PayDay 2 Steal Edition

Saw this on mybestbuy under pre-orders and started looking at it. I already personally own the game/all the DLC but for $15 I could get a friend a good co-op birthday gift so we can play together. Does this include all the DLC's currently out or just a specific one? It didn't say from what I read. I know for a fact there are like 5-6 gun/rifle packs, a couple of soundtrack packs, a armor truck side mission, and a couple of other DLC's.

That is a great price for a full game and DLC!  I can see the appeal.
