Pay After Delivery disappeared as method of payment with a seller that DOES accept PAD.

I have been using Pay After Delivery for a few months now, especially on Kidizen (an app for buying used baby and kids clothes). Today, I was shopping and went to check out with PayPal and as usual, it showed PAD as my payment method. Before finishing the transaction though, I needed ot double check my cart so I pressed the back button, verified it was all correct, and then went right back to PayPal. However, this time, Pay After Delivery was not showing as my method of payment. I refreshed the app and re-entered PayPal a hundred times to no avail. I tried other websites that accept PAD and for some reason PAD won't show up as my method of payment on any of them. I even went into my PayPal settings to turn off PAD and turn it back on, but again my efforts were futile. Can someone please tell me what is going on and how to fix it?

This is EXACTLY what happened to me, but I was using eBay. Ready to check out, changed shipping method, never even left the page...PAD dissapeared. Awful. How are you supposed to find the best deal and manage your purchases and budget when your payment methods are so messed up. It's obviously not about the item or the seller/store because it has dissapeared like this for both of us. Really unhappy.......

Pay After Delivery Payment Problem

So I mainly use Pay After Delivery and all is fine. Problem is I have two ways of paying. One is the first that is paid through my bank that is linked with my debit card, the second is a backup debit card I mainly use. The problem with Pay After Delivery is it always takes the money out of the first method (my bank account) and I didn't have enough money in it and now I'm negative and going to get an over draft fee if I don't add money. I didn't have enough money so why didn't it go to my backup that has the money?! Also how do I make my backup to permanently be the one it takes out with Pay After Delivery? I go to settings and change how I prefer to pay but it says it's only for stores. If I delete my bank I think I lose my access to a lot of things so that's not an option so wtf then?!

This happened to me too. Cancelled first zazzle.com order because they never asked which paypal method I preferred. Deposited enough money to cover both transactions--no one mentioned any NSF fees yesterday AM. Then placed second order last night for the same product (a father's day gift too!). Logged into my bank account today and found so many paypal fees that my account it officially overdrawn for the first time in my life, and I'll be 40 soon. So aggravating.And I've never had any issues with Paypal before. What the heck has changed?!

Payment review after using "Pay after Delivery"???

I paid for an item I got from eBay using "Pay after Delivery" as I've done many times in the past. This time however I see it's been put into a Payment review which I understand comes up for suspicious transactions. First it seems bizarre since PP pays the buyer directly then in 14 days after I've received the item and had a chance to make sure it's all good PP takes the $$$ from my bank account. So is PP reviewing themselves since they are the ones making the payment initially??? Craziest thing I've heard of plus it is embarassing to me since notice is sent to the seller as if I've done something that made them suspicious!!! My standing with both PP and eBay are perfect and only thing I've done different is sell a few camera equipment which I can't access for whatever time they hold my money. As much as I was really liking using PP these types of issues really make me question my judgement;-/It was also stated in the review notice that should my payment be denied I should just redo the transaction? That really sounds nuts since theyre the ones reviewing it, right???

PayPal (PP) might have its source of funds overseas. If this is the case then the iTS will not allow you to purchase as the requirements for a USiTS account is that you have a valid credit card from the USA and a USA address.
As PP is not a credit card hence they are not required to follow credit card rules or other US banking rules.
PP in the past has frozen my PP account and withheld my money - hundreds of dollars - for 6 months - they finally released the money even thought I had not violated any of the PP rules. PP are judge, jury and executioner.

Pay After Delivery not working

For the last two days I haven't been able to buy anything with pay after delivery as all it is saying I can use is my debit card or an e-check. Have I lost it, is their a bug or what? And I have tried sexeral items and they are all saying the same thing.

Okay, I am not sure why paypal is so confusing. I even called and spoke with a Customer Service Represantative and she did not know how to explain properly this new feature. I went ahead and tried it and it did not go through, my account was charged the next day. Thank God I had money in my account, becuase they overdrafts fees would of have been painful by the time I got more money in the account. But that is not even the problem, becuase again, I had the money. I tried it again this past Thursday, and Friday becuase I always have faith and it work fined, at least it is telling me that my account will be charged in 14 days. But somehow today the feature is no longer working because, it is not longer coming out as an option when I am trying to check out with paypal at some of my favorite stores, so yeah what is the deal Paypal? why the inconsistency? Pay after delivery refuses to work

I received the email a couple months ago about PAD and followed the directions to activate it and set it as my preferred payment method. Everything looks as it should on my paypal account to use it but it has never given me the option during checkout to use it. I have attempted to use it for purchases on Victorias Secret and a few other websites that accept paypal. Can anyone give me suggestions so i may avoid calling paypal customer service if possible?

It won't work for me either. I am a long time business account holder (since 2002) and have been using PAD for over a year. Suddenly in the past month it won't work for any transaction, including the several wholesale vendors I've been using it with for the past year. I have called them 10 times and been lied to 3 or 4 times now about how it will be fixed on such and such day. I actually have an open 'Ticket' with their tech department that has been open for 2 weeks now. There is no resolution and the last time I spoke with them on the phone, Friday Nov 7, 2014, the guy said it was a low Priority for them. Basically I do not matter despite the thousands I pay them each year. I wrote them an email November 9 and explained it was very frustrating and they are impacting my business greatly with this issue and here is the lame response: We understand your frustration. We are working towards resolution for your issue. We do not have an ETA for when this will be resolved or a workaround established. Our apologies for the inconvenience. What do I do when I want to create an Apple ID if I dont have any method of payment? The 'none' option does not appear beside other payment methods in the 'Review Payment Information' page.

When you sign in to the store, you may see a message that there was a billing issue with your last order. Click the Billing Info button to see the order.
After you pay for the order, you can change your payment information to None.
Creating a new iTunes Store or App Store account
When you create a new store account or sign in with an existing Apple ID (that you haven't used in the store), you must provide a payment method. If you want to remove the payment method after you create the account, you can change your payment information to None.

Windows Explorer was crashing/restarting every few seconds and after trying several different methods of fixes, the only one that worked was removing Firefox, is there something I've missed that I can get Firefox back?

I'm running a Toshiba Satellite laptop that was originally running Windows Vista 32-bit, but was upgraded by me to Windows 7 32-bit. On Windows Vista, all I would run was Firefox. I loved it!!! On Windows 7, I've noticed that Firefox kept hanging whenever I would try to download a file...from anywhere. I got so frustrated I went to try several different browsers. They all worked extremely quickly, whereas Firefox was working so slow, I could click on a link to a page, go get some lunch, come back and it still be trying to load the page. This was drastically unusual for Firefox. I used the other browsers and everything was fine for a week and then Windows Explorer started going down every few seconds. I went to the windows 7 forums and started looking. There were several suggestions on how to fix the problem, none of which worked for my compy. I tried restarting the compy in safe mode. That didn't help. I turned off every startup program except for the essentials and that DID work in keeping Windows Explorer from restarting. I then dove into the tedious task of trying to discern which 3rd party program was the offender. I removed everything from my compy that had been downloaded in the last ten days (well before the windows explorer issue, but not before the firefox issue). That didn't work either. I tried replacing an explorer file, which didn't work either. There were several other things I tried, as well, but nothing worked. Then, I saw a post that Firefox had caused the problem for one person. I went in and did as was suggested and completely removed Firefox and all associated files. Unfortunately, this worked. I haven't had any more trouble with windows explorer restarting. My big problem is, however, I can't run Firefox!!! And I LOVE Firefox!!! It's spoiled me! I hate Internet explorer, which is what I'm forced to run now. I've tried Safari and Google Chrome and don't like either one of those, either. I want my Firefox back! But if it's not working 100% it's less frustrating to be forced to live with the Internet Explorer. I'm going insane, here! Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried clearing out browser history, changing download files and a couple of other things and nothing worked with the Firefox to get it going better before I started having the Windows Explorer difficulty and had to completely erase the Firefox program. If I've missed any info, please don't hesitate to ask!! I'm happy to supply whatever I know about the issue!!

uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. I use firefox for so many, many years thta I deserve this kind of support .. thnx Robert

Profit Center Problem in case of PGI after delivery

The problem is related to Stock Transfer Order (STO) between two plants which is as follows -
When a PO is raised for Material 1 the Profit Center is maintained in the material master in the Supplying Plant A but not maintained in the material master for Material 1 in the Recipient Plant B.After Delivery & PGI when posting is checked it is observed that In case of Supplying Plant A inventory a/c is getting credited reflecting the assigned profit center while in case of Recipient Plant B inventory a/c is getting debited but the profit center field remained blank.Is there any configuration possible to check/restrict the PGI posting when the profit center is not getting reflected in the recipient Plant without making the profit center field as 'mandatory' in the General Plant & Storage Data of the Material Master??
Please suggest at the earliest.

Incoming payment with zero value

Good Morning,
I'm trying to do an incoming payment with zero value (Negative JE and Positive Invoice selected) but I have the error message: "Confirmation amount must be greater than zero". I have the Internal Reconciliations to do that, but I need to print an outgoing payment document (and with sequence number) with this.
I'm working with Sap Business One 2007 A SP: 01 PL: 10. This option was available in previous versions. Do you know what can I do?

Dear Ms Cunha,
I am sorry but it is not possible in 8.8 either.
However, a workaround is adding this document with a negative value (even -1 as doc total is enough) in the same payment with antoher document that carries positive value.
I tested this scenario in 8.8 and it worked because the postive document had a total document higher than the negative document.

That question is impossible to answer without more information. What troubleshooting steps have you performed? Did you try using another cable? Did you try using another USB port on the Mac? Did you reboot the Mac and reset the iPad? Have you tired restoring the iPad?

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Sign-in>Payment Information

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

Sheesh. That looks hard. I think it will fall over at this point:
"Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP" 'cos Thunderbird uses only the regular email protocols: POP, IMAP and SMTP.
Here (at work) we have in the past have had IMAP and SMTP enabled on our Exchange server so Thunderbird could then connect just like to any other regular internet-based service.
With the change here to outlook365/outlook 2010 I've had to switch to using DavMail which lets Thunderbird talk to the mail server using OWA.
I haven't (seriously) tried Exquilla. Whilst I have great respect for its author and some of his other add-ons, I saw no reason to use an add-on that required payment when DavMail works for free.
