Patch 4960210 did not help.!!

Hi,
Last month we applied the patch 4960210 to upgrade Discoverer 10g Rel 2 from (10.1.2.48.18) to (10.1.2.54.25).
Java plugin : 1.4.2_13
But we are not satisfied. We still have performance issues where the report hangs for retriving larger amount of data. Also, formatting heading / title / data takes a long time.
What would you suggest to resolve this ?
Thanks!
Yogini

Hi,
We have opened an Oracle Service Request for this issue.
As per their solution, we are going to install

Hope this will resolve all the issues. I will update you guys.
