Payment and downloads

Hi,
I am going to create magazine which will be released once per 3 month.
I have several questions about Professional Edition Monthly.
I am not sure about Payment. Does it mean that I pay each month, or I pay only month when I want to release the magazine?
Professional Edition Monthly offers only 250 downloads of magazine per year, right?
With Single Edition I can create only one folio. Is it possible to create the second one when I delete the first one?
Pay I only one price for Single Edition? How long can I use it?
Which Edition fits more for my purpose?

Your English is fine.
If you want to offer subscriptions you will need a professional account. For pricing on that check with Adobe but you will have to pay every month or your issues will not be available for download.
Single edition is just that. One time for one price. If you want to pull your earlier app and create a new one you still have to pay for the new one.

    Hello,
    I tried to buy a software two days ago (and yes, I already sent a communication about it to Nokia through the normal way, no answer) but couldn't. I tried to finish the payment twice, and both times it ended in failure (i never could start the download). To my surprise, though, I was charged both times.
    The software is not in my items in the store. I have both payment receipts.
    I guess I want one of the payments to be excluded from my CC, and a way to download the software I bought.

    P.S. I don't think the phone has anything to do with that, as I already had bought things successfully before, but it is a Nokia 5530 XpressMusic.

    Still can't understand why users are so attached to OVI Store applications..I will advise to Download any application directly from the developers site.. Keep OVI Store just for reference.. Once you know about an application on the Store.. go to the developer's site to download..
    The advantages being..
    1.You can download it to PC ( in almost all the cases..) so in case of Phone resets, Firmware upgrades , etc no need to re-download..
    2. In most of the cases the Price at developer's site is less..
    3. Anyways OVI / Nokia do not provide constructive support in case of any problem with the application.. You have to contact developer directly..
    4. You get the latest version from the developer's site..or upgrading is easy..
    5. Getting a refund may be more easier / possible if bought from the developer's site..
    6. Downloading from OVI does not warrant that there is no problem with the software.. as almost all the applications are anyways developed by 3rd parties and not Nokia..

  • I just bought my mac created an apple id now when i try to download mavericks, Im sent to a screen where I have to verify my payment and billing options. After they are verified, I receive an error message saying contact apple support. What do I do?

    Changing your payment information using a computer
    Open iTunes.
    Choose Store > Sign In.
    Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
    Choose Store > View Account.
    Enter your account password and click View Account.
    From the Apple Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
    Note
    : You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.
    Click the Done button after you've updated all of your information.

    That's because the free apps are already registered to your Apple ID. You can't use them with another Apple ID.

    With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps.
    From the message it sound like there is something wrong with your account or some of the information you entered in the account is not correct.. Verify that the information is correct and then if still problem contact iTunes.

    Hi - in the app store, I've logged in with no problem, but when I go into my existing purchases and have INSTALL next to everything I've bought, and try to click on them it says;

    Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign ($) to appear below what you entered.

  • Purchase and download Playbook apps

    We don't use a Blackberry phone.  We have a Playbook.  How then do we get access to the apps? 
    According to this site, the first step is to install the Blackberry App World plugin.  The second step is to connect your Smartphone, and I presume that's a Blackberry phone.  Since we have a Playbook and not a Blackberry phone, we're not allowed to proceed.  But in reading the threads below, it appears a fair number of Playbook users actually buy and download apps for their Playbooks.  How do they do it?

    Here's a fairly detailed description of what happens when I get an app; I hope it gives you an idea where the problem is in your process.
    When I turn my PB on, the first screen I see (after the balloons, etc.) has five icons at the top right; the middle icon is a quarter circle with some green arcs indicating that wifi is on and connected (if it's not, I touch the gear wheel which is the rightmost icon, select Wi-Fi from the list on the left, make a connection, then go back to the first screen). On the next line either All or Favorites is highlighted, and the App World icon is in the third line. I touch that, and the App World display opens up. I use the search window at top right to find Tetris, and touch to open the description window. I touch download, and the screen shifts to the downloaded apps window, where there is a progress bar showing that Tetris is downloading. When it's finished, I close the Apps World window, which brings me back to the first page, which has icons for all my installed apps. I make sure All is highlighted on the second line, and swipe to the bottom of the page, to find Tetris.
    If the app is not free, the Download button on the description screen is replaced by a Purchase button, and touching it opens a login window asking you for your BlacklBerry ID and password. The next window gives you the detailds of the purchase, and a chance to set up / change your payment method.  When that is complete, touching the Buy Now button at the bottom of the window takes you to the downloaded apps window, described above.
    Now I have to go and learn how to play Tetris.  Once again, good luck!

    Adobe is not going to swap 13 for 12. It is selling only 13 download as you found out. So, you are going to have to purchase 12 if you want to use that program. It may still be available at some retail locations, such as Amazon.
    If you are within 30 days of purchase and have purchase the download from Adobe, then contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat to get a refund. To do that, click on the following link

    I missed my April payment and CC is telling me that I have 10 days left to fix it. However when I go online there is no function to allow that. I don't want to lose my subscription. Could someone please help me.

  • Two iTunes movies that I purchased and downloaded to my iPhone do not show up when I try to sync to iTunes on my iMac.

    I purchased the X-Men Bundle of 5 movies. I downloaded the first 3 onto my iPhone. Only 1 of the 3 (the first film) shows up as an option to sync to iTunes on my iMac. I do it this way because I have access to free hi-speed wifi at work but not at home.
    I have verified that the other 2 films are actually on the phone and will play on the phone.
    I have tried various settings and restarted both devices but to no avail.

    Thanks Alex! That did the trick! I just saw your reply. I thought no one had replied because I did not get an email alert. I think I had turned that feature off and forgot I had done so. Now it seems so obvious but for some reason I didn't look there. This is a big help. I can download stuff at work but at home I have only cellular data using a mobile wi-fi device and downloading movies, especially HD movies is just not an affordable option. Taking my iMac to the office would be crazy. I downloaded only my MacBook Air and copied the files onto a thumb drive but those were not recognized. I was at my wit's end. Thanks again!
