Payment and cannot active the account
Last mont I wanted to use skype phone and I enter my paypal account, but I couldn't use the call service. After 1 month this money was less from my paypal.Now everyday I have tried to give my number in skype and receive a confirmation code to active my call service. But I don't have received any sms after several try.Please tell me what should I do. thanks
I'm pretty sure as long as the amount is not over the amount you're allowed to bill to your account this wouldn't be a problem. Last August I purchased 2 blackberry storm 2's and billed them to my account without a problem at all. I think the total billed to my account by the time I billed the phones and accessories was around 550 or something like that. I have 5 lines on my account so I believe it's around 700 per billing cycle that I'm allowed to bill to my account. However, I had no intentions of billing the iphone to my account, but I would think it should work the same as any other phone if your account is able to be billed to I would see no reason they wouldn't let you bill the iphone to it. In fact I just ordered iphone accessories from Verizon about 15 minutes ago and did use the bill to my account option without a problem at all.

I recently changed my apple ID but my previous apple ID is associated with my icloud account. I'm setting up my new iphone 6 and cannot complete the set up until I can sync my icloud account. Does anyone know how to change the icloud id?
Do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your phone). -
I changed my email address for my apple id but icloud still has old email adress and when I try to signout so I can sign in with new address it asks for password and then says invalid so I cannot delete the account to sign in with the new one! Please help
OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!

Look and see if you have a stalled download in iTunes - it could be a song or a podcast - if there is something that has not completed in there, your app updates will not download. Finish those downloads first, if you have any.

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud for teams CC Packages which says that Acrobat XI Pro is installed. Your support page says it does not install Acrobat and I have to look in the Extensions folder for an MSI file. I have run a number of searches and cannot find the Acrobat extension folder please advise how can I get these applications to load onto my computer?
Also I now administer the teams and have accepted the invitation to I received to be a team member and download the apps. The admin page shows that I have been sent an invitation but does not show my account as "ACtive" unlike my other team members. I tried to use the link in the invite to accept it become active but the link displayed an error saying I had already accepted the invite... why is no account not active?
Finally what other product downloads in Creative Cloud do not actually download as part of the Creative cloud Packager for downloading the apps? e.g. acrobat and what else?My apologies Eadeszoo I believe our support agents are unavailable on January 1.
Are you able to copy the contents of the DVD to your computer? Are you receiving any particular error messages when you are trying to install? Finally which operating system are you using? -
I am using ipad2 with the latest version. While trying to make a apple Id, In the payment information cannot get the option of "none" what will I do. Please help.
You are following the instructions on this page for creating a new account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 e.g. selecting a free app in the store and tapping on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' the app ? I've just tried it and it works for me

I have a new iphone and cannot delete the backup from icloud. It says that it is in use. I have read some of the other threads and it only seems to be haphazard solutions. Is there a definite way to fix this? I am not able to change icloud accounts.

I have a 160GB Hard Drive in my MBP and use VMWare Fusion and had a 60GB Virtual Machine running Windows XP. Deleted the Virtual Machine and CANNOT find the 60GB space I desperately need! Anybody out there with a similar problem? Help!

I have an iPhone 4S running software 5.1 (9B179) and cannot sync the photos in PhotoStream with iPhoto '11 v 9.2.1 (628). There's no option to update iPhoto and no option of PhotoStream (which is enabled on my phone). Can anyone help?

The "link related" and "text related" crashes were what I interpretted here, too, though I'm at a loss on how to proceed given that this is a fresh system and applications. This is happening with multiple InDesign projects in a design office environment where many others work on the same files and none of the other computers are having problems with these files. I've removed the same files listed (thank you for those) before and did so effectively with creating the new user account to test with, but it had no effect. I just tried again though, as these files could easily have becone corrupt again if they were being written to when InDesign crashed. Will let you know if that makes any difference. I've also gone through and completely cleaned out the fonts again and once more cleared the font caches. If need be I'll reboot this system into safe mode and try that way.

I won Lightroom 1.0 as a door prize a few years ago at an Adobe clinic in Fremont. I have since misplaced the original disk and cannot get the program to open. It wants a serial number and I don't have one. How can I get the serial number so I can use the software?
Thanks for replying, Jim. I wasn't planning to use it for raw images. I shoot film, black and white, and have many negatives I want to print. I am unfamiliar with the upgrades in Lightroom. I wasn't unhappy with the version I have. It was useful for my purposes.
Because it was a few years ago, I don't remember if I registered the product. I was able to login to my account. But could not find a path to communicate with Adobe. I will keep trying.

I can't sign out of iCloud on my iPhone 4 because I have the locator turned on for my phone and don't know the old password for my old Apple ID. I've tried all of the suggestions seen on here and the Apple ID site and cannot delete the cloud. Help?

I have chosen not to use iCloud for the time being since the syncing was inconsistently working with the calender and contacts; and cannot get the Reminders on my Mac to sync/replicate onto my ios device, neither iphone nor ipad. Help is appreciated in respect to Reminders. Thank you.
ok, thanks. couple other questions...
1. will it sync to my reminders on my MAC too if i enter via icloud? if not, what's the reason for having the reminder list available on my Mac if it can't sync?
2. I have 2 different email accounts, one with a .mac address and another with .msn. both can be accessed via icloud. i ran a test using my msn acct as the signin and it logged the reminder onto both the iphone and ipad fine.
however, when i try with my mac address, it only shows up on my iphone, which list reminders under icloud(which worked on both devices and then under mac which worked only on the iphone, not ipad. any idea why that might be happening?
