i want to change my payment data from credit card to paypal. in the FAQ it sais that this is possible for europe. how do i do that?

Payment method cannot be switched from credit card to PayPal in the current contract.
Please reach out to support here to cancel the current subscription and then purchase a new order with PayPal.

If you wish to change the payment method, you will need to cancel this subscription and purchase a new one via the other payment method.

thanks so much for taking the time to respond. Out of desperation, I called my ISP and they removed it from my computer. Man, I wish I knew what caused this. I would share my screen with you but all info, I've either deleted or it was removed when ATT Support Tech did their stuff.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The payment methods that are available in your country will show on your account. If debit cards aren't available on that screen then you won't be able to use it as your payment method.

How to read data from credit card reader for CASH DESK (FPCJ)

We are planning to implement CASH DESK (FPCJ) interface,
The requirement is when the user wants to pay his bill using his credit card by swiping on credit card machine (MAGTEK Made in TAIWAN) , I want read those detail and fill sap screen fields in FPCJ tcode like card number, name, expiration date and cvv number.
Can someone please provide guidelines on how to interface with an external card
reader to automatically get the card details into SAP when the card is
swiped?
Is there any event in FQEVENTS?
I found one event 6065 and when I try to debug by putting the breakpoint in the function module it's not stopping me there, I mean it's trigger that event,
could someone please help me to get those details...

Hello,
Instead of FPCJ, why do not you use T-Code FPB0 <<< from ECC onwards use FPCD>>>?. Here you have the option of mentioning Card details. This shall be stored in the data base table DFKKOPKC. Do remember that you need to comply with PCI data & remove the card data details from the above table.
If needed, you can use events 1400 << gets triggered after you press 'Authorize'...call is made to a third party system that holds card data and validates the authencity of the card>> & 1401 can be used to edit 'Display' card data in FPB0.

my next question is, How to activate the PAYMENT program to send credit card details to the 3rd party system .
we are using 3rd parth system to validate the credit card and send back to SAP an authorization code..
Can any please help to activate the PAYMENT program ,
we created the RFC Destination(SM59) type TCPIP and given program id as: "paycard" gateway and gatewayservice,
when click on test connection it is giving me below error.

Did you receive any purchase receipt email? The order number is included in that email and you need that to be able to request for a refund.

Credit Card and Paypal Payment Online?

Hi All,
As I understand it, you can use multiple payment types on a purchase at BestBuy.com, but you are limited to only one credit card per transaction.
I have an Amex gift card, that I believe Best Buy would consider as a credit card, that I would like to use on a purchase, but it is not enough to cover the whole cost. Can you make a payment online using a credit card and Paypal (that way the purchase is using only 1 credit card), or are you limited to just one or the other?

This is a fantastic question! You are correct that a gift card branded with a major credit card logo, such as American Express, would be considered a credit card by our system. Sadly, you wouldn't be able to combine a credit card payment with a payment from PayPal as well. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may bring you. With that said, you may combine PayPal or a credit card payment method with Best Buy gift cards or My Best Buy rewards certificates. I have been making in-app purchases with PayPal for over a year. Now I cannot. I changed my payment method to Credit card, but still can't. I can purchase music in itunes but no game purchases. My ID was disabled after a paypal dispute but after an entire evening on the phone with support and security, that was resolved. Any suggestions? If I have to spend more time on the phone with support, I will. But I would rather not.

Payment gateway and credit card addon questions

Folks,
I'm just getting in to understanding an eCommerce setup for WebTools and am hitting some mental blocks on how the payment gateway and credit card add-ons work together. I have looked through the material on the portal but haven't been able to nail the flow of control, so any help in understanding this would be much appreciated.
My understanding so far is that an end user of WebTools may have a collection of credit cards in his/her virtual wallet when placing an order. When the order is going through checkout, the payment gateway either authorises or denies the order and provides some kind of authorisation token on success.
Am I right in thinking that the order that goes through to B1 also carries the encrypted information of the credit card details and authorisation id from the gateway? If so, are these encrypted details stored against the sales order (in the ORDR table in B1?).
The sync manager config just says "Certified Add on" for the "B1 CreditCard Addon" . Does this mean that any certified credit card addon can decrypt these details? If not, is there a predefined list of addons that work?
I am looking at details of the CitiXSys credit card add-on to see if that can work, but their credit card setup is at a business partner level, not at a per-user level like WebTools, so I can't see how data can be synced. In fact, in addons that do work with WebTools, are credit card details (i.e. the list of credit cards in a users wallet) sync'd between the systems so that orders can be placed either directly in B1 OR through webtools?
Finally - we are looking at an eCommerce implementation in Australia. Has anyone completed an implementation here and can let us know a combination of payment gateway provider and credit card addon that works in Australia?

Check out Verisign/PayPal/Pay Flow Pro, I believe they have a Gateway available in AUS.
As far as the flow, the encrypted CC data is stored on the order, and right now there are a few Addons that can decrypt the data, the most popular being CitiXsys's solution(previously American Express)
In addition to the CC number and expiration date, the AuthCode granted by the CC Gateway is also stored.
Web tools does a minimal CC Number check before going to the CC Gateway as well, done on the Billing.aspx page, saving charges on the CC Gateway for card numbers that aren't even close to correct(such as 111 for a Visa card)
The verify.aspx page sends data to the CC Gateway provider setup in the Admin - Setup - Credit Card Gateway, then either is returned an error message or if successful then moves to the confirm.aspx page.
The data is then synched along with the order to B1, if so chosen in the synchmanager, in encypted format.
There is also the option of using the CC Gateway's website to do the capture as well. This means you manually generate a payment in B1 of couse.

ITunes won't recognize valid credit card in PayPal

When I try to add PayPal as my method of payment in iTunes, the PayPal Authentication page says, "Error Detected: This recipient requires that you have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction." I do have a valid credit card in PayPal. I've e-mailed both PayPal and iTunes several times and have received no helpful answers (canned responses only). Has anyone else had this problem?

I have e-mailed iTunes support more than 15 times in the last 2 months and they have not investigated this problem. Two of their responses asked me to reply with a phone number and time I can be reached, and I heard nothing by phone or e-mail after responding with that info.
My credit card in PayPal has a United States bank address and PayPal verified that it is valid.
I haven't found any workaround and am disgusted with iTunes web-based support. I don't believe a person is reading my issue; the support e-mails appear automated - with human touches - to respond to key words in my question but don't answer the unique nature of this issue.
Has anyone else received viable assistance from iTunes web-based support?

Error when trying to cancel an incoming payment using a Credit Card

I have searched and tried several things but I cannot seem to cancel an incoming payment when the credit card tab was used. I have tried to cancel before deposits, after the deposit (cancelling the deposit and then trying to cancel the inc. payment) but I still get the error. I have yet to see any post that will give a good process on how to fix this error.
I did change the general settings for the credit voucher from automatic to manual in hopes that this will help future postings but I need the prior ones corrected that were made with the credit voucher option set to automatic.

Defaulting the Service Provider for the receipts pulled from credit card

Hi,
When the Associate goes on a business trip , some of the expenses are processed through the AMEX corporate credit card. Using a custom PRCC , these credit card transactions are uploaded into the system and are available as buffer during the trip creation. Associates creates the trip using ESS Portal. When the Associate selects the expense from the credit card buffer , we want the Service Provider to be defaulted to AX (AMEX). The service provider code for AMEX is configured as AX.
In the following configuration (Travel Expenses->Master Data->Credit Card Clearing->Define Assignment Table for Credit Card Clearing , we updated the Service Provider as AX for all the expense types related to AMEX.
Now we notice that AX is not defaulted in the Service Provider when the Associates pulls the expense from the AMEX credit card buffer.
Is there a way to default the service provider for all the expenses pulled from the credit card buffer?

Hi Nandagopal,
You are right that the origin column has Amex logo when selected from the Buffer. We are using Service provider in determining who the payment should go to. If the expense is from the credit card buffer , the payment should go to AMEX directly. If the expense is non-AMEX (i.e manual entry and not from buffer) , then the payment will go to the employee themselves. Different wage types are determined based on the Service Provider for the same expense type. For example for expense type ACAR (Rental) , if the Service Provider is AX , then wage type say WJ67 is selected by the system . For expense type ACAR and no Service provider , then wage type WJ17 is derived. The accounting is determined based on the wage type.
So Service Provider is one of the key field that determines the accounting. When the associate selects from credit card buffer , the associate should also select the service provider as AX so that payment goes to AMEX. If the Associate forgets to select the service provider , then the payment goes to the Employee. Then the employee has to pay AMEX separately. In order to avoid this, we want to default the service provider as AX when the associate pulls from the credit card buffer.
We maintained the default service provider as AX for AMEX credit card clearing in img node Travel Expenses->Master Data->Credit Card Clearing->Define Assignment Table for Credit Card clearing. In this node we link the credit card company transaction keys to SAP expense type and you have the option to select the Service Provider. But his default is not working in Portal.
Please let me know if this default setting should work.
