Payment at store and autopay???

Question

We have our bill set up on autopay. Can I go in each month and pay a portion of the bill and have it still come out on autopay?
for EXAMPLE
We have an account with mutiple lines and our bill is $135 each month.
Say we want one of the people to pay $35 each month for their portion.
Could that person go into the store and pay $35 toward the bill at the kiosk? Would the remaining $100 still come out on the autopay?

Thanks for assisting with this inquiry, rcschnoor! Let me add a bit to this to clear up the concern. KileyHD, the Automatica Payment Option (APO) offered by Verizon Wireless will deduct from your bank account whatever balance is due on your account in order to reduce the balance to zero. So your example is sound. If you had a bill in the amount of $135.00, and then paid $35.00 using a means other than APO, the APO service would draft a payment of $100.00 to bring the balance to zero.
