Pasting a graph in a word document

Dear sir or madam,
It is possible to copy a graph from a VI and paste it in a word document
by a PROGRAMMATICALLY WAY?

The new LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for MS Word and MS Excel can do this. All you have to do is pass a control reference to one of the toolkit VIs.

I cannot cut and paste .rtf from a MS Word document to a web page.

I am running a MAC desktop with version 10.5. I use MS Office for MAC. When I try and cut and paste from a .rtf file to an amateur writing site, I always get a timeout. Help please!

How to download graph output into word document?

Hello experts!
I have plotted graphs using some data.
The graph is actually output of a function module into a container.
Can anybody tell me , how can i download this graphs into a word document?
I am able to download text data into word documents, but not graphs.

How to copy paste a table structure from word document into Text Field [field format Rich Text]

In our current implementation we have a Blank page with Text Field [field format Rich Text] on generated PDF Document.
Once the PDF document is generated, user can copy paste content form any word/rtf document to into the Text Field.
Pasted content retains all text formatting [Bold, Italic, Underline, Indentation] except the Table format. Text Field is removing table metadata from the content and converting it into plant text.
Is there anyway to copy paste table structure as it is from word document into Text Field?

I don't think you can! While you can paste formatted text into the rich text field, the table metadata means nothing to the textfield.

Are you using the Word Report Generation instrument? You can find it in toolslib\activex\word\wordreport.fp under the CVI directory.
The instrument comes with a sample project that shows how to include table and graphs in a Word document: see samples\activex\word\wordrpt.cws in the samples foder of your CVI installation.

How do you paste images in Word documents?

Why when I paste an image into a word document does it often move the image to the top of the page.

Microsoft’s documentation for 2008 did not explain how to set defaults when using *command V* to paste into Word. The pic can jump to the top of the page no matter where the cursor is under some circumstances. Someone who speaks Mac may be able to address the defaults better than passing the buck to Gates.

In MS Word, you have 2 options when you select Insert Object:
Microsoft Excel Chart
Microsoft Graph 2000 Graph
If you select Insert Picture, you can choose Chart. This is the same chart as when you select Microsoft Excel Chart.
To insert this chart, you will use Word Insert Graph.vi. This VI calls Word_Insert_Chart.vi, that uses ADO object Graph.Chart and its properties and methods.

Open the photo in your photo stream album, tap the arrow button on the upper right, tap Mail, send the email to yourself. Open the email on your computer, then copy and paste the photo into your word document.

I am developing an analyse program which produces a large number of results and graphs for each file. These results are presented in different windows one at a time.
It is possible to programmatically generate these windows and print each window before generating the next one. I would like, however, to be able to generate one window, copy it to the clipboard (Alt+Printscreen), (this function is available through knowledgebase), and then paste the contents of the clipboard into a word document. This second step is the problem. By this way a large number of analyses can be done and all the results and graphs will be copied to one Word document
for later study.
Has anyone any idea how to do this?

You can use ActiveX to paste anything that is in the clipboard into a word document, just follow the logical flow, application, documents, add, paragraph, last, range and paste using property nodes.

My requirements are the Word documents are a template of sorts. The document will be changes prior to its email with some changes. The other twist is that the customer might more that one recipients, and each recipient will have to have a separate
email, with the same content of the word document.
For example: Say I'm doing maintenance. The Word doc might descript that maintenance, in a set format. Once save the script is run to generate 3 to 10 email with separate recipients with the body of the email containing what was in the Word document.

I can't cut and paste text from online and then transfer it to a word document

Sometimes when I highlight text in a hotmail e-mail, then try to paste it as a word document, it won't paste. The page is left blank. There are times it works and times it doesn't. This is extremely frustrating. I feel like I need to update something or download an add-on of some sort.
