Pathfinder panel won't display usual options

Hi,
My pop-out pathfinder panel does not display any of the usual options. It is blank. How can I get my options back so I can unite 2 paths?

So I found out that the options are still there but they are invisible... I was able to click where I thought the unite option was and my paths were united. It would just make life simpler if I could actually see the options.

DW properties panel won't display properly ?

Title pretty much says it. Ever sence i got DW the properties panel dozen't display all the its items. I have uploaded a screenshot of it. I have dual monitors and have tried adjusting the resoulution up and down on both of them I run one at 1400x900 widescreen and the other at 1280 x 1024 both 19 in monitors adjusting resolution on iether dosen't make a difference. Another thing I thought it might be is my system font size its set to medium 125% I haven't tried adjusting that because thats right where I want it.We choulden't have to adjust our computers to the software, it should be the other way around. One more thing dose anyone know how to adjust the font sise in bridge ? the folders panel font is real small.

Website Storage Panel Won't Display Certain Websites?

So I'm having a problem with my flash player, or graphics driver idk, but whenever i try to view a video on Youtube or Facebook my internet explorer says something caused the program to crash, and then it says to close the program and re-open it. So, after that it works sometimes. I dont get why it did that, so i tried using the steps for adob flash player to fix this problem. Now, it said in the help to change the storage for the website from 1kb to 1mb, so i tried, but it isn't displaying Youtube or Facebook under the visited websites, even though I visit them every day, at least 10 times a day. I've tried it while the panel was open, closed, restarted my computer tried again, and it still won't show, so I keep having the error. Help fix these problems please?
I'm using windows 7 on a HP pavilion dv7 notebook pc. I have the latest version of flash that is supported, the 11.7.700.224 or whatever it is.
Sometimes on fb or youtube it won't even play the video,it'll just start and then give me the error again, and like I said, i says a problem with the webpage caused internet explorer to close and re-open itself. Please help with this very annoying problem!

What can you do to access Password options in the Security window if your Firefox browser won't display the options?

I want to stop and prevent my Firefox browser from saving website passwords, which I understand can be done using the Security window.

Unfortunately, once opened, the Security window doesn't display the password options check boxes for me even though that's what the support site says the browser should do it. Neither can I get the Security window to extend to display the other potential options, which leads to me think there aren't any other options.
Any ideas what I can do about this problem? I'm running Mac OS 10.8.5 and Firefox 30.0. Thanks for any advice!

Another thing Safe Mode does is ignore the localstore.rdf file, which contains toolbar/window/dialog layout information and sometimes can become corrupted. To eliminate localstore.rdf as a factor, you can rename the file and customize from scratch.
Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
* (classic menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
* type or paste '''about:support''' in the address bar and press Enter
In the first table on the page, click the "Show in Finder" button.
Leaving that window open, switch back over to Firefox and Exit/Quit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''localstore.rdf''' to something like localstore.old
Start Firefox up again. Any improvement?

Folio Builder Panel Won't Display

In ID CS5.5 I can't get the Folio Builder panel to display. I've tried everything (deleting Prefs, DPS tools, re-installing, rebooting, etc.) but every time I open it is says "A newer version of the Folio Builder is available for download. Update Folio Panel to the newest version here." I've done that. I've uninstalled the DPS tools, and re-downloaded and re-installed the Folio Builder and the Folio Panel. Regardless, nothing works. Any suggestions out there? Grrrrrrrrrrr....

If the link for incompatible plug-ins doesn't work, try the following:
1. Install BOTH the Folio Producer tools and the Folio Builder panel. You're probably already doing that, but some people mistake the tools for the panel without realizing there are two different installers.
2. Delete all the DPS temp files. This is especially important if you've installed a prerelease version of ID CS6. On a Mac, these temp files are located in user > Library > Preferences > StageManager.[###] > Local Store [edited]. Delete all the folders in the Local Host folder. You'll lose all your local folios, but you can re-create them.

Quicktime Won't display 1080p option, or allow download of trailers

I'm running mac osx 10.8.3 on a macbook pro (early 2012), 2.4 ghz i5, 4gb ram.
I mainly use chrome as my browser, however, this issue also happens in safari and firefox.
Since earlier today, no matter what trailer i go into on apple trailers, i no longer have the option of viewing 1080p resultion trailers, or the option od downloading trailers that i did as recently as yesterday.
I ran a few google searches about this issue, but any solutions i find seems to be over 2 years old, at best...
i have tried clearing chaches, disabling and re-enableing the quicktime extention in chrome and everything else i can thing of, but nothing seems to help...
I believe it may have something to do with quicktime itself, because last night i had to manually quit it when it was stuck playing a video, but i can not locate the actual issue and find a fix... can anyone help with a way to fix this?

It's not just you. They've removed those options for all new trailers, and seem to be slowly taking them away from the older ones as well.

There's theories about it being due to pirating protection, or limiting options so it can be an Apple TV exclusive. Whatever the reason may be, it's rediculous. As a filmmaker and more prominantly a VFX artist, I like to go through the trailers frame by frame and analyze....so now I have to go use some roundabout backdoor methods to get even just the 720p versions on my computer.

Tool Panel will not display other options? ex. unable to change Rectangle to Polygon - Windows CS6.

Does anyone know how to fix this, without having to reinstall the program? I had to have IT install in the first place because the process was very difficult. I'm really NOT liking this program, at ALL!!!

My iPhone 5 won't display smart text. It did when I initially downloaded the new OS, now those options don't appear at all. Did I click something to make them disappear?
I went into Settings to see if there was a component of it within Messages. I don't see anything.

Awwww......that's it....the dash! I tapped it. Tried to drag it up/down and it didn't move. Now I swiped and it's back!
So I need to remember to drag up/down and now swipe.....

Character panel not displaying all options

Hi!
I need some help, when I open the character panel it only displays about half of the type changing options, such as kerning, leading, tracking & font size.
it does not display the stretching or the other four options to manipulate text. can anyone help me??
When I used to have CS3 it did, and now with CS5 I'm not sure why it's not automatically displaying everything in the character panel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

and was told to go home and rebuild the photo library (there are 2257 photos). Did this but problem is still there.
When you rebuild the library did you rebuild the database? Also did you repair the library's permissions? Is this the First Aid window that you got?
Those are the two options to use.
Here's another fix you can try:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.>Click on the Add Library button,
2 - select the library you want to add from those in the selection window.
3 - make sure that in the rebuild window the checkbox "Scavange orphaned photos" is checked.
4 - now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
5 - in the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed. Click on the Create button.
Note 1: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost.
Note 2: Your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.
You'll have to recreate your slideshow after using this method.

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
1. Permissions in the Library: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
2. Minor Database corruption: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
3. A Damaged Photo: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). (On iPhoto 11 this option is under the File -> Reveal in Finder.) Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/ Library/ Caches...
5. A corrupted preference file: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help: As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

TOC Won't Display in WinHelp

I am updating a WinHelp project that was previously developed
in X3 but which I am now trying to update and compile in RoboHelp 7
for Word. The TOC won't display (i.e., the TOC navigation panel at
the left doesn't display) when the help is launched. When viewing
the TOC in the single panel window by clicking the Help Topics
button, the links do work. There is a CNT file. I tried deleting
the GID file (as suggested by Adobe), and using the old CNT file
that worked in the previous version of the project. Anyone else
experience this with RoboHelp 7?

We're getting the same issue here. We compile - looks great. We copy the hlp and cnt files to another computer and the TOC disappears. We're using RoboHelp for Word and have been since v5. Can anyone help on this? All topics are there; links work, graphics great, but the Table of Contents has vanished.
If I run the AutoGenerate TOC function, the TOC disappears completely from the system. Bear in mind, this is the same file we've been working from for the last 3 years and up until now has been working. We recently updated to v7 and upgraded again to v8 today.
I really appreciate any guidance anyone can give.

My iTunes won't display the artwork

My iTunes on a jukebox setting won't display the artwork. It currently has an error message of "iTunes is unable to browse album covers on this computer".
It was working fine the other day. I have updated it version when I received the error message but still nothing.
However when i select the middle view option, it shows the artwork.
Please help. The black screen is annoying!

Flash builder 4.7 as plugin won't display asdoc

on windows 7 x64, I just installed Flash Builder 4.7 x64 on my existing eclipse 4.2 x64 (using "the Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 Plug-in Utility") and the asdoc popup won't display anything but the current element. If I start the standalone Flash Builder, using the same workspace and same project, it works fine. Do I need to configure something else so it works as a plugin?

My mistake...
There was a typo into the XML application descriptor, that prevented the app to install properly on the device.
Precisely, it wasn't a typo but raher a malformed <intent-filter> node. I launched adb tool from the console with adb install MyApp.apk command, and I saw this : Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED] in the terminal. From here it was easy to find the culprit.
What would be cool is to have this feature inside the Flash Builder's Console panel.

Photos won't display

I recently bought a refurbished 80g iPod classic. Everything appeared to be in working order except that photos won't display when clicked on. When I click on a photo the screen just goes black like the photo won't load. I don't really want to return it and go through all the warranty ordeals so if anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.

To create and populate a new library:
*Note this will give you a working library with the same film rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.*
Move the iPhoto Library Folder to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library Folder on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual rolls to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library Folder on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.
