Dear all,
I have two quick questions:
1)In few of our scenario's we used party and for some with out party.what is the difference.
In both the cases we used both Business System and service what is the difference.
for B2b Scenario's we did not use any third party adapters like seeburger,we used http,file etc.
What are the case we go for third party adapters.
2)dynamic file naming using var substitution.
suppose my file name should be as follows test_%var1%.xml
under advanced options of file adapter I gave var as var1 what needs to be passed to the reference payload.......,could you let me know

Business system details are maintained in SLD and is created in SLD .
We need to import the business system into the directory
In case of business service , it is directly created in configuration directory .
Business service is used when client is not ready to share information of his landscape , it is used just to represent client.

Failover Testing with and with out Broker,flashback.

We have a requirement, where we need test the Fail over on production database. Currently we have 11.2.0.3 on Linux as production and same on another machine as Standby. We did not enabled DG Broker and Flashback in any databases. I want below information:
1) How to test failover with out DG Broker and Flashback in any databases?
2) How to enable both DG broker and Flashback and test failover with DG Broker and Flashback?
3) How can i revert back the changes after Failover i.e., i want to see the production as production and standby as standby like earlier.

In Out bound process when to go with message control and when to go with direct(without message control)?

There are two ways to trigger an outbound idoc, 1. thru message control
and 2. without a message control.
Message control comes into picture if the application document is controlled by a output type.
Suppose a purchase order is created, then to send the purchase order to vendor, with the help of output type, the idoc will be triggered. This output type along with message type will be configured in Partner profiles.
Without message control comes into picture if its a master data like Customer master r Material master. U can use BD10,BD11 etc.,

Linux behavior with and with out -Xmx
I have questions about some strange behavior I am seeing with Java 5.0 on Linux.
First here is the environment:

I run the program with no memory arguments:

Note that pmap is showing me that it is using over *1 gig* of memory. The java documentation says that if I don't specify a -Xmx that the Max is 64 Megs.
Top however, seems to be showing me that I am only using *10 megs*.

Now I run the program with a 64 meg min and max heap.

So it looks like it is using *196 megs*. Which is fine because I know that there is overhead on top of the actual Heap size.
Then I run top on the process:

So what is going on here?
1) Why is top and pmap showing diffrent values between the SIZE (top) and the writeable/private (pmap) ?
2) if the value in pmap is correct, why if I don't specify the max heap is it not taking the document default value:

My wife has been having problems with Safari, and many third party software and malware programs infecting her Mac Book Pro. I have tried to reset Safari but it keeps coming back, taking over Safari, changing defaults, start pages, and search engines, Etc.
Is it safe to use programs like MacKeeper, who keeps send my wife's computer message and alerts, or should I just wipe the drive and start over?

safari ALWAYS allows 3rd party cookies and all cookies even when set to "block cookies: always" and "from 3rd party and advertisers." I have removed the website data, emptied the cache, reset safari, erased the history and it STILL dumps cookies. (For example, if I go to the usgov weather website only I end up with 11 cookies, the top one being "addthis.com" listed as cashed in local storage. But didn't I just empty the cache... multiple times??? Is my Safari application "broken" or "corrupt." Can the application be renewed so that it actually does what it is commanded to do?

Allowed a guest account and tested that. Lots of cache/cookies showed up for my "guest" that on face value, appeared 3rd party: the familiar "addthis.com" cache and others including a facebook cache and I did not, nor have ever, participated in facebook. But it could be that the "trusted" site my virtual guest visited had a relationship with facebook such that my COMPUTER "friended" facebook even though my guest and I most certainly would have declined the invitation :-) But what I really don't get is why washington post cookies keep showing up every single time. Isn't that the absolute definition of 3rd party cookies?!

On the other hand, when I logged out as guest, all data was automatically deleted, and when I relogged in as guest, it appeared that all the data, including cached data, had indeed been deleted. But when I relogged in as myself, the same old garbage reappeared in the cache and cookie bin. The fact is, there appears to be no such thing as truly and completely emptying ones cache, resetting ones browser, or deleting ones cookies. They are here to stay.
(And, oh yes, I have tried logging out, turning off and on the computer right after performing emptying tasks, etc.) -
Third party app messes with safari and chrome any help?
The other day I downloaded GBA4 iOS on my iphone. It worked fine and I had no problems. A day later I was using safari and I was told safari can not identify the website so I went to details and I saw a false certificate for google : *.google.com. This is obviously an attempt at phishing and later the same thing happened with a false Facebook. So I am kind of worried. I haven't accepted any certificates yet. But I need help to fix this. I deleted the third party app and did a hard reboot but nothing any ideas?
Because that GBA app is unauthorised, and the developer has had his developer certificate revoked, you had to put the date back on your iPhone. Did you change it back again afterwards? If not, that is what is causing the problem.
The certificate requests you are getting are not fake. It's just that your phone thinks they are out of date because the date on your phone is set back. -
How to stop third party apps download with out you permission from ATT partners that cant see any connections on your account due to you not being the purchaser or on account as long as someone else is paying they can not hold legal resposible there third privacy due to legal privacy laws.

I think your problems were solvable and not that the Sonnet card and 5,1 is not bootable, in fact the 5,1 is easier, there are more supported cards.
I have the 1,1 where the Sonnet Pro is recommended but for data only and are not bootable because of the 32-bit EFI firmware. NOT the 4,1 and 5,1. The 2008's are problem child and have a mix of PCIe 1.1 slots, first implementation of EFI64 that also has problems. Also the 4,1 has two PCIe 2.x slots 3 and 4 that share a controller but that simply limits bandwidth.
I would have left the TRIM support and NVRAM changes in Yosemite to a separate thread if you wanted to focus on the Sonnet Tempo Pro support in Mac Pro 2010-12 5,1s.
Also the make of SSD can vary and they also have their own firmware as do bootable controllers along with the EFI of the Mac, all of which have to work together. Meaning it might be that Samsung 840 va 840 EVO vs 840 Pro will all be slightly different but my experience is Samsungs work well (as do others like Crucial with the proper firmware - and there was/is an issue with the firmware of the Samsung 840 but not with booting).
The PCIe card gets seen and treated as external and therefore 'eject' but of course you can't when it is the system boot drive.
One thing I found last week and meant to mention: After installing or changing PCIe cards, RESET SMC made all the difference in the world with the long boot delay. Some PCIe cards will add a few seconds, system has to search the device tree which now shows another controller with multiple devices - and sometimes NVRAM and SMC are what I will call "dirty" and need to be rebuilt and reset. -
I have an iPhone 5 and with any pair of earphones that I plug in the sounds comes out of the speakers and not the earphones

No sound through stereo headset
Inspect the headset jack for debris and clean if necessary.
Connect the headset and make sure the connector is pushed in all the way.
Check the volume setting. Adjust the volume by pressing the volume up and down button on the left side of the iPhone.
If you are trying to listen to music and cannot hear any audio, make sure that the music on iPhone is not paused. Try squeezing the headset microphone to resume playback. Additionally, from the Home screen you can choose iPod > Now Playing, then tap Play.
Make sure the latest version of iTunes is installed on the computer that you are syncing the iPhone with (songs purchased from the iTunes Store using earlier versions of iTunes won't play).
Try another Apple headset (some third-party headsets require an adapter to be used with original iPhone).
Try a different song or video.
Check to see if the iPhone alert sounds or other iPhone sound effects exhibit the same audio issues.
Disconnect the headset from the iPhone and see if sound comes from the built-in speaker.
