Ok right, basically the situation is that for some reason my solo card is now not working with the itunes store it goes and claims my payment details have changed when they haven't is there an issue at the moment or something as it doesn't seem to say the security code also I rang apple, I emailed them etc spent £30 on a phone call to them and nothing, what can I do as its just started happening

While I can't offer you a solution, I can verify that the exact same thing happened to me over the weekend as well.... I am also having a tremendous amount of trouble even connecting to the iTunes Store....

As a nightshift worker I find it hard to believe that there is no option whatsoever to talk with a human being about billing problems outside of the office hours... having spoken to a callcenter somewhere that's certainly what I've been told and that essentially, it's my problem not theirs... leaving that customer service rant aside from the moment I've been arguing with the BT website for a couple of hours and still cant find any option to report a billing problem...
I'll try and keep it brief...
I moved in June '11 and set up phone and broadband with BT using the Monthly full billing option due to come out on the first of each month... all was well for the first few months until suddenly payments started coming out before my payday and started to cause me to rack up bank charges. Changing Direct Debit dates via the website is not physically possible so after a brief moan to @BTCare I was given a phone number to try and get it sorted.
In that phonecall all I asked for was to change the direct debit date to the first of the month. No other request was made. Somehow in doing so the BT Representative has moved me to paperless billing (not asked for) and has switched me to quarterly billing (which i also didnt ask for). The bills section online now shows a £200 debt despite me oweing nothing and the monthly direct debits are now substantially bigger than they ought to be... Still coming monthly and not quarterly as indicated online. Having checked other online forums this move of payment dates has caused exactly the same problems in at least a dozen other cases.
Before I use the direct debit guarantee to forcibly reclaim all of the wrongly issued bills from BT and throw the Financial Ombudsman's Service at them I'd like to at least make some effort to sort this out through the UK team. Is there a contact mechanism to those who can't get in touch during office hours? Can this be looked into urgently?
The only upside so far is that at least they are now taking Direct Debits on the correct date.

Automatic payments details changing does not work

Hello Comcast team,
I have signed on automatic payment of my Comcast bills form my First Tech VISA credit card.
Since First Tech moves from Visa to Master Card partner, I changed the payment method from credit card to the checking account on July 29, 2015. I got the following confirmation from Comcast:
Thank you! Changes to your automatic payment settings will begin with your next bill.
I was sure I did everything that was needed, however today I checked my account and found the automatic payment was not pass, and now the bill sum is $116.44 instead of $39.99.
I made the payment of $39.99 immediately and now I have a question:
- what was the reason of such a bill sum and how that problem can be solved?

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then seeRecover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

Fail to change my payment details

I have failed to change my payment details with another credit card.
I have used this card before a lot of times at iTunes store. After I have typed in my credit card details, they always say invalid secure code and I won't be able to change it.
I have called the credit card company and there is no any problem at all to my credit card.
Is there anything to solve the problem.
Also, I am in UK now, can I buy Hong Kong store iTunes card gift card online without using iTunes ? I am currently still in Hong Kong itune store.

You have to be in a country to use its store, if you are here in the UK then you can only use the UK store, and you will have to have a UK billing address on your account - and if using a credit card then you can only use a card issued by a UK bank, and which will need to be registered to the same name and address as on your iTunes account.

I hve a new credit card # so I need to update my subscription but when attempting to do so by following these directions it simply doesnt work. it redirects me to the main spotify premium page and my only option is to start a new premium account, which it then wont allow me to do becuase i already have an account "Unfortunately, you're ineligible for this offer because you've previously signed up for a Premium trial or subscription." no comination of clicking links, manually entering web address, or going through account details will allow me to get to the change payment details screen. what else should I try?

The DayLimit Under Payment Term is Used to specify Perticular date to which you want the " Payment Term" or Condition should apply on the Invoice. Explain you with simple example.
Eg: 1.Payment Term 1001
DayLimit 15
Discount 2%
With the above inputs system Consider only the invoices posted on and before 15th date for 2% discount and for the Invoices posted after 15 of every month the said discount is not calculated or system will not consider the line for discount.
Eg. Payment Term 1001
Daylimit 31
Discount 4%
with the above inputs system consider's invoices posted from 16 to 31 dates for discount of 4%.
So If requirment is like this invoices posted on or before 15 should get 2% discount and invoices posted between 16 to 31 should get 4% discount then you can create the above manner.

The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.

I want to change my stored payment details with a new one because my card is going to expire soon. I am not able to do that since I have subscribed to a package. Is there any way out without cancelling the subscription

Using the iTunes app, you will need to change the country/region for your account before you can put in new payment details for a local credit card.
