Pass expired, can't purchase new one.

I had a multi-pass to the Daily Show that expired 2/16.  I'd like to renew it, but the purchase button on my Mac and my iPad is greyed out and reads "purchased."  So I can't access the latest episode without buying it for $2 (whereas the multi-pass gives me 16 episodes for $10) and I can't renew my multi-pass.
Halp?

I went through Express Lane to try and get this resolved.  the response I received was:
"I can certainly understand that your frustration about this issue. I've gone ahead and investigated your concern about the Multi-Pass unable to renew. I see that it is an ongoing issue and Apple is currently working toward a resolution for the issue you have reported.
David, you may also need to check the store periodically to see if the Buy Multi-Pass button is available. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused."
So, basically... they're working on it.  I don't know... it's been almost two weeks for me without a resolution and purchasing individual episodes is getting expensive.  It's rough knowing that I could get 16 episodes for $10 - but I have to pay $2 per because of a bug.
