Patch of squid version 2.5 stable 2 to squid version 2.6 stable 17

Hi would appreciate if can advice on how can I patch squid version 2.5 to squid version 2.6.
Is re-configuration of squid necessary for upgrade of version 2.5 to version 2.6 ?
Thanks alot in advance

Well it didn't work for me at all!
I was unable to get past POST with 2x Corsair CMX512-3200C2 at 1T 2.5-3-3-6, or even at SPD auto settings. I could only boot with one DIMM, so I quickly wend back to BIOS v1.6.
MSI has got to stop putting me through this! I just recovered from flashing to the infamous 1.8 version, and I really hoped that the 2.1 BIOS would finally solve my ever remaining issues:
No USB mouse on cold boot
Bad temp.sensor calibration at cold boot
Since this BIOS version only makes things worse, and my patience with MSi and the Neo Platinum is running out, I have done something I should have done a long time a go:
I ordered a DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250GB to replace the ms-7030
Thanks for all your help over the last 18 months, but I am pulling down my MSI flag...

  • Why don't the Adobe Acrobat 10.1.6 and Adobe Reader 9.5.4 patches update the version on the exe file

Why don't the Adobe Acrobat 10.1.6 and Adobe Reader 9.5.4 patches update the version on the exe file ? My vulnerability reports show these installations are not patched when they really are.

    Hi All,
I also facing the same issue with Adobe reader 9.5.4 version update.
    Previous Version installed: 9.5.3
    AcroRd32.exe - File Version 9.5.3.305
    AcroRd32.dll - File version 9.5.3.305
After update installation to 9.5.4, add or remove program shows latest version but exe and dll is not updated. Vulnerability assessment tools based on file version check identifies patch is still missing. Becomes a HEAD ACHE.
Adobe Reader 9 > Help > About Adobe Reader 9 - First shows version 9.5.4, if your click on it instead of showing AGM version next it shows version 9.5.3.305.
I tested for all previous versions of 9x, works fine in each update. Seems like patch is missing codes for updating file versions.
    Waiting for an acknowledgement.

  • Error: ' The Update could not be installed (patch apply failed)' . It keeps trying to install this patch but my version is the latest one!!

I have the latest version of firefox. I know this because your website says so. But for some reason, my current firefox keeps trying to install a new version by "trying" to install a patch. But it fails every time.
I cant say exactly when this started. A few weeks ago, firefox was behaving erratically (crashing for no reason at every launch due to some video plugin fail) but i uninstalled and reinstalled (a few times) and it was fine after the last one.

If files already have been downloaded then remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder.
You can also delete the active-update.xml file.

    Hi,
Can anybody send me the available versions and exact patches for those versions in XI?
    Appreciate your response.

  • Clarification on - Oracle Version Update Patch and License Key

    Hello,
I am currently using Oracle 9.2.0.4.0 version of oracle database. I want to update it to a higer version or we can say I would like to apply a new higer patch to this version.
    My questions are,
    1. Is there any new higer patch available for Oracle 9.2.0.4.0?
    2. If answer to above question is YES then, is the new patch requires the license key to implement?
I have the license copy of Oracle 9.2.0.4.0.
Do I require the license key to implement the new patch?
    Thanks in advance.
    Himanshu

Yes the latest patch available on Oracle9i is 9.2.0.7.0 (on windows 32 bit). But in general I think its 9.2.0.6.0. You can check at metalink against the platform you are using.
No I don't think you need a license to apply the patch if you already have one.

  • Version Patching?

I am using 10.1.0.2 on a w2003 server. This version seem to have a lot of bugs. What is the latest version available for w2003 - 10.1.0.4? Do I need to patch my current version to upgrade or I need to download the full program file in order to upgrade my version. If I need the full program, where do I get it? I know where to get the patches - metalink.
    Thanks in advance,
    Denes

repca 10.1.2 (windows) cannt install repository into
database v10.1.0.3 ... it says "wrong version" ...
but is you install a repository from AS10g 10.1.2 kit
then database v10.1.3 is created ... what is it ?
does it mean any wrong configuration file in repca
    kit ?
any ideas ?in the file <home>\repca\config\prerequisitie.xml:
    10.1:0.4 => 10.1:0.3
    succesfull completition
    other solution:
you need copy repository database template from 10gAS kit then to add it to your database home then to create database with this template and register it with repca.

  • Bootsplash : Applying splash on a patched kernel makes a Kernel Panic

    Hi Archers,
I tried to put a bootsplash and for that I first pached the kernel with the PKGBUILD from ABS using this HOW-TO :
    http://archlinux.veloxis.de/howtos/boot … to_us.html
The patched kernel works very well.
Then I wanted to add a splash using the splash utility, following this HOW-TO :
    http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bootsplash
Then I edited the grub and rebooted.
All I can see is a kernel panic, telling me this :
RAMDISK : Couldn't find valid RAM disk image starting at 0
    List of all partitions :
No file system could mount root, tried :
Kernel Panic - VFS : Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0)
This is quite weird since some lines above I can see that the RAMDISK has been initialized :
RAMDISK driver initialized: 16 RAM disks of 16384K size 1024 blocksize
Does anynone have an idea of what could be the cause of the problem ?
    Thanks
    ++++++++++++

I think I've found what is the cause of the problem but this is quite weird.
To activate bootsplash, the bootsplash option have to be activated in the kernel configuration file (config) :
    CONFIG_FBCON_SPLASHSCREEN=y
So I added this option at the end of the config file. The other required options were already activated by default.
After having installed the new kernel thanks to the pacman -U command, I can see in the config file, which has been automatically generated during the compilation (/boot/kconfig26), that the bootsplash option is no more activated ! The entire line has been erased.
How can an option be erased during the compilation ? Where could I find what caused this problem ? Here is my PKGBUILD, which I think is correct : (I have deactivated the Arch logo)

I'm a newbie in the kernel world so I'm a little bit lost in all theses files and options.
    Thanks

    업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

    David,
You are right, theer are some changes incorporated in the latest MLR # 16 on the configurations files and on the dehydration store metrics(such as performance, fields,..).
However, I would not suggest to continue working on olite, even for Development/Test purposes as you might get stuck with strange errors...and the only solution would be to re-install SOA Suite if your olite gets corrupted. There might be ways to gets your olite back to position, but trust me..its not so simple.
Also, when you develop and stress test all your testcase scenarios in an TEST Adv installation, its simple to mimic the same in actual production box, as you exactly know its behavior.
So, go for a brand new SOA 10.1.3.4 MLR # 5 (or) 10.1.3.3.1 MLR # 16 SOA Suite Advanced installation with Oracle DB 10.2.0.3 as its dehydration store.
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers
    Anirudh Pucha

  • AAC/MPEG-4 support patch for abcde

I got bored to day and made up this patch for abcde that adds support for AAC using the M4A extension.
It uses FAAC as the encoder and also patches abcde to version 2.2.3
I have not tested it yet so bear with me...i'll post my test results later.
You'll have to manually add the "M4AENCOPTS=" variable to the config
    usage is: abcde -o m4a
UPDATED: fixed a plethora of typos
another side note is the fact FAAC must be compiled with mpeg-4 support, the Archlinux package for FAAC isn't, so therefore this could be a problem unless you compile FAAC yourself. I submitted a feature request to get mp4 support added.
the following is the 2.2.0 to 2.2.3 update+AAC patch. I will submit a AAC patch for the newest release to the developers of abcde later on.

  • Not able to find out the OCT 2012 CPU patch for 11.2.0.3

    Hi
I am trying to download the OCT 2012 CPU patch for the 11.2.0.3 to install on Linux x86-64 which is having OS of RHEL 5.7. I am able to get the OCT 2012 PSU patch which include the CPU patch too.
Database 11.2.0.3.4 PSU Patch 14275605, or
GI 11.2.0.3.4 PSU Patch 14275572, or
But I just require only the CPU patch. Can anyone provide me the patch number or some link where I can download the Oracle CPU patch OCT 2012

The given link take to the window where CPU patch for all the quarter available.
The Critical Patch Updates released to date are listed in the following table.
    Critical Patch Update Latest Version/Date
    Critical Patch Update - October 2012 Rev 1, 16 October 2012
    Critical Patch Update - July 2012 Rev 1, 17 July 2012
    Critical Patch Update - April 2012 Rev 2, 19 July 2012
If I click on Critical Patch Update - October 2012 its takes to the window for selectin the database version (11.2.0.3). From there it goes to the Patch Set Update and Critical Patch Update October 2012 Availability Document [ID 1477727.1] which I had already checked.
There for the database products it shows the below option.
Table 9 Patch Availability for Oracle Database 11.2.0.3
+*<moderator edit - deleted MOS Doc content - pl do NOT post such content - it is a violation of your Support agreement>*+
It doesnt have the sepreate CPU patch. The below CPU patch is for the OC4J. I had a check.
