Pay $49 a month plus tax and my account said I have Creative Cloud Free?
I see this hit my credit card every month. I'm still using the older versions I downloaded when I first signed up. When I try to get the new ones they always come on as a trial. I thought paying over $50 a month would mean I always had the newest?
When I log in to my account online, it says I only have Creative Cloud Free. That can't be right since they are charging me every month.
And their support so far sucks. I hope I can get this resolved.

then open your cc desktop to apps and see if those trial offers are no longer trials.

The cheap way: Sign out on Comp 1 or Comp 2, sign in on Comp 3 if you don't need all three going at once.
The costly way: Open a second Photography Plan and you should have a total of four seats.

I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

Just sign in with your Adobe ID at the Creative Cloud Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files. You can then use the upload button to upload files, or drag-and-drop files from the Windows Explorer/Mac Finder. If you use one of the Adobe Touch Apps (Ideas, Photoshop Touch, Proto) then the files you sync with these apps are also stored in the same file storage, and are accessible from the Files page. -
Ok Apple users...Is there a way to delete e-mails on my Mac and not have to delete the same e-mails on my iPhone, and iPad...and vise-versa. I have the Cloud, and thought that everything would sync all of the time. If you know of a setting I need to adjust, please let me know.
Are you referring to @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com emails? Or some other email providers emails?
If the former, it should do that automatically. If the latter, no. iCloud does not (nor is it supposed to) sync non-Apple provided emails. -
Should my wife and I use the same apple id and icloud account? We have seperate iphones and share an ipad and our itunes are on 1 pc desktop??

I have the photographer plan With Photoshop and Lightroom. Now suddenly The creative cloud app says that Lightroom isn´t installed. It is and how do i fix this. I don´t want to loose any pictures. Tried logging in and out. Also restarted my Imac with no luck.
This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:

Have Creative Cloud - Cannot get off the trial versions of InDesign and Photoshop
Windows 8
64-bit operating system, x64-bit based processor
Downloaded and installed trial version of InDesign CS6 (three days left on trial)
Purchased Creative Cloud two days ago
Downloaded and installed Photoshop CS6 (loads as a trial version)
When clicking on Registration number, get error message “not connected to Internet”
Live chat instructed to uninstall both InDesign and Photoshop and download again.
Cancelled Cloud
Next day phone rep spent ½ hour trying to get it to work. Said it would all work and helped me re-purchase Cloud – received email confirmation.
Phone rep passed me on to someone who was supposed to give me a registration number. Spent another ½ hour doing the exact same thing. Was told there are no registration numbers in Cloud. Wanted to pass me off to another support department – I declined.
Received email today:
“Your Creative Cloud membership will be transitioned to a Free membership at the end of the next billing period. This means you will lose access to many of the apps and services included with a Paid Creative Cloud membership.
In addition, since Free membership offers only 2GB of storage, you may need to remove files to get your cloud storage down to 2GB (or to purchase additional storage separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2GB of files on Creative Cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to some or all of your files. If you decide you want to return to a Paid membership, update your payment information and desired plan on the account management page.

When trying use any Creative Cloud product on opening an application it attempts to verify my subscription "Membership Expired". I click the button "Try Again" and it says "Thank you, your Creative Cloud is now active. Click Continue to use your product." Clicking continue takes me back to the Member Expired prompt. My account and subscription are both active and current.
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I have Creative Cloud installed and Photoshop installed, but I can not open the program itself. No idea why, everything is up to date and I was using it just fine yesterday.
