PAYMENT ADVISE IN PDF FORMAT AIND E MAIL

Hi,
Our client requirement is as follows:
1. Once  run payment made  in F110,  the  payment  advise note  has to  go to vendor  in PDF format as well as  person responsible to  run f110.
What are configuration require and where it has to  maintained etc.
Could you please any body help us to  solve the above issue

Settings ==> Process Modules ==> ... of an SAP Application
Process: 00002040
Ctr: Blank

Function Module: SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040
You can copy the function module to "Z" function module and modify it accordingly. Then you can use your customized FM here.
If you are using the standard FM, then the mail gets triggered to the email address on the Vendor Master "General Data" Tab page. If you want to change this, then your ABAPer needs to change the FM accordingly. There is no option of sending the same payment advice to multiple email addresses. If you need this then accordingly the ABAPer needs to incorporate the logic in FM (like the user email addres will be picked up from the User master data in SU01)
Hope you are conversant with FBZP settings and executing F110 with proper variants.

    From there, you can convert that to pdf.

  • PDF based payment advise

    In our scenario, for EDI payments (BACS) system should generate payment advise in PDF format and same should be sent to vendor by mail.  For EDI Payments I have configured payment method 'E' - BACS Transfer and attached Payment Medium Work Bench GB_BACS.  I am able to generate DME file and normal payment advise (not pdf format) also.  But the payment advise I need it in PDF format.
    1. Is there any configuration I have to do to get Payment Advise in PDF format.
    2.  If I need to send these PDF advises generated by F110 to the vendor through mail what configuration should be done.

    This is supported with stanadrad output control . You can do this using your sapscript or smartform. Just see if your output type has a processing routine & smartform defined for medium "5" external send . It can be the same print program and routine you use for printing .
    Now create a condition record for output medium "5" .
    Also make sure that email is maintained in Vendor Master
    or check below links.

    Convert PO into PDF format and send by an email to vendor

    when ever u r trying to send work book across as a mail u will have  only one default option ie excel sheet.i didnt see any option of exporting working as a pdf etc .

  • Payment advices in F110 to be sent by email (PDF format) - step by step

    Hi SDN,
    We have a requirement to automatically send payment advices in F110 via email. The requirement is to send the file in PDF format. I've done a lot of browsing through in the forums, as well as check SAP notes, but none has really detailed a step by step process on how to go about it.
    I've also checked SAP NOTE 836169, but it is also not that detailed.
    Assuming that SCOT has been already set up by BASIS, I've done the following steps to test if the auto-email works, and here are the steps I did.
    1. Vendor Master Data -Define u2018Std communication methodu2019 as SMTP (Internet mail) and maintain an email address in the vendor master data.
    3. T-Code BERP u2013 Code to find the relevant BTE. Use the Selection Attribute to browse for your business area. In my case, it is AP-Payment Transactions hence FI-AP-AP-PT.
    00002040 is the relevant process. This is a Function called SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040. In this case, the FM only checks for an email address in the Vendor Master. If more logic is required a Z-version would need to be created.
    4. Use t-code FIBF to create the enhancement.
    a) Create a product.
    A product groups together customer enhancements to BTEu2019s developed in the customer's namespace. All customer enhancements assigned to a certain customer product can be released with the Activate Customer Product indicator. The OPEN_FI function module for a certain customer enhancement cannot find the corresponding customer function modules, until this has been done.
    Create the product name (for example ZMAIL) and make it active.

    b) Assign the BTE to the FM:

    At a previous client using 4.6C we did a program and allocated it in F110.  The program reviewed the payment tables and sent the payment advice (basic list) to the employee vendors.

    Following is the procedure to convert alv output to spool and then it to PDF Format.
    After we display the ALV, we can check whether it is running in the background using system field u2018sy-batchu2018. Then,we call an function module named u2018GET_JOB_RUNTIME_INFOu2019 to get the current job information. Then go to spool request table tbtcp to get the spool id.

    Hi,
    You have the choice between xml or pdf, in later versions of designer you can choose with a dropdown on the email button Object palette, the "Submit As";
    In earlier version you had to edit the XML Source and change the format from xml to pdf (or vice-versa);

    I think some basis related configuartions to be done
    Try like this and inform me
    A cyclic job runs, which processes the messages seen in the SOST queue.
    Are you sure it's not the frequency of the cyclic job, rather than the
    number of messages in the queue, that you are observing? In messages
    that are queued and before the cyclic job runs, "wait for comm. service"
    is the normal status.
    If you mean that there are always 4 items queued in SOST regardless of
    the cyclic send job, then I have no ideas. I would have thought there
    was no way to do that.
    when the send job runs it just never
    picks them up & sends them, while it picks up many others. The send job
    is somehow blind to these; no error message occurs. In this case, I
    'delete' them from the queue (in SOST) and then 'undelete' (drop down
    menu -> /Go to /Deleted Items) them and then re-queue them. THEN they
    actually get picked up & sent when the next cyclic send job executes.
