You both appear to be working with the Acord TXLife Schemas. I assume you have taken the time to look at the XML schema and understand the complexity of the TxLife Message set..

This would imply you have a table called binary_xml that has a column call eapp_id and an XMLType column call eapp_xml_data. Unfortunately you have not told us whether you are persisting the XMLType column using object-relational, binary or text based storage, although we 'may' be able to derive that from table name, and whether or not you have taken the time to register the TxLife XML schemas. All of the above would be extremely useful to know...
I am unclear whether eapp_xml_data contains an entire TXLIfe document, or just the an OLife fragment that has been extracted from a TXLife document..
Also has someone deliberatley stripped all the namespace info from the document, or are you not familar with the concept of namespaces...
If we take the time to study the XML Schema we see that OLife is a child of a number of different elements (TXLifeRequest, TXLIfeResponse and TxLifeNotify) and that these elements can occur multiple times in a single TxLife document
OLife has a number of child elements, include Party and Relation, both of which are quite complex structures
It appears you are trying to access some of thei information from the Party element based on the contents of the relation element but for the life of me (and maybe it's the fact I'm jet-lagged having just got back from brazil) I cannot understand exactly what you are trying to achieve.
As ANON said, can you provde an instance document and a written (as distinct from coded) explination of the way in which the inforamtion in Party and Referecne are to be used to get the requried result

You can first use JOB_OPEN which returns job number. Then build ranges or parameters to use SUBMIT to call the program.
Eg: SUBMIT RM06BB20 AND RETURN
      WITH S_EKGRP IN R_EKGRP
      WITH S_EKORG IN R_EKORG
      WITH S_FLIEF IN R_FLIEF
      WITH S_KONNR IN R_KONNR
      USER sy-uname VIA JOB w_jobname
      NUMBER w_job_number.
Now use JOB_CLOSE.

I think he meant the global namespace.
You set a :global_your_name_here to a value and that value is available in your entire application. See the help file section on the global namespace for more information.
Forms parameters are parameters that you form picks up from the outside when it starts. The calling entity must supply them in the URL or they will be set to null. You set them up in the object navigator in the Parameters node.

I am Automating STATSPACK reporting by modifying the sprepins.sql script.
Using DBMS_JOB I take the snap of the database and at the end of the day the cron job creates the statspack report and emails it to me.
I am storing the snapshot ids in the database and when running the report picking up the recent ids(begin snap and end snap).
From the sprepins.sql script

This fails with the following error:

could it be the begin_ and end_ Colums of your query?
Seems SQL*PLUS hs parsing problems?
try to fetch another column from that table
and see if the error raises again.

Í have a scenario where i need to pass value from Crystal Report to a Business view's parameter.
Eg : CurrentCEUsername (func in crystal report)-- gives login user which i should pass to parameter in a Business view (used in the same report).

I guess you got the picture wrong. User_id is not a report_level parameter .
In Data Foundation, below query is used..
select Acc_Number, Account_Group,User_id from Accounts where user_id={?User_id}
where in {?User_id} is the BV parameter...
The Filter was a solution. But it takes long time to Query all the data from DB and then filter at BV level.
How do i pass the CurrentCEUsername to {?User_id}
Value should ve CurrentCEusername always. so that query will be
select Acc_Number, Account_Group,User_id from Accounts where user_id=CurrentCEusername
It will restrict the data pulled from DB to BV .. right?

We want to dynamically pass values from remote machines into the given input parameters of a Given Search help and receive the output into a table (no dialogs required .. so no pop ups )
I wrote a test program to just test if we can really do that at runtime ?
This program pops up the window of search help First I want to surpress that window and Second I have no clue
( How to pass the input parameters as value eg. 20 to a given field as we pass manually )

Or do you want to read one int from the array and assign it to an int variable? This is how you read the first one,

Anyway the first option is simple. The java program does this:
System.out.println("This is a line of input.");The perl program does this:
while(<>)and in that block, $_ is assigned to each line of input.
Then you can invoke both like this:
