Patch approval error getting from solution manager

Question

Hi,
We are getting error while downloading patch approval from solution manager. As reference below error, I have checked this note 982045 & put valid user id & password of the service market place there but error is getting same. Here following error screen as mentioned below. please suggest us.

Thanks for sharing these note but after using this note 1178684, we are facing this error as follows.
