Hi. I had the free 30 day trial of cs6 which was about to end. Decided to buy it online , pay monthly option. I have the message 'payment being processed , This may take a few minutes. Please do not click back or reload this page to avoid duplicating this purchase. Placing order...please wait'. This is going on for hours. I have a toshiba satellite laptop. Windows 8.1 . Any help would be appreciated.

Here's our current problem: The screenshot shows that we have two files, each has an Inbox, etc. The one with our correct properties is empty and the one designated local has all our email, etc. Neither one can receive email from Verizon's server and I've been unable to delete the empty duplicate or change the local's properties to the correct values.

Back up all data.
Quit Messages if it’s running. Force quit if necessary. Relaunch it and test after each of the following steps. If the problem isn't resolved, quit again and go on to the next step.
Step 1
Make sure you know the ID and password you use with iMessage. Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select
          Change Settings for Keychain "login"
In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select
          Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked
          Keep login keychain unlocked
is not checked, check it.
Select
          Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain.
From the Category list in the lower left corner of the window, select My Certificates. Look carefully at the list of certificates in the right side of the window. If any of them is marked with a red "X" as expired or invalid, delete it. Also delete all items with "iMessage" or "com.apple.idms" in the name, whether valid or not.
From the menu bar, select
          Keychain Access ▹ Preferences... ▹ Certificates
There are three menus in the window. Change the selection in the top two to Best attempt, and in the bottom one to CRL.
Log out and log back in.
Step 2
Hold down the option key and select
          Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Move the following items from the Library folder to the Trash (some may not exist):
          Containers/com.apple.corerecents.recentsd
          Caches/com.apple.Messages
          Caches/com.apple.imfoundation.IMRemoteURLConnectionAgent
          Containers/com.apple.iChat
          Containers/com.apple.soagent
          IdentityServices
Leave the Library folder open. Log out and log back in.
Step 3
Go back to the Finder and move the following item from the open Library folder to the Desktop:
          Messages
Note: you are not moving the Messages application. You’re moving a folder named “Messages.”
If Messages now works, delete the Messages folder on the Desktop. Otherwise, quit Messages again. Put back the folder you moved, overwriting the newer one that may have been created in its place.
Step 4
In the Preferences subfolder, there may be several files having names that begin with any of the following strings:
          com.apple.iChat
          com.apple.ids
          com.apple.imdsmsrecordstore
          com.apple.imessage
          com.apple.imservice
Move them all to the Desktop. There may also be a file with the name "com.apple.imagent.plist". Move that to the Trash.
Also in the Preferences folder, there's a subfolder named "ByHost". Open it and do the same thing.
Log out and log back in. Test again. This time Messages should perform normally, but your settings will be lost. You may be able to put back some of the files you moved to the Desktop in this step. Relaunch and test after each one. Eventually you should find one or more that causes Messages to malfunction. Delete those files and recreate whatever settings they contained.
If the issue is still not resolved, quit Messages again and put all the items you moved to the Desktop back where they were. You don’t need to replace the items you moved to the Trash. Stop here and post your results.
If you later decide that you don’t like the results of Steps 3 and 4, you can undo them completely by quitting Messages and restoring the items you deleted in those steps from your backup.

Attempting purchase of creative cloud for photo -- stuck @ "payment being processed" for over 10 minutes. How to move forward?

Subject says it all. Stuck @ payment being processed for a long time. How to redo without being recharged or otherwise move forward?

Im also in UK. Same thing happened to me. I have a tight deadline, but it seems I just simply cannot buy the subscription.

How do i reverse a download? the little center is turning & it says "loading, please wait". it's been doing this for several hours & I don't know how to stop it.

There is a rectangular white box between the top & bottom of the screen with no buttons on it. The wheel turns with 'loading, please wait'. There is a little arrow on the upper left with 2 green & gold 'men'. When I click on it this message shows up on the screen "Please accept the Terms of Service first (Add a social network). The only way I can get the wheel to quit turning is to go to 'tools' & click on options & it stops turnning. I already had a yahoo, facebook & twitter accounts, so I don't know what to do.
I've checked in my Control Panel & there is nothing with Firefox in there. If I can't resolve this can someone tell me to how to unload all of this & start over.

I was having this exact issue when I was set up to use PayPal as my payment method. I fixed it by -
1. going to my iTunes account and selecting None as my method of payment, then clicking Done
2. confirming this on my account page - which then said Add (or Set up, I can't remember) a Credit Card
3. on the Add a credit card page, I again set up the exact same PayPal account I had before.
4. I was then taken to the PayPal website to confirm that I wanted to use my PayPal account for iTunes purchases, and finally
5. I was taken back to my account page in iTunes, which looked exactly the same as before BUT...
The next time I tried it, my purchase went straight through! (And this was less than 5 minutes after I'd had the "Credit Card processing is temporarily unavailable" message.)
YMMV, but I guess a similar revalidation process would work for credit cards too.

I have Iphone4 brought from at&t USA(carrier locked) and i am in india now, i contacted at&t and requested for an unlock for me to use with indian carriers.
I got an email confirming the unlock has been completed from at&t and asked me to connect the device to itunes and do a back&restore, after the restore process i get an error message on itunes "your request cannot be processed, please try again after sometime" i tried it with my airtel sim card and also at&t sim card but did not work. I contacted at&t and they confirmed that the unlock request was successful but i still get the same error.

Excuse me. I am on a contract with O2 with an iphone 4s, suddenly xmas day it said "no service", took it to o2 who sent it to apple factory who refused to repair it because a screw missing. I wouldnt know have never opened phone in my life,wouldnt know how to, then went direct to Apple Regent St London who also said "screw missing, warrenty void, then produced a phone just out of contract due to upgrade,a vodaphone carrier 3gs, it was unlocked but then told by apple the owner had to go to vodaphone and get it unlocked on their books which could take up to 48 hours, it is now 72 hours later and i have the same error despite backing up old phone with i tunes and i cloud,am very angry and am paying alot for a contract every month, all i can see is "no service and waiting for activation" and all ths started when I upgraded to IOS 6.Am extremely upset and still under warranty but no one seems to want to help me to connect to WiFI, i cannot keep going to Apple Regent Street at lunchtime and be shooed of with excuses, this replacement phone 3gs should work and it doesnt. Cardholder
Uses a payment card to purchase goods and services.
Merchant (your company)
Provides goods and services and accepts cards as payment.
Clearing house
Issues authorizations and provides services for processing settlement data supplied by
the merchants.

Hi Rishit,
You can control it by BAdi WORKORDER_UPDATE method AT_SAVE make error message if there is any change in quantity.
Or you can create Transaction Variant through SHD0 for CO02 and make field Total Qty (CAUFVD-GAMNG) as output only.

Always connect the iPod to a USB2.0 port at the back of your PC.
Dont connect to low power USB ports, on the fron of the PC, dont use USB Hubs, (may cause Sync problems and coruupt filesytem)
if you are using a Mac, dont connect to the USB port on the keyboard.

Is it possible to create automaticaly in PO the same output message type ( for example - 'mail') for different partner roles( for example - 'VN' and 'OA') ?

I get the same error message for QuickTime

I went on www.vzwpix.com to view a video someone sent me. When I clicked to play it I received the following message: “This content requires the QuickTime® Plugin. Download QuickTime® Player?”
When I clicked yes, I was sent to your website and asked to download QuickTime 7.1.6 for Windows 2000/XP which I did but when I return to www.vzwpix.com I get the same error message when I try and play the video. I have even rebooted my computer and it still occurs.
Am I downloading the right program?

The problems are actually Flash movies.
This is what you need to do:
Go into the QuickTime area of QT System Preferences, and in the Advanced tab look at the Mime settings (at the bottom). Under Miscellaneous is Flash media, that should not be checked, so click to make the square appear white. QuickTime can only really handle Flash 5 or earlier movies, and Flash is currently on v9.
The other Enable Flash box you saw is specifically to do with Flash tracks that are inside QuickTime movies already. You're given the option to turn that off because of potential, though unlikely no doubt, security issues.
You may need to log out and back in again for the changes to take effect.

my Z3 DUAL screen has been broken after falling down and i have made it change by a repairer...but now the screen is unsticking near from the dual sim location...
so i wonder if the screen of Z3 and Z3 dual are different and if repairer replace the Z3 DUAL screen by a Z3 (normal) screen ?
Could you confirm me that screen are same or different between Z3 and Z3 DUAL ?

Please Help, TM just keeps saying "preparing for hours on end

Can someone enlighten me, my TM just keeps preparing for hours on end. It backed up about 80% of the files then it gave error, so I restarted the backup process, it gets almost done with the back up then it goes back to preparing and repeats that cycle continuously. I rebooted TM, unchecked "put the hard disks to sleep when possible" and every other recommendation I've gotten and it simply just doesn't backup. I deleted some files trying to clean up my computer the other day and so maybe I moved a file that wasn't supposed to be moved??
I do music studio work and backups are CRUCIAL to my job. Thanks in advance

Hi, and welcome to the forums.
What error? You need to know why it failed. Click here to download the +Time Machine Buddy+ widget. It shows the messages from your logs for one TM backup run at a time, in a small window.
Navigate to the backup in question, then copy and post all the messages for that run here, or see #C2 in the Time Machine - Troubleshooting *User Tip,* also at the top of the +Time Machine+ forum.

Files on your Mac, or on your Time Capsule? If your Time Capsule, were they inside the sparse bundle (containing your backups)?
