Passing a command to another application using Labview

Hi All,
I have a query. I am using two softwares for my experiment. I am calling coboldpc from Labview. What I need to do is when I call cobold pc from Labview, as soon as coboldpc opens it should start executing new.ccf file. I am able to call coboldpc from labview . How can I pass a command 'execute new.ccf' to coboldpc by using Labview! Thanks a lot in advance to the person who has answer to this.

I do not know what do you exactly mean by this! I tried to execute coboldpc application through dos prompt and also to pass the command. It works fine with document file but not with an executable file. Coboldpc has a command line where I think I need to pass the command.
I am trying for one more option to work this out. I am trying to call coboldpc dll through labview. Actualy it i staking time to study those dlls written by someone else. I am not getting much of it. Do you have any idea by any way how can it become easier to use this option!

Items 1, 2 (machine control), and 5 clearly are areas where LV is already used. Items 3 and 4 may be more dependent on sensor technology than on software, although obviously complete systems in those areas will include much software.
LV can be used as a tool in almost any kind of research, but the research topic choice should not be driven primarily by the tools available. The way you worded your query it is like a mechanical engineer saying, "I have a hammer. I want to do mechanical research which will make use of the hammer."
To stretch that analogy way too far: It would be better for that mecahnical engineer to say, " I want to study the strength of materials. One of my constraints is that my equipment budget is limited to the price of a hammer." Then he might decide to study nails.
Consider item 4. digital scent technology. If you do not have access to suitable sensors, you could only do simulations in software, and the quality of the simulations would depend on the accuracy of any published models of the sensors. If you have a gas chromatograph and a mass spectrometer, you could create profiles of scents which could later be used in a portable device. Without knowing where you are in that range os possibilities, it is impractical for someone to make useful suggestions to you.

How to pass SQL command parameter using OpenDocument

Hi !
I have a dynamic List of values configured in Business View manager, used across multiple reports.
The data source for this LOV is a SQL Command which accepts a static parameter named stringParam. I need to pass this static parameter in the URL using OpenDocument command. How can I do this?
I tried
http://bobjdev/businessobjects/enterprise115/InfoView/scripts/opendocument.aspx?spath=[ReportFolder]&sDocName=WebReport.rpt&stype=rpt&lsSstringParam=ABC
but it still prompts me to select the parameter. I need to avoid this prompt.

Passing data to another application via PC keyboard buffer

Hi,
I'm writing a background processing application now using Labview 7 and under Window XP.
Seeking some help on how to put a string of characters into the PC keyboard buffer, so I can pass on my string of (processed) data to another 3rd-party-application via keyboard buffer (ie. simulate the data entry to the 3rd-party-application) in the same desktop PC.
I have tested such simulation on the olden days DOS 6 based C programming by putting few characters & changing the control information directly into the physical system memory, the operating system round-robin-keyboard-buffer..... it works on the DOS environment.... but it failed to work on the Window XP and using my Labview.

Displaying a specific record in another .jspx form using ADF

I have created a simple form (master/detail) which displays depts and emps working in the selected depts....(schema: SCOTT Dept - Emp).
I want to create a command button in this form in which the record selected - via a radio button - it can pass its data to another .jspx file for modification.
The problem is that only the first record of the view object is displayed only....in other words there is no synchronization...!!
This view object has been defined as follows:

In the first form
I created a command button and an action listener(inside it) .
In the SetActionListener properties , i've set:
 From:#{bindings.Empno.rowKeyStr}
 To :#{requestScope.rowKeyStr}
In the second form
-I 've selected the "Insert inside bindings > action".
-I 've expanded the DataControl of the window and select the view object of EmpAll - its sql query has been written above.
-In the Action drop-down list, I've selected the setCurrentRowWithKey.
-In the Parameters area, I've set the Value property to
#{requestScope.requestRowKey}
-I've added an executable binding afterwards , in the "Insert before... respective Iterator" .
- In the Insert invokeAction dialog , i've set:
ID to setRequestToView
 Binds to the setCurrentRowWithKey (select form drop-down list)In the Advanced Properties tab , i've set:
Refresh property to prepareModel
 RefreshCondition to #{adfFacesContext.postback == false} <----(i've taken it from the tutorial...Is

I have found the solution...
The cause was that whereas i passed the value to the rowKeyStr property , i used the property #{requestScope.requestRowKey} instead of
#{requestScope.requestRowKeyStr}....
What is the difference between the two...(rowKeyStr , RowKey)???

When I close Photoshop CS6, the following message appears: "Could not save Preferences because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file.

When I quit Photoshop CS6, the following message appears:

If I try to change the Workspace in PS6 from Essentials to any other Workspace, the following messsage appears:

I have checked the Sharing and Permissions section of the "Get Info" panel accessed from the Finder and I have set Read and Write Privileges for my user account for Photoshop CS6. System and Admin are also set to Read and Write.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.9.5 and have all available updates for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 5 and Bridge CS6.
I tried uninstalling the program and downloading it again and reinstalling, but nothing changed.
Can you help?

Why am I being told that a JPEG file that I made changes to in Photoshop 6 (CS6) can't be saved? The message I get says that either the file is locked and I don't have permission to execute this or another program is using this file.

i recently purchased a 21.5 iMac with Yosemite (10.10.1) and was disappointed to discover that my CS6 programs are not functioning correctly. I am unable to use the "Save As" command when making changes to a JPEG file in Photoshop. The message I get says that either another program is using the file or it is locked and I don't have permission to execute that command. I'm experiencing a similar problem in Bridge when trying to move an unwanted file to the Trash. Again, I get a message telling me that i don't have permission to do this. Lastly, I'm unable to open any Camera Raw files. Any suggestions? I had no problems with the Mavericks OS on my old iMac and although it's much slower, I'm tempted to go back to using my old iMac. At this point, I feel as if I've just wasted $2300+ (tax included).

Back up all data before proceeding.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. If you've intentionally set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it, but you do need to follow the instructions below.

Having trouble passing multiple values to another page via a popup SQL report
I have two fields one called "descr" and another called "Met"
when I use the code below all works fine and the value of "descr" is passed

Passing the output to another program
The problem I have that I don�t know how to pass the results of my java Program ( as parameter) to another application!
I have a class �A.class� should send result �VAR_result� to application �B.application�
Now I am using it like this: System.out (VAR_result) >> B.application
But it could not be the right way at least because I cant make any other System.out as debug now.
My Question please: to pass a parameter to a java is clear: A.class ( var ..)
But how to take a parameter from a class, to use it in another Applicatin ( script )?

But it could not be the right way at least because I cant make any other System.out as debug now.Then move your debug to System.err and use System.out as it should be used and pipe stdout to the stdin of the other application..

There are multiple solutions to this questions a few i will try to answer and then you can take the best required for your requirements.
**Consider that you have a Internal table having document number from other table..
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
       INTO IT_ADRC
       FOR ALL ENTRIES IN IT_DOC
       WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = IT_DOC-DOCUMENT_NO.
**Consider that you have 1 document number then
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
     INTO IT_ADRC
     WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = W_DOCUMENT_NO.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
However, I would like to know which parameters need to passed in this BAPI in case of SO creation with reference. I beleive there are only a few parameters that need to passed in ORDER_HEADER_IN, ORDER_ITEMS_IN, etc.
Need to know exactly which are these parameters.
