Payment Details Declined
I'm getting a "payment declined" message when updating my credit card details. Although it is a new cr card I have made purchases on Amazon with the card so i know the card is ok.. I see this seems to be a common issue with itunes/app store. Has there been a satisfactory resolution to this old chestnut ?
If it's a credit card (I don't think that debit cards are still accepted) then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I checked with my bank to see what such a beast could be. So you have an account in the bank that serves as collateral for the secured credit card and the line of credit available on the card is equal to the amount on deposit in the collateral bank account?
So the issue is between the iTunes payment system and your bank. It might be best to see what the bank has as a record of your attempt to make the purchase. I doubt any fellow users here can offer much insight as too why the system won't accept your payment method on this attempted purchase. -

Do you have a different card that you could try ? Or do you get the 'none' option on the payment details screen (that would allow you to download free items) ? when i come to purchase and app it comes up with the billing setion i go to put my details in next minute it says your payment was declined when my bank details are correct

Are you using a debit card? I read somewhere that debit card are not being accepted by itunes. Go to settings/itunes & app store, tap on the ID there then on view account, log in and check payment details to see if they are correct.

First time trying to buy from iTunes and I received a message that my payment was declined. I was using the MasterCard method. Help
Is this a debit card you're trying to use? If so, those are apparently no longer accepted by the iTunes Store. You need to use a true credit card. If you are using a credit card, make sure all your billing details match your bank statement exactly. If that doesn't help, call your credit card company and ask if they can see any sort of flag on your account that might cause your card to be declined.

Please select one payment details in Business partner and use assigned tab from top selection parameter from standing instruction to assigned bank details to product type.
It will open other window like above example for each product of treasury, then assign bank details to product. Once assigned and save.
System will pick payment details in deal automatically based on business partner.

Can not update payment details
I've been a CC subscriber since it began and last month funds were not in my account for the monthly subscription. Since then I have had an email to ask me to update my payment details. I know I probably shouldn't of done but I've waited until the last minute to do this. I have two days to make a payment so decided to update my details. I went to My Account - Plan Information - Update Payment info. I was asked for my password which I entered then proceeded to enter my payment details which are the same as previously. Then when you press save, nothing. Nothing happens. A message is at the top of page saying -
We are still processing your payment. Please check back in a few minutes or contact Customer Support.
After I waited for an age, I checked back and the payment information hasn't changed. It has my card number checked out except the last 4 digits. My name isn't there and it says Amsterdam as my city which it isn't. I must of filled in the information 10 or more times and it doesn't change.
I've tried Customer Services- chat and spoke to someone who said I will receive a call back. Still no call back after 3 hours when I was told 10-15 mins.
Any ideas what's going on? Is there any customer support I can contact directly?Change Payment Information

I have an iPad and an iPod,I am 15 years old so my uncle gave me his credit card,everything was awesome,I have been buying stuff free and paid for years and recently I have been receiving this problem "Payment method declined.Please change your payment method" .. Whenever I wan't to download an app either it is for money or free or even when I want to update an app that I have already downloaded a message saying "sign in required" I put my password again and the a message appears "there was a problem with the previous purchase,please update your payment information" I update the information and I am sure that the credit card is all good and filled,and I enter the information right even though the only bar empty was the Security code,anyway when I finish everything I tap done,but then it tells me "Payment method declined.Please change your payment method",I did everything,log out log in,waiting,trying over and over,but it didn't work,this problem happened a long time ago but unlikely it was fixed two days later,now I am facing this problem and I don't know how to fix it.I have seen lots of other threads that discuss this problem,but my problem is that I live in Jordan-Middle East,which is a problem because as one said was the solution is to change the credit to "none" and then return it back,I can't do that,because for some reason there is no "none" option in the page displayed,and for the other one who said to enter from store.apple.com and enter the billing information again,that won't work for me either because I can't find except "apple.com/us" >:(, I can't log in to my account in jordan while there's nothing but us app store on PC.
For god's sake someone help me out,I am really ****** off of this,I can't find a way to even send an email to apple .. can anybody help? it will be appreciated a lot.. Thank you.We are users like you. There is nothing we can do about the credit card. Call the credit card company and ask them why the purchases have been decined. They will know for sure and will be able to tell you. Wait, it is not your credit card. Who ever is the account holder will need to call the credit card company.

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account. -

You can do the following.
Process : 1
Maintain sort key 014 for your reconciliation account. So this key will capture the purchase order number and throws the value to assignment field. You can add assignment field for a layout in fb1n and can see the p.o. details.
Process : 2
Check for special fields in FBL1N report using the following way.
Inside of the report Settings--->Special Fields. There you have tables and fields, you can add those however you want.
