Password for ms exchange emails and wd my cloud not accepted

Please help
When setting up my new mac air, my passwords for ms exchange (office 365) for mail and wdmycloud for time machine are not being accepted.
Any ideas? Thank you

I figured it out. There is an option to fetch a high resolution image. When you do this then it downloads the file to the SD card whereas I assumed it would just save it to the cache which I could easily delete. Interesting I will need to consider this "feature" for future reference. I would very much like if viewing a high res image via the browser would just save the photo to the temporary cache....

You can't reset it. If you don't konw the password then you can't use that backup

I'm sorry you're having issues with your e-mail account on your phone Rusty1112. Let's figure out what's going on. First, please try deleting account/information again and then restart phone. When phone is back on, try adding e-mail account again, and be sure you're entering exactly as you set up, meaning its case-sensitive. If you're still getting same error, please let us know and let us know what e-mail account it is, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc.

If you can't get the password changed, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Try turning the email account off and then turn it on again. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>select your gmail account>Off. Go to the mail app and then come back to the account in the settings and turn it on again.
If you can't find any other way for the iPad to accept the password, delete the email account and then add it back onto the iPad.

It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices? I'd say your best bet is to try to regain access to your old account. Call 1-800-MY-APPLE, and ask to talk to the account security team. Hopefully they can verify you are the account owner, and then reset the password for you.

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

Sign in at http://icloud.com with the new ID and password and confirm that your data is still all there.
Then sign out in System Preferences>iCloud then sign back in with the new ID and password. Your data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out, but will reappear when you sign back in.

This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.
