Passing mark for C_BOWI_30/Web Intelligence Certification Exam

Hi,
What is the passing mark for the C_BOWI_30/Web Intelligence Certification Exam.
The information page on the page does not say anything about the minimum score required to pass the test unlike old exams QAWI201V3.0 and QAWI301V3.0 where passing grade were 75 and 80 respectively.
Also is the passing pass based on percentile (dependent on score of others appearing same day) or its a flat passing percentage?
Any help is much appreciated.

I passed the test and did not receive any materials from SAP
Trying to figure out if I can be verified by myself.
I am not sure which forum to post this question.
I could not find suitable forum for this. If anyone knows a better place, please advise me so.

Passing marks to clear the exam for C_JAVA_70(80 questions) ?

Hi All,
Anybody have an idea for passing marks(out of 80 questions) for
C_JAVA_70 SAP Certified Development Associate - JAVA with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 ?
Also they have devided the above certification topics into 2 parts(60% and 40%)
means, each part has it' s own passing criteria..?
Anybody having sample questions/could remember for the above test pls forward it

There is no individual passing criteria for the 2 parts (60% and 40%). The overall passing criteria for the certification is 70%.

i am following ur book 'ABAP objects' for my study in abap. the book is extremely well organized and is a great help though i am a beginner. i am plannin to write SAP certification for ABAP 4.6B in Philadelphia,US.
can u tell me regarding intensity and toughness of the exam.
Do programs in ABAP documentation and examples show the depth and toughness of the exam. is there any negative marking.

Refer to the materials TAW10,TAW11,TAW12. Those will be helpful.
You can also attend sample tests in SAPdomain.com.
Just go through the F1 help of all the elements on the screen.
That will help you a lot.
Maintain a schedule for what you are preparing and what you want to do in th next days ,that will let you know the status of your preparation.

I'm glad you are planning your certification exam. The material codes listed in your mail are actual SAP training courses offered by SAP education. You should be able to find them in the local training catalogue in your country. The SMI210/SMI310 have been offered for several years and only have been updated to ASAP 7 level. The new course ASA380 has been rolled out last year as part of introducing the ASAP 7 to the market. It is ASAP in detail course walking throuhg all the phases of ASAP and focusing on specific deliverables of each work stream in the methodology. The remaining courses are standard SAP training courses that are recommended as preparation for exam (e.g. OCM, E2E, BPM).

Details of SAP Certification Cost in different countries

This is Vijay. i had a strong work experience in SAP ECC6 FI as END USER, planning to do SAP FI CERTIFICATION in Dubai / Singapore, can I enroll only for the exam without enrolling for classroom/online training, as I am good enough with the subject and where it cost less to take exam.

The rules of registering for SAP certification are considerably different in the countries located in Asia-Pacific region that includes India. This difference is important and has to be discussed in more details because it directly influences the overall cost of becoming a certified SAP specialist.
To appear for the associate level certification without attending any SAP course you need a minimum of 1 (one) year of SAP implementation experience or 2 (two) years of support experience with a minimum of 6 (six) months experience in the module and version of SAP in which you are going to get certified.

Can SAP learning hub be helpful to me in getting SAP certification in India?

I came to know about SAP Learning and found a very flexible for learning. As a working professional I found it very suitable for me to learn SAP at a time I want. But I have few queries which I would like to confirm.
1) Is SAP learning Hub Partner edition available in India?
I have visited SAP training and Certification shop. when I select SAP Learning Hub partner edition it does not shows me any details for India. So is it possible to subscribe SAP Learning Hub editions from SAP India website.I assume that anybody can subscribe to all SAP Learning hub editions and not just SAP partners or Customers or affiliates. If i am wrong please guide me.
2) Can SAP learning hub be helpful to me in getting SAP certification?
Since SAP Learning Hub is cloud-based training solution i found it suitable for me as i can learn it at anytime i want and also pursue my job along with it. i tried to search on SCN and found that for every country SAP has different policies for Training and Certification so I tried to find out using SAP Certification India website that you need to provide a copy of attendance certificate in order to get Associate Certificate.I inquired on helpline whether hours of training taken on SAP learning hub can be considered in training but they are silent on this query as they are not sure whether this can be considered or not. if it is considered how I need to provide the details of hours of training taken to them for certification. So I need to confirm that if i subscribe for SAP Learning Hub will the training taken on SAP learning hub be helpful for me in getting certification and attending Certification Exams.
I would be very grateful if anybody can guide me on this issue.

to your first point I cannot say anything about it.
to your second point I can
Learning Hub can give you a hand by getting the certification, but it is not so, that you work through the content there and tata... got your certification. You need to work with the content which is explained there and get in touch with colleagues to get your question answered.
In my opinion it is a great initiative to get in touch with new things and to be a platform by side to reach the goals. But again, the learning hub itself won't give you a certification at all and if you pass it you might just have a paper saying something....
Hope I could give you a small clue and good luck with your preferred certification.

Hi Cyrus,
It depends from the exam to exam. If you attend the XI exam then result will come immediately after submission of the test. You will come to know the status either pass or otherwise alongwith the score. In case of EP it takes 1-2 weeks time and they let you know about the pass/fail status.
Accordingly it may vary for other exams as well.

THINK BEFORE DOING SAP CERTIFICATION

Dear all,
I am amit..
having 84% and 75% in highschool and intermediate
having 70% in btech mech
having 6 years of automotive experience
having passed certification in PP with 60%
STILL NOT A SINGLE INTERVIEW CALL(only two introductory call from recruiters) for interview after 4 months of certification..very pathetic condition
i have also left my job as i found studying difficult during job and institute said me there are lot of jobs for fresher..but now when i have done it after donating 250000/- rs to them..they even not entertaining my mails and saying to me that you are not patience..
days are passing and no call from anyside
SAP certification in india has no value if considered alone but if done with previous SAP experience then it will be beneficial..
Freshers in sap (even they have certification) will get no jobs..its clear..
You can get job in SAP certification as a fresher when
1. you have jack in a company
2. Your luck is bright
DO SAP certification
1. When you are in that SAP field( i am forcing on SAP word ) in which you are doing certification cuz everyone wil ask you in introductory call that have you worked earlier in SAP After that their technical questions which you have to pass
2.Or you have sure jack..
Its not worth the money..your life will be toooooo hard after this certification..better will be stick to your job and invest this money in MBA or business somewhere..

To answer your questions,
As I enrolled with SAP Education partner for the training and certification, I received the SAP authored and published books. These books are divided based on each week's training goals and concentrate completely on the clear understanding than just clearing exams.
I happened to ask institute as well as the trainer if they can share some dummy questions/ mock test papers, but all of them replied that questions will be based only and only on the books. All I am supposed to do is study religiously, which I did not but yes, I gave the best of mine.
I would like to note here the method of examination held by SAP because it may shed a light on some false claims of portals/institutes/organizations/individuals about providing SAP "so called" certification dumps.
Exam is held in presence of a proctor who is an SAP employee. He/She carries out a thorough check of attendees identity. The questions that appear on your screen are fetched nearest SAP exam server (I am from India so in my case the nearest servers belonged to Singapore). This server has bank of 1000+ questions related to a module and are fetched into the examination session created by you at random, so there's no guessing as to which question you'll really face. Sounds too dramatic, I know, but yes, that's how it is.
Now to answer your second question.....
The biggest help I could take from SCN at that moment was regarding, how to tackle the whole issue of coping with examination stress. I belong to modest means, so a lot of money was at stake for me. There are already very well written documents on SCN about do's and dont's on making it though training and certifications. I'll not go into that one because, It's altogether a different ball game and people with more than 3-4 certification have shared their experience (mine's just one) which I think is more elaborate and well... experienced.

Types of Questions:
I Multiple options with only one answer correct they would be phrased as Please choose the correct answer
II Multiple options with options given as statements related to the original problem situation / scenario and the answers have to be marked in the form of True or False for each option ( dont know about the marking scheme for this)
Important remarks
There is no Negative Marking so you may take guesses for the ones you are not sure of.
One can browse to any question at any point during the test and can also mark it for review in case he / she wants to come back to it later.
In case you only look at a question and dont mark or attempt it, it will be displayed with an eye shaped icon with the question number so that you may come to it later.
The above maybe obvious for people who have attempted SAP certification exams before.
All the questions have 5 options, since the following questions have been placed on the basis of recall after the exam, they may differ in language and options, but they would surely give an idea of the pattern and the type.
A Total of 80 Questions to be attempted in 180 minutes time is more than enough to do all the questions twice over provided you know the answers!!! 
Distribution of Questions
The distribution into different sections like BPM / Mapping / Adapters / Design and configuration / Runtime and Overview might be different for different people in terms of the number of questions coming into each section.
The cut off for the XI exam has been revised to 60 or 65 (not sure) from the earlier 70%.
