Password change request/cant see my icloud or apple TV

Out of the blue, my apple TV request I input my password, then when I did, it said I input it too many times and to change it (after 1 try) eventually I got on my computer and changed my password, but now my Apple TV still wont let me view anything, even after restarting it, and now I cant see any items in my icloud on my computer either.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

Try a reset by pressing and holding the Home and Power buttons until the white Apple logo appears.

Initial password change requested with SSO

Hi all,
we have well working SSO with EP6 SP2 and standalone ITS. SSO is based on SAP logon ticket. Only one annoying thing appears.
If a new user is created in SAP R/3, ITS asks for changing of password.
Does it mean that the user must initially (and later again according to password policy) change the password although we do not use direct access to R/3? If no password change should be required with SSO, how to solve this issue?

Hello,
We are on a very similar setup as above:
EP 6.0 SP12 with ITS.
What we are seeing is that the initial password dialog comes up but there is only the input fields but no "Submit" or "Change" buttons. In summary, new users are not able to change their password through the Portal.
Any ideas why this might be happening?

Apple ID password change will not save on manage my apple ID page

Hello, I have logged into the Manage MY Apple ID webpage.
I am trying to change the password. I click save and log out.
Changes are apparently not taken into account. Password is still the old one.
I have tried this many many times. Won't save my changes.
Also, before loging out, I have tried to click another link such as 'address' etc...in an attempt to navigate to another section of the manage my apple id page. When I do this I get a message that I have made changes but they are not saved. I am then given an option to save changes or not. Even when I click save from this pop up window the password remains the old one.
Plz help, I need to change my password.

Let's go through the process in case anyone isn't doing it quite correctly:
Go to http://appleid.apple.com . Click on 'Manage your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and current password.
Click 'Password and security' in the left column.
You will be asked to answer two security questions which you preset.
In the next pane click 'Change password'.

Password change from SSH in Cisco Secure ACS 4.1

I am using cisco ACS for windows Release 4.1(1) Build 23 Patch 5.
I have enable password aging for 30 days. after 30 days it is prompting me to change the password while i telnet to any client. it is working fine.\
Recently we have disabled telnet in all network devices and using ssh instead of telnet.
Am not able to change the password from putty. same if i connect through the telnet it is prompting to change the password.
Because of this i am not able to access any network devices after 30 days.
Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Went through this painful exercise a couple
weeks ago. You need to use the IOS 12.4
K9 image on the routers because password change
only supports on ssh version 2. See example

Initial password change.. Urgent Please?

    We have an Ep6.0 SP12 installation and CUA as user base for the portal. In the CUA, I added the role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNIATION for user sapjsf and the xml file used is dataSourceConfiguration_r3_rw.xml.
   now i create a user using portal, i.e. UserAdmin -> create user and am logging in with this userid and password. In the next screen it asks for new password. IT works as expected and thats fine.
but, if I create a user in CUA and when I login into portal with this userid and password. It doesnt ask for password change. Y is it so?
Please help me in this regard.

Still some more input, i just went and checked the account history in portal of the two users, created through portal and also in CUA
The user created in CUA has the folling history

Hi My account on skype tech271 has been hacked and the password changed on it on trying to reset it it turns out the email address i used has also had its password changed so cant get into it either the secondry address set up in windows Ive never seen before , I have never purchased skype credit or used it to call so I couldnt reset it .
Is there any other way I can get this account back I have hundreds of contacts and groups on it for online gaming and losing it will be a pain ,I can supply names of cotacts and groups that have been used lately on it if this would help

Thank you. Same thing just happened to the admin account as the other account. The password had been changed. I have not done anything and no one has physical access to the computer so I am very confused as to how both my admin and regular account passwords were changed in the same day/time frame. Prior to the regular account password not working, the admin. one was working fine. Then I fixed the regular account password by changing it through the admin. account. Then I go back to the admin account and it won't accept the same password it just did! I was able to recover it with the master password and it's working now....but I am still in a state of confusion.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Your Apple ID and iCloud email address don't need to be the same, you can't change an iCloud email address.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.
