Pay Pal Credit Account Number?

I would like to setup bill pay through my bank to make payments to my Pay Pal Account similar to what I did with BillMeLater. However, I cannot find the account number for Pay Pal Credit anywhere in my login.
Please let me know how I can locate that so I can setup online bill pay through my bank (I do not want to add that bank account into payPal). Thanks,Melissa

I have created a pay pal sandbox account viahttps://developer.paypal.comand the account has been created successfully. It automatically creates two account one for buyer and seller in accounts section. I tried to do some test with transactions as my ultimate goal was to get the postback(whether payment success/failure, products purchased) while one the way i planned to do some transaction with sand box account details .So i went documentation tab at the top of pay after i logged in . I too struggled with finding this option. On your summary page there will be a PayPal balance as well as a, in my case, eBay MasterCard listed. To the right of those options are arrows. Click on the arrow next to your credit card listed. That will bring up a new page where you will see a "make a payment" link. I say, "Shame on them for making it so hard to find!" Good luck!

PayPal accounts do not have a publicly visible account number. If someone needs to send you money, they will enter your email address. The email address is used as the unique identifier for your account.
If you are referring to a PayPal Credit account, your PayPal Credit account number will appear at the top of your monthly statement.

We are only allowed to download free apps, the school is not paying for any, therefore we do not need to have a credit card for purchases. Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

How to pay missed payment without knowing account number and SSN

Hello. I recently have problem paying a account that has been cancelled.
I started use verizon wireless from 2009, at that time I was in college and just arrived U.S. so that means I didn't have a ssn at that time.
But verizon wireless still let me have my own account(with my passport!). I terminated the service at Sept. 2011, at that time I was moving from one place to another,so I missed the last payment(about 50 dollors).
I didn't realize it until recent I check my credit score, I was reported by verizon wireless on my credit report...no one even send me a e-mail or try to reach me...
Now my question is: I only remenber my verzion cell phone number and the last 4 digits of my verizon account, can I pay that missed payment?
I called the customer service and they told me I have to know my SSN or Account Number to pay. since the account has been cancelled I could not access my account on verizon wireless web page.

Making CCV field in checkout mandatory for on site credit cards, but not for getting to Pay Pal site

Hi. I posted this on December 1st and am still waiting for a response after a failed attept with chat.
When my clients are making an order, the CCV field, even though it is marked as required, they can actually place an order without entering the CCV. I’d like the CCV to be required. A chat rep said Pay Pal and BC don’t require a CCV, but I would like it to be there for extra security.
I’ve put the correct webform under Module tempaltes > online layouts > registration buy using both html and module insert methods to test it. Neither worked.
The rep gave me this code to put at the bottom of my web form (note this is just the bottom of the web form field code as the top and middle have nothing to do with CCV). The bold text is the extra text that is supposed to make the CCV required.
It works. This code does render a CCV requirement for direct credit card transactions on site. Problem is, if a client selects Pay Pal in my checkout as their choice and clicks "Place Order" a Pop up window appears telling them they must enter their CCV. So its being required for direct CC on site and offsite for Pay Pal. Of course a CCV shouldn’t needed on that screen if a client wants to pay by going to the Pay Pal website.
So I was wondering if you could help me modify the code so that the CCV code IS required for direct credit card purchases on my site, but when a client wants to use Pay Pal, that the CCV required field pop up does NOT appear and the client can be taken to Pay Pal to compete their order. I thought I had and a few others in that with the answer. Because it was a javascript issue.
As I said in that other post, The code you get from the registration form has a condition on the radio options, none of the fields for credit card become required if you choose paypal.
EG:

Apple Pay: The last 4 digits of my device account number is not showing up on my phone.

My credit card company needs the last 4 digits of my device account number, and only ***** (stars) show up under my divice account number. I have 8.1 installed, and have tried restarting my phone. Any suggestions on how to get my divice account number to show?

My credit card is obviously activated, as I was just able to use Apple Pay with it at a store (where they didn't ask for any DAN code). When I view the card in Passbook, it says nothing about whether it's been activated, one way or the other, but obviously the card is working for Apple Pay.
But I just did find the DAN, way, way down at the very bottom of the Info page, below the whole list of recent transactions.
Nowhere in any documentation I've seen does it indicate that this would be at the very bottom and one has to scroll so far down. Does seem like an unfriendly place to put it,

I don't have a credit card, or a gift card; an when I go to download an app I log into my account; but it wont 'Fully' log me in until I press 'review', then it does the whole "Your credit card number is a required field". But even still, when I go to save my "billing" information on the sight, my "Credit card number" is STILL a required field..! I don't have a credit card..! I'm inside the States and using US iTunes store on my iphone 4s (contract free). However I have an account without credit card number. I wonder if I am able to use US iTunes store connected with this account outside the States (say in Russia or Armenia).

First, please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are we your fellow users. iTunes Support will never respond to posts made here.
As to your issue, confirm with your bank that they do not block access from on-line services or otherwise have restrictions on with whom a card can be used. For some company cards, such blocks can be set up. If you confirm that no such restrictions are in place, post back and we'll go from there.

i always remove my credit card number after purchase apps , but i try at this morning it did't allow be to remove it anymore , can someone tell me why ?

It happens on Mac App Store & iPhone App store as well.
So clearly the problem is on my Apple ID..
I've changed my credit card details on my Apple ID but it doesn't reflect onto my phone when I login after restarting the phone. Even if i sign out.
When it reaches the part where I would need to verify my phone after entering my password. It just keeps requesting for my password and never shows me anything.
If I click update apps it'll just disable my account. Even on my Mac App store same thing happening.
