Parts missing in PDF and AI
When i send my ai or pdf-files, the receiver only can see (and most inportant) print part of the drawing. I tried to save is as a earlier version because the recever is working on cs5 (while i am working with cs6 on OS X 10.8.1) but no change in the result. Also the finder preview somtimes has the same problem but when i open it in illustrator its fine.
Or you're using Spot colors and trying to view the PDF using Apple's Preview or some other faulty PDF viewer.

You are missing one or more photos - youprobably have a page background that requires a photo which is behind a page with photos on it - all pages must either have a photo or be a color - if you have a gray background it requires a photo - look through the book carefully and be sure to look at the background on any full page photos - you will find one or more missing photos

I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday. Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.

Are you running into this issue with one PDF in particular, or with any PDF that you open? Did the PDF display correctly previously? How was that PDF created?
For starters, please choose File > Properties and click the Fonts tab. What fonts are used in the PDF? Are they "embedded" or "subsetted."

Thank's for your efforts, and I just wish that this was the solution. Unfortunately, it isn't because, after double-clicking on the pdf in the website, it simply "opens" in another Safari window as a black screen - the pdf is there, somewhere, but not visible (either as an icon, or as a document).
When I right-click in the black Safari window, where the file is supposed to be, the only option available to display the file is to "Open file in Internet Explorer" (which is not what I want to do). Other options include saving or printing the pdf, which I don't want until I've confirmed that it's the form that I want. The same options are offered if I right-click on the file icon in the website.
Any other suggestions, please? -
My eBay pages don’t work properly. There are parts missing. The symbols on the My eBay page have gone. The £ paid sign, checkout, feedback, and probably more.

I doubt it is worth trying to (guess which you are missing and) struggle with the missing plugin, and there may be more things wrong even if you succeed. -
I have adobe illustrator CS5. When I save a document as a pdf and open it again later to edit Adobe reader can't read the whole document because it only shows part of the document. It is very frustrating. How can I fix this?

How to extract part of a pdf page and save that as a pdf page on its own?
I need to extract part of a pdf page. I know how to extract full page, but that is not what I want. I need to extract part of it, ideally, using the mouse to select some rectangular area, and export the selected part to either separate pdf page, or to export to vector graphics such as .svg

If I double click the cropped area, as the help says, it will just delete everything on the page except the cropped area.

The term is: Read out a number in the file, search the database for the matching user-name, generate a field in the pdf and write down the search results in that.

When I print to FlashPaper (2.01.2283) my pdf and swf result
files don't contain the logo image in the word document. Is there a
workaround for this. I was able to generate a correct pdf using
pdf995.com's free converter. But I would like also to provide the
site with Flashpaper, as I've been able to do this for all the text
