Forms 6.0 (Form Compiler) Version 6.0.8.27.0 (Production)
You have applied Patch 4948577 (Developer 6i Patch 18).
But in the ad_bugs and ad_applied_patches its not reflecting the patch number ?
This is an expected behavior. Patch 4948577 is Developer 6i Patch 18, and it will not be listed in ad_bugs and ad_applied_patches (Remember you did not use adpatch to apply this patch).

We are still unable to view the component in OCS queue, even after

Please provide any solution to make the patch level reflect.

    Hi Chaitanya,
I'm facing the same issue. We are upgrading Solution Manager 7.0 to EHP1. I cannot implement the Notes 791984 , 1015068 and 1022755 since the OCS is locked with the error in DDIC_Activation. Could you please let me know how did you implement the corrections?

  • I tried to update to 3.6.14 but it was unable to install the update & tried a complete update with "patch apply failed" as a result. it is not listed in the 'unistall program" area of my Windows Vista. how do I uninstall and reinstall Firefox?

I have no other issues withmy computer as I have used PC's for years and am quite familar with their operation. teh questions pretty much says it. After attempting to updat firefox is totally unreliable shuttign down eityher after a few seconds or a few minutes never longer. I curently have version 3.6.13 and the update for 3.6.14 will not install due to a " patch apply failure" as mentioned. I have Windows vista currently and use firefox for the online assignments I do with school, least amount of compactablity issues.

    Hi NWL1,
Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone won't update and is stuck. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

  • E Recruitment -Candidate applied for job but not reflected candidate name

    E Recruitment
Candidate applied for job but not reflected candidate name Recruiter Dashboard
Please any one suggests me what is problem?
    Regards
    Eshwar

    Hello Sri,
the solution to your first question might be very easy. In EhP 4 the entries in the dashboard do not appear automatically. In most cases you have to refresh the dashboard (be aware this is only effecting the current dashboard work list, not all if you do not use the refresh all button). Soclick the "My new Applications" and then refress this workset.
If this does not help we will have to look closer into this issue (overall I assume you have EhP4 SP 6 applied).
For question 2. It is a quite common requirement that an external publication is nearly only based on the posting texts while the internal publication includes much more specific information (org. management, cost center, pay scale group). As you are free in designing you own company specific internal and external publications they can look however you want (in the general restriction what a smartform can do of course). For different publication texts companies create different postings one for internal and one for external publication. The additional information are in some cases entered directly into these texts, in some cases maintained in e-rec fields not needed for other requirements, in customer own fields or directly gathered from the HR core system. It depends a bit on the exact requirement which is the best solution. For the fields you mentioned I'd probably go for OM integration for e-rec (assigning positions to requisition) and get the Information via customer RFC function module directly in the smartform (if the security guys allow the access to the HR system from the e-rec system).
For question 3. The manager should be able to see the decision maker data overview. Here you can include whatever you want as you can replace it with a customer developed smartform.
    Kind Regards
    Roman

  • Endpoint policy is applied but client not reflecting settings

    Hi
We have setup SCCM 2012 SP1 (post the 2012 SP1 republish) and i'm having issues with the SCEP policy applying.
Basically the policies are setup within the config manager console and are distributing out to the clients, the config manager console displays the correctly assigned policy and discovering the various policies applid via checking registry or powershell
commands also reflects this from the client end.
the endpointprotectionagent.log is telling me that the EPAMPolicy.xml policy has been successfully applied and the contents of EPAMPolicy.xml correctly reflects the settings i have defined via config manager.
yet when i open the actual client it does not reflect any of these settings and appears to just have the default settings.
    any suggestions?

    Hi,
I don't know if you managed to resolve this. But I had similar issues and after some detective work this was being caused by another group Group policy setting preventing the processing of local group policies. Specifically, the offending setting and explanation
    is listed below:
    Setting Path:
    Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Group Policy
Setting: Turn off Local Group Policy objects processing: Enabled
    Explanation
This policy setting prevents Local Group Policy objects (Local GPOs) from being applied.
By default, the policy settings in Local GPOs are applied before any domain-based GPO policy settings. These policy settings can apply to both users and the local computer. You can disable the processing and application of all Local GPOs to ensure that only
    domain-based GPOs are applied.
If you enable this policy setting, the system will not process and apply any Local GPOs.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Local GPOs will continue to be applied.
Note: For computers joined to a domain, it is strongly recommended that you only configure this policy setting in domain-based GPOs. This setting will be ignored on computers that are joined to a workgroup.
Make sure the setting is either set to disable or not configured.
The image below shows a RSoP on a computer where policies are applying successfully. As you can see, antimalware settings are being applied as local group policy settings
    Hope this helps

yes - in doublestack installation the patchlevels must be in sync. The Java part may rely on the ABAP or vice versa.

Update failed. The Update could not be installed (patch apply failed). It appears to want to upgrade from 7.0.1 to 8. But when I click the link, it does not offer updates, just an entire strip/reinstall! Where is the updates page? Help?

Thank you. I don't want to reload the entire thing - yes, it can be entirely reloaded, but I don't want to lose settings. How do I upload the PATCH as offered?

    Hi,
You can run below query to find out specific patch number:
select bug_id, bug_number from ad_bugs where bug_number='&no.';Also you can find out using OAM > Sitemap > Maintenance > Applied Patches - here search for specific patch
You can see all applied patches in you env using patchset.sh utility
    Refer:
*Oracle Applications Current Patchset Comparison Utility - patchsets.sh [ID 139684.1]*

  • Changes made in BOM are not reflected in Configurator.

    Hi all,
When i update minimum and maximum quantities in BOM, the new values are not reflected in the configurator.
I have found a patch (patch# 4410573) for this issue in metalink and applying that patch did not resolve the issue.
I have logged an SR with Oracle for this and Oracle support have asked me to run "Refresh Single Configuration Model" concurrent program and see if the changes are reflected.
This program has 2 parameters one for folder and the other for Configuration Model Id.
When i try to run the program, for any of the folders, the value set for the parameter Configuration Model Id does not show any values and hence i am unable to run the program.
We don't have a separate instance for COnfigurator.
Do i need to do any set up so that my Configuration model is reflected in the LOV?
Can anyone please help me on this?
    Oracle Apps version: 11.5.10.2
    Configuration software build: 11.5.10.25.43A

    Hi Jason,
    Please see my comments below

Support is correct. If you haven't run the Refresh a Single Configuration Model concurrent program for your model, then the new BOM attributes will not be visible in your model. Changes to items/BOMs are not directly reflected in the configuration model. You must "refresh" the model to see the changes.*
Even without running the "Refresh a Single Configuration Model" concurrent program, in some scenarios, changes are being reflected in Configurator.
    Ex:
When i change only minimum and maximum quantities, the changes i.e. new minimum and maximum values are not reflected in Configurator.
But, when i also change any of the following fields along with minimum and maximum quantities, new values are being updated in Configurator with out running the refresh program.
    effectivity_date, disable_date, component_quantity, planning_factor, component_yield_factor and optional class
    Can you please explain this?
Also, i have already tried executing the query by commenting the enclosing_folder check. But still, the query is not retrieving any records.
Basically, the sub-query that fetches devl_project_id itself is not retrieving any records.

Based on the SQL above, the only criteria for importing a model is that the item under the folder must be:+
    a. A Model (PRJ = Project)+
    b. The Model cannot be deleted (Deleted_flag must be '0')+
    c. And the model must have been imported from Oracle apps, e.g. it cannot be a non-BOM model (orig_sys_ref is not null)+
Can you please tell how can i check whether model is imported into configurator or not and if it is imported from where is it imported?

  • MS11-061 still vulnerable after patch applied

I have a Windows 2008 R2 Server serving as an RDS gateway.  We also use Qualys to do vulnerability scanning.  Qualys is still reporting:  Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Web Access Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability (MS11-061).
This server is fully patched.  I have looked through all patches applied and I see where KB2546250 has been applied.  If I try to apply it again I just get a pop up that says it is already there.  I need to get rid of this entry on my Qualys
report for audit purposes.  What could be the problem?  Thanks
    Tony G

    What could be the problem?
The problem... most likely... is that Qualsys is WRONG. If the machine is fully patched, then there's not much else you can do to the machine, eh? You wanna get rid of the entry.. call Qualsys and have 'em prove why they're right.
Why do people automatically assume that a third-party scanner is more accurate than the native tools that come from the OS vendor who supplies the OS patches?
Yes, by all means, use a third-party scanner! The purpose of a third-party scanner is to find stuff you've MISSED. But if you know for a fact that you've not missed anything, then don't let the third-party scanner waste hours of your time trying to
    prove a negative.
