Password required for purchases

Hi, how do I turn off 'automatic payment' for iTunes purchases, so that on my Mac my password has to be provided before a purchase can be made? My kids have just discovered they can buy to their heart's content when Mom and Dad aren't looking.

HI,
Tap Settings / Safari / Autofill. Where you see Names and Passwords, switch it off.
The next time you access your iTunes account, you will be prompted for your user name and password.

BADI requirement for Purchase Order

Hello,
I have to find a BADI for Purchase order which will satisfy requirement stated below.
When processing on PO will be done for Goods received and/or Final delivery and/or Final invoice , I need to trigger an Idoc from BADI which will inform another client that flags stated above are set against that PO.
Which BADI can be used to find information of these flag are set on PO as soon as it is processed and which in trun help me to trigger this idoc?

I wanted to convert the EDIFACT to XML struture and XML struture to EDIFACT using the seeburger adpater for --
Purchase Order , Dispatch Advice and Supplier Invoice.
Points:
1. How will vendor will send and receive data to PI. (means how to use Seeburger spoke and how to give unique Ids in Seeburger AS2 adapter)
2. How to do Edifact to XML conversion and XML to Edifact conversion using Mapping Designer
3. How to configure modules in Seeburger AS2 adapter

For Seeburger implementation you should take licance for BIC MD and Adapters(AS2,SFTP).
1)You will receive the data from the vendor ,you need to configure the AS2 Sender Adapter and you need configure the Party with AS2ID(Global Indentfier).
2)For Conversion for the EDIFACT to XML you need to generate the the BIC mapping In BIC MD.once generate the map you can loaded the map into XI server.you need to configure the mapping detials in module(Classifer,BIC,Spliter......).
Steps to genrate the BIC MAP:
Steps :-
      1) Right click on Data type and Export structure (msg_....xml).
      2) Run u201CCreateXMLmessageu201D, (source file msg_....xml, target file XML_....xml).
      3) Import XMLu2026.xml to your Project XML Message.
      4) Run u201CCreateMappingXMLToEdiu201D source file (msg_...xml),target file      (X2E_....xml)
      if you are converting XML to Edi format.
      5) Run u201CCreateMappingEdiToXMLu201D source file (msg_....xml),target file      (E2X_....xml) if you are converting Edi to XML format.
      6) Import X2E/E2X_.....xml to your project mappings

Password required for Mail?

I open up my Mail icon, and a window pops up that says, Cannot Send Mail, no password provided for user (my email address) of server (my server address).
Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter a password.
Question-How do I go to Mail Account Settings and enter a password? I cannot find this area?

are you talking about the settings on the iphone or settings in itunes or mail? When you say "go back up into user name box and make a change", what kind of change are you talking about?
My issue is similar: I cannot send mail from my POP account (.mac works fine), and the error "address was rejected by the server" showed up each time, and the password field in SMTP on iPhone keeps reverting back to "Optional" no matter how many times I enter it, save it, whatever.
I spent an hour with Apple last week. The tech had me do a software restore, and advised me NOT to sync my mail. This worked.
While this is a good workaround (I got it to work), this is in the longer term unacceptable as it's a pain in the butt to delete mail (no group select of mail???) from the iPhone.
But I'd like to know more about this workaround you mention.

It may also have something to do with the hardware and software being made (and joined seamlessly together) by the same company which can result in fewer driver and other sorts of compatibility glitches. On top of that, maybe some people just prefer Apple products and one of the reasons why is that they <gasp> have fewer problems with them.
Btw, in your haste to post your customary "Apple is no better" diatribe did you happen to notice in my post above that (contrary to what the chart suggests) I stated that Dell and HP are capable of cranking out good machines? That I've heard good things about ASUS? The OP was just looking for recommendations about a laptop here (which you didn't offer), and not a PC vs. Mac debate.
So, start recommending or muzzle it.

Add output type in requirements for purchase order

In a changed purchase order (ME22N), based on business condition (eg: tot po > $100,000), then it should trigger an email output which will send the PO to the user. In output procedure for EF, control RMBEF1, there is requirement 101 (reprint) as an example. It has:
Loop at xnast where kschl = komt1-kschl and objky = msg_objky and vstat eq 0.
Endloop.
Here it seems user manually add a new condition record for ZSND so the loop will work.
However, i need to create an output record for ZSND before i can resend the email on ME22N. Do you think having a new requirement here will enable me to create a new output record for ZSND ? IF the PO is more than $100,000, then i need to create an output type ZSND so it will re-send the PO. User will not manually create the PO.
Pls provide your suggestions.

It's difficult to say without seeing how you have it configured, but the breakpoint should be triggered if the requirement is triggered (update debugging not required). Go back to a fresh PO and use Goto -> Determination Analysis from the output screen to view the analysis. This should give you a clue as to what happened. If the output was already issued and you don't have it flagged for 'multiple-issuing' then it won't be triggered again in change mode. Keep in mind that requirement routines do not create outputs; they simply allow them to propose or stop them from proposing based on the criteria in the code. You can access the EKPO data in memory using a field symbol for '(SAPLMEPO)EKPO' (if applicable, check whether this works in BAPI mode - I don't remember) or you can use the message determination user exit in RVCOMFZZ to put the value in KOMKBEA for direct access.
OK, see my answer to your other post - it seems that you added the output manually - that doesn't work...

Setup's required for purchasing

We have implemented GL,AP,AR,Cash Management,HRMS,FA modules for one of our clients.Now we are implementing purchasing and inventory modules for the same client.For this client we have test and production instance.In the test instance I have added "Purchasing Super User" responsibility to one user and I want to play around with this module like creating purchse orders,requistions etc..But it is giving errors like "When-New-Instance-Form" trigger raised unhandled exception,"No Data Found" etc.To get rid of these problems do we need to do whole setup of purchasing ?or is there any other way which solves my problem and allow me to create PO's and Requisitons etc.,
Plzz help me.
If I need to do whole setup plzz give me the required setup tasks and guidelines.

I just updated my iphone 4s to ios 8 and attempted to join my school's wireless network, which requires both a username and a password. i am being asked for a password but not a username.
my question here is how to have the username be requested as well.

Security Issues - No password required for unsleeping and screensaver

I checked the box under security to 'require password when waking from sleep/screensaver' or whatever its called. It worked fine for like 2 weeks...i activate screensaver or sleep the laptop and have to put in a password to get out of it. Now when I wake or unsleep it, no password is required...what can I do? I cannot find any pattern or installation/change I made to cause this at all.

I deleted 3 plist preference files, the checkbox still remained for the require password option. I did a reboot and the checkbox was still there, and didnt work properly. I did the uncheck/check deal and blam...started to work properly again. Thanks for your help!

VPN Password Required for Each Connection

Prior to installing 10.5.6, when I accessed my VPN the password was automatically sent. Now I am required to type it in for each connection, although my setup remains the same as it was. Can someone tell me how to do this automatically?? Thanks

Nuisance--- admin password required for Onyx or Cocktail

I don't use an Admin password, but OS 10.74 requires a password, not a blank password, so run Cocktail or Onyx. I enjoy having no password, and no one else uses my laptop. It's a nuisance to add a password, run Cocktail or Onyx, then delete the password in Prefs. The authors of these two utilities assert that Apple requires a password, not the authors of these two fine utilities.
Anyone know a workaround so the password space can be blank ?

Yep. I knew that. But that doesn't mean it's convenient or judicious or necessary. While Apple has made some improvements in Apps and OS, there is a growing list of issues.
Your specific issue is that you don't wish to have a password. That is fine, but do not expect everything to work in your favour just because of your decision to be lazy. Third Party Apps are NOT Apple's responsibility. It is up to them to keep up to date.
Unfortunately for you, it IS necessary to have a password to access Terminal.
If you believe that Apple should have a User Option for this, then tell them. We don't write the software.

Password required for pdfs normally read under Windows

For some pdfs which I seamlessly open under Windows, I get password prompt and finally without password they do not open.
I noticed that there are additional security options set on these documents, but still they do open in the Reader under Windows.
How to open such files?

Yes, I am interested in this as well. I purchased a PDF document (SCJP Study Guide) for $30 from ePlanetLabs.com. The content is excellent and I began reading it on my PC.
Then I got the Nokia 9300. And, being on-the-go, I decided to move my e-book to it. The reader on the 9300 asks me for my password; which I provide and it accepts.
But most of the book is garbled in the reader. The only thing that I can read is the reminder on the top of all 40 pages:

Well. This is nice. Adobe Reader is free. Nokia 9300 is a cost-item. And so is my eBook. But neither Adobe, Nokia nor ePlanetLabs will accept responsibility for being able to actually *use* my eBook.
It doesn't stop there, however. I ordered a book (in PDF) from campusebookstore.com; again, it reads fine on my PC. But on my Nokia 9300, Adobe Reader (1.1 Build 08202004) reports:

Somewhere along the way (during the past 7 hours which I have spent trying to solve Adobe issues) I used the Adobe DRM Activator and apparently corrupted the initial Activator which was installed with my eBook. What frustration!
At this point in the technology... it seems that normal books are best; at least until Adobe can simplify life for the end-user with the same zeal which it has for protecting the sellers of eBooks.
