For your printing requirements, you have to do the following thing
    1. First identify the corresponding variant under Correspondence tab in the Fin Accounting Global setting
    2. Then develop a custom form & attacch the same to the variant
    3. Go to F.62, provide the input details & the corresponding varinat & you can print the data in the format as developed by you.
I hope you can't take printout of acknowledgement for the check issued through FBZ5. The best way would be to take the print out of the payment voucher (This will be a custom form, so you can include a place for reciever's signature) & get the signature when you are handing over the cheque.
If you need details of the corresponding variants, let me know the same.

  • I have Mac OS X 10.5.8 my new wireless printer requires 10.6 can I get an update?

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8. My wireless printer requires 10.6. Can my computer be updated?

If you're in the US, Snow Leopard can be purchased from the online store here: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard. It's worth noting that Snow Leopard is no longer being supported by Apple for security updates, so once you've updated Snow Leopard to v10.6.8, you might wish to consider upgrading to a later OS X release. Mavericks is supported on the Mid 2009 MacBook5,2, so that would be your best strategy. Your MacBook also supports up to 6 GB RAM, so an upgrade of your RAM would go a long way to ensuring newer operating systems perform well.

  • Check Printing Requirement (F110)

    Hi ABAP Gurus,
I need help with this check printing requirement. i need to sort REGUP by amount from highest to lowest. are there any solutions other than copying the program RFFOUS_C to a Z program? Thanks in advance!
    - Jayson

Combining payments is usually set up in vendor master data.
Check the PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS screen in the accounting view for the vendor (txn XK03).  The box marked INDIVIDUAL PMNT is set to trigger separate checks per transaction.  If it is NOT checked, the payments should be combined.
You should also check the sort option for the check run.  If a document number or date sort is used, it could break the two transactions and cause them to print separately.  Use txn OBVS and check the SORTING OF THE CORRESPONDENCE on the bottom right.

Are you trying to print on a continuous paper? If so, you'll need to adjust the paper size in the printer options. You'll find the detailed instructions here:

  • Centralized  Dunning run and local printing requirement

    Hello SAP FICO experts,
I have a requirement at my client as follows.
To schedule dunning run centrally  for all company codes or selected company codes periodically and automatically.
Ability to print dunning letters in local offices in each country.
So far the users are manually scheduling the dunning run, going forward they want to automate the dunning run centrally and print dunning letters manually in each country.
Please advise me on what are the steps to implement this solution.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Ramana

    Hi Devendar
You should maintain the factory calender properly. As per your replay it has been mentioned that dunning procedure requires Holiday calender  which is all right. But Holiday calender is always integrated with factory calender and you are assigning Holiday calender means factory calender is also linked with dunning procedure. Pl see the screen shot how it is integrated. In this screen saturday & sunday is holiday with other public holiday as under.
Therefore make the above . It is working properly. If due date falls on friday with 2 days of grace, in that case if you run the dunning notice on monday ,1st notice will be generated. Regarding the resetting of grace what you have mentioned will not be there. Because the customer has already availed 2 days of grace with in the holiday and giving another extra 2 days as grace by resetting is not possible in the system. Logically it is not required also, you can explain the client.
Actually the grace period is there to generate the dunning notice after the grace period is over only and nothing else. The real over due date is calculated from the due date of the bills. That is why it is not also logical to make again delay in generating dunning notice by another 2 days by resetting the system, therefore not provided in the system.
Pl go through and award points if helpful.

From this i understood that there is no problem with the connection but some how it is not printing.
Any help will be appreciated as i am having tough time figuring out this.
    Thanks

You need about 40 GB total. Also make sure that your /tmp and /var/tmp have about 2GB free in them, otherwise the installation will fail. (I can't remember the exact numbers, though.)
I agree, the system requirements do not exist anywere in any straightforward documentation. You need to read at least three different documents to piece together the requirements, and the results will still be incomplete.

  • Error message "The printer requires Intervention" on Windows 8.1

I have Windows 8.1 and get an error message every time I send a print job.  The jobs just sit in the print queue.  The message says that intervention is required.  We are using the wireless option.  We have other computers that run Windows 7 and they are NOT having this problem.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Does anyone know how to fix it?  I have tried unistalling and reinstalling already.

    Hello there @AndyG74
    Welcome to the forums!
I understand you are running Windows 8.1, and when you send a print job, you are seeing an error and the print job sits in the print queue, without printing it out. As your Windows 7 systems run and print fine, this would seem to be more of a software problem with the Windows 8.1 system and not the printer hardware.
My suggestions to you, would be to try running the Print and Scan Doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for any conflicts that could be causing the issue. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there was a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results. Please save a screen shot of the results and post them back for me to review.
Also, try printing from Notepad and let me know if that works.
If the printing issue seems to be solely within one program, include that information too!

  • Account Payable Check Printing

We are a hospital who is going live on Oracle E Suite Aug 1, 2011 and we need to make a decision on how to print our accounts payable checks. Here is the options that I have been given on how to print the checks:
    1. Check Formats
    a. Stub on top
    b. Stub on bottom
    i. With (a & b), check is voided when invoices over one check limit
ii. With (a & b), check is not voided when invoices over one check limit with remittance advice used to see entire invoice list
    c. 3 checks on one page with the use of remittance advice to send invoices to vendor
I was hoping to get ideas on which format do you print your accounts payable checks?
    Thank you,
    Earl Safin
    Iredell Memorial Hospital

    hi
using check formats is something related to nature of business and financial rules.
so for selecting correct one you better go through accounts payable user guide (apug) and make the decision
    good luck
