Pavilion X2 10 (10-020nr) Brightness changed itself.

Question

Dear;
Recently I bought Pavilion X2 10, but I experienced annoied screen behavior.
On battery and 50% brightness, when I move cursor (touch pad or mouse), screen brightness go up itself. (I feel almost 10% up). And after play video and close video, same brightness up happen.
When I use on power, on battery with maximum brightness or minimum brightness, it is not happen.
How can I fix this ?
I tried 'off' for Enable Adaptive Brightness, but not helped.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand that when you reset the OS there is no brightness problem.  Once you install all the Windows updates the problem returns.
I suggest you reset the OS again and then install the Windows updates manually one by one until the problem returns.  Once you have determined which update is causing the issue unistall it and then do not reinstall.
To install updates manually.
Make sure your PC is plugged in and connected to the Internet using a non-metered connection. Don’t disconnect, unplug, or turn off your PC while the update is being installed.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. 
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up,click Settings, and then click  Change PC settings.)
Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Windows Update.
Tap or click Check now.
If updates are found, tap or click View details.
In the list of updates, select each  update , and then tap or click Install.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or provide confirmation.
After the installation is complete, restart your PC and sign in.
