Go back into your iTunes account and set the credit card to none. As long as you have a card set, it will charge the card instead of credit on your account.

Browser not working when apps are in use.
Although my browser works normally if I use any app which requires an internet connection and try to use the browser simultaneously the browser says connection not available and I'm unable to connect. Any ideas what's wrong?
That's weird
Are you using SmartConnect or Psiloc Connect?
Also, can you check in the browser settings if you have set-up a default connection? (a destination group, or a single access point, or "always ask", or nothing?)
Maybe you could also check the connection settings for one of the other applications from which you can open the browser (just to make sure that the settings of the application do not conflict with the settings of the browser..) -
I have a I tune account but every time I try to download a free app it's keeps asking me for credit card details but when I put card details in it declines card and I can't turn payment apps off

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

If not then you will need to enter your credit card details - you should be able to remove it after entering it. -
I need to change my payment method from credit card to bank checking account, how do i do that with my iphone. the only options when you go to settings is credit card, I want you to debit my checking account. I need to know asap, my payment is due this Monday 2-24-2014. Thank you

The payment methods that are available in your country will show on your account. If debit cards aren't available on that screen then you won't be able to use it as your payment method. -
I keep getting a message about my security code not being accurate. I tried 3 different cards & have the same issue. Is this a systems issue? I need to get my apps installed on my new iPhone 4. I am unable to download without confirming my credit card info- My security codes are 100% accurate.Anyone else having this issue? What is the fix for this?

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I recently added a itunes gift card to my account and now it wants me to reenter my credit card info and when i do it says credit card declined?
I think I had a similar problem the other day. I purchased an app with a cc that had been canceled by my bank with out me knowing it had been. Once I realized the cc was no longet active I added an itunes giftcard thinking that would allow me to purchase items. Well everytime I tried to ourchase somrthing with the new gift card it kept telling me that I had no funds. So someone in the apple store told me that until the app purchase with the old expired cc cleared on that cc then i would not be able to use any other form of payment. So I had to call my bank and asked them to reactivate my old cc for a couple seconds while I repurchased the app with my bank on the phone. Once that purchae cleared then it allowed me to use apple gift cards. Sorry for long answer but I think this might help you.

I downladed a game then i bought some gold on the game using a credit card. Now when I try to retrieve the gold it says I have to verify then download it. It will not let me. Any suggestions?
I was receiving the same error message yesterday, which said There was a problem downloading "The Song Name / Album / Artist". The file seems to be corrupted. To redownload the file, choose "Check for Available Downloads" from the Store menu. The file tries to download five times before this error message appears.
I too, tried to find the file and delete it, but it was no where to be found.
So I gave up for that moment and tried again today and I was able to successfully download the file. Amazing how that works!!! -
