on january 9th 2011 at 5:14pm i purchased Pillars of the Earth audio book for $15.95
I had downloaded it onto my desktop at that time, and subsequently lost that computer to a total crash and lost all my data. Since then i have moved the majority of my audio and video files to my mac boox pro. I am having issues though with being able to recover my purchased copy of Pillars of The Earth audio book. Is there any way that i can get it recovered?

Audiobooks are a one-time only download. Do you not have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads ? Playstation store past purchase not available

Recently I deleted all of my updates and dlc for the elder scrolls 5: skyrim on my ps3 to free up storage.But when I attempted to re-download my dlc/updates, I found that the dragonborn expansion pack was no longer in my download list and when on the dlc's page it offered for me to purchase the expansion. But I could not find any place in which I could download the expansion which I had previously paid for. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Hi -- I'm using Joomla to develop a website. When I try to use the editor, I get the message that cut & paste are not available. I am directed to instructions to edit the user.js file. I found the file in xhpnmg5i.default and then inserted the various 'user_pref' lines as instructed changing the site name to "http://localhost". This made no difference whatsoever so I downloaded an add on called allow clipboard helper. Looks great but how do you use it? There's nowhere on the screen that allows you to start the program. I've spend most of the day trying to do something that I'm surprised an open source program doesn't just let me do. HELP

Uninstall the program then download and reinstall - activate with the serial number from your Amazon purchase.

I have copied and pasted hundreds of times before with Mozilla and firefox . This just happened suddenly.
when I go to find more information on this issue, it give a long drawn out explanation I cant follow.
What happened?

When you right-click the link, the page immediately tells you you can't copy, or does that occur after you choose Copy Link Location?
If it appears immediately, you can switch a setting in Firefox that should prevent sites from blocking the normal right-click menu. Here's how you would do that:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''context''' and pause while the list is filtered

If you're using a PowerPC Mac, you can't.
If you're using an Intel Mac, phone the online Apple Store and order a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD.
If you don't know, choose About this Mac from the Apple menu.

I click "Purchase" under "Quick Links" and click "Books". None of the audiobooks I have purchesed in the past are avaliable for download. How can I download the audiobooks that I have purchesed in the past?

Audiobooks are not currently available for repeat download. It should have been clear when you you made the purchase that you were entitled to one successful download of the product after which you were responsible for maintaining a backup of it. These limitations are imposed by the rights holders. You can contact iTunes Store Support and ask nicely to see if there is anything they can do, but they have no obligation to do so.

HT201272 Downloading past purchases not appearing in my iTunes library

I have tried everything suggested from iTunes websites and discussion boards for getting my past purchases onto my library, nothing seems to work.
I signed in and out of iTunes, started my computer back up several times, tried downloading past purchases to no avail. Despite actually being able to dowanload my past purchases from the iTunes store, they dont show up in my iTunes library, and they then show up as "downloaded"!
Worst of all, they are not in any folder on my computer, neither in the iTunes folder or in my personal folders or even in the junk folder! I am lost and need help

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

1.4.2 not available for auto download via JWS

I just tried to change my jnlp to use 1.4.2 and it will not auto download from Sun. Does anyone know if/when this will be available?

Yeah, I'd rather not have had to do all this work too.. I'm not clear on wether Sun intend to deprecate this JWS feature in favour of Java Update which should arrive with the next 1.4.2 revision. It's certainly true the support was even worse than I feared before I pinged the autodl server responses - jvms that used to work have vanished, indeed the whole international jvm request service ("http://java.sun.com/products/autodl/j2se/international") seems to have been suspended.

It will vary from title to title, sometimes they won't be removed at all.

New ipod, past purchases arent showing up to download

i lost my ipod and got another, none of my past purchases from a few months ago are showing up to dowload to my new ipod. same apple id i always use but nothings there. i still have the email reciepts from the purchases.

Posibly the purchases are hidden.
