. I hit "send" and the progress bar goes almost to the very end, and then hangs up....and eventually I get a "Not Delivered" error message. I click on the "i" icon and it says "your message was not sent. Tap try again to send this message." I've done that time and time again, and the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Try sending it as a regular text message... turn off iMessage.

when I send a text to a non-iphone user it says not delivered and it shows the red exclamation point. on the other end the person getting the message gets it 3-4 times. I have done a manual re-boot, checked for carrier updates, turned imessage off, changed the date and changed it back process, ect. and even an apple rep was not able to fix it. anyone have any tricks up their sleeve to help me out? I really don't want to have to go to an Apple store and stand there for them to tell me to do the same thing over and over again.
Yes. Everything in my settings is where it needs to be. And every method I have tried worked but only for a brief time. Then right back to the original problem.

Text messages on iphone 5s getting error message not delivered

Hi
I am NOT trying to be mean or patronizing so my apologies if this comes across that way
That said
SMS texts are sent on a part of the same carrier wave that carries voice calling and conversation as opposed to data - which is why even non smart phones can text - it is the unused portion of the spectrum that initially carriers were making money off of
http://computer.howstuffworks.com/e-mail-messaging/sms.htm
In other words - to be able to text - one has to have a plan that supports that
Also that is why in some plans international texts have a cost whereas one can merrily iMessage from anywhere in the world and get away with it free
So - if the texts are not leaving your phone - chances are that they do not have a channel to do that - that is an AT&T issue -
Text to a new number says not delivered
friend just got a Blacberry and when I try to text, the box goes green and says beneath it "not delivered"
Call your carrier - your text is not being sent and that is a carrier feature nothing to do with phone.

I have an iPhone 5c. Just started having trouble texting certain numbers. They receive them(most of them) but then it comes back to me saying not delivered. Also, their texts to me are delayed, anywhere from 4 to 12 hours.
iMessages. I have gone into settings and turned off iMessages for one minute then reactivated it. Then I turned off network settings and then back on again. Today I'll try and restore the phone again to see if that works. Frustrating!

First time I've used this discussion forum, so may be posting problem twice! I can't send texts to some contacts in my iphone 4s. This is a recent problem, as previously I could send texts whenever I wanted. The exclamation mark and "not delivered' shows on screen when I ry and text certain people. I know for a fact that my number is not blocked by the receipients?
I've just realised, further to my earlier question - that the people I am trying to text do not have Iphones? Could this make a difference? (Although I have text them in the past)

A friend has texted me and I try to reply and it says "not delivered". She does not have an iphone. I have deleted her as a contact, re-entered her. I have added every combination of area code, no area code, 1, +1 etc. I am not just trying to message her, I am trying to REPLY to her message. Imessages is working fine and as far as I know I am only having trouble messaging 2 people - both with samsung phones. Any suggestions?
reset all settings
settings-general-reset-reset all settings
now reconnect to wifi
settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join
if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

Could not deliver as2 message to partner: 1000 # null
Hi,
I'm trying to send a message to a partner using AS2, I've already defined the MDN and can see the message in SXMB_MONI pending.
When looking to the Seeburger I can see the message with status " Error on send, will be retried " with the following error:
Could not deliver as2 message to partner: 1000 # null
I didn't find any information about this 1000 error, so I went to communication channel (RWB) Audit logs and got:
Delivering the message to the application using connection AS2_http://seeburger.com/xi failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: javax.resource.ResourceException: Fatal exception: javax.resource.ResourceException: SEEBURGER AS2: 1000 # , SEEBURGER AS2: 1000 # .

What configuration do I have to make?
Thanks,
PedroHi
This is a configuration problem at your AS2 partner side. Please check whether the configuation at partner side is correct or not.
Also check the receiver AS2 url , valid or not

Dhanish
